Love the constant circulation of the flavors. One of our go to places. Friendly staff, great atmosphere kid friendly.

Vibbbbbesss! The vibes are immaculate here! The staff is amazing. They're knowledgeable about the cider. I was curious on whether the cider was gluten free and it turns out it is! I ordered a flight that came with all five ciders. They were all delicious but the peach one was my favorite. We got a huge growler to go of that one. I also enjoyed the blu since it had a nice tart kick to it! Loved the ambiance and sitting outside. This is also a family friendly establishment. There was a food truck available as well. They served barbecue . Can't wait to go back!! I wonder if their flavors change!

Amazing customer service from Roma and Adrain.

So we went to get hotdogs from Taste of Chicago hotdogs which happened to be the vendor of the day at Tapped Apple Cider Brewery. While we sat outside to wait for our hotdogs, we decided to check out the brewery and their lineup was too hard to just choose one so we went for the flight. We had awesome customer service from Roma and Adrain and they answered all of our questions about the variety of options they had that day. The music they were playing was definitely the cherry on top for this visit and made for a great first time there. We will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service you provided on Friday 1/3/25. You guys are awesome!!

Did the "flight" for our first time at Tapped!!

Wow!! Who new that we would have an amazing hard cider joint here in our little town! The five different ciders on tap were each quite amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

Great little gem in Salida! Sandy was our server when we went a she was super friendly, we had a great experience! The ciders were all very good. There was a food truck on site with some good food as well. We wanted to go back a few weeks ago but they were understaffed closed due to the extreme heat. We will go back again soon!

We love it here. The vibe is very casual and inclusive. Dog friendly and family friendly place to casually hang out, play some board games or chat while you enjoy a cold, refreshing cider. The flavors change every week, but they keep a couple of the most popular on tap. In terms of food- they have a food truck on site, which usually changes but is consistently delicious. I follow them on Instagram to see their schedule. Highly recommend!

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place but I was missing out! Our flight from left to right included Ginger/lime, mango, cherry/lime, tropical (with passion fruit) and the house favorite. All were clean and crisp. My favorite one was the Ginger/lime, which had a great kick to it! They had plenty of tables set out in the back, with heaters so that things stayed comfortable. We even had a food truck there and their cheesy jalapeño tamales did not disappoint. Kind, courteous staff and I love that they are a close knit family business!

I think he likes it LOL

We were late to our reservation, however, one of the owners was so nice to accommodate. This was the most perfect day to be there for a first time or 5th time. weather was perfect. Outside pizza vendor was 1.5 hours out on orders. so we stopped in the little store and found excellent crackers and cheese to hold us off. I heard the Genoa bread was amazing from a Modesto bakery. But, sold out:( you pay for everything and the. Bring to your server and they put it all on a charcuterie board and bring to your table. I really enjoyed their Chardonnay on this rather hot day. People were dancing, drinking, eating and socializing. It was great! the wildflowers on the grounds are so beautiful! They have games to play. And dogs are welcome! Check out all my photos. I'm giving this 4 stars only because I think it's ridiculous to not be prepared and offer pizza as your only vendor and wait 1.5 hours knowing you are completely booked for the day. and, the pizza was really thin, hardly any cheese we could see or taste. Basil was less than appetizing to look at, but we were starving. So we ate every paste bite. I think it would have been nice to offer fresh Apples, pears or grapes in the store for the charcuterie boards. You have to try their soft Jalapeno cheese in the cold case!!! It was delish w/the crackers from Rustic oven. I loved the store... the 2 guys who do the treasures with grapevines are incredible. I can't wait to take a class. Parking is awesome if you can get under the covered area. Bathrooms are clean. This definitely is a must to visit. highly recommend:)

Fortunately, we remembered passing a sign for Indigeny Reserve and saw on the map that it was within walking distance. Since it was already after 3pm and they closed at 5pm, we decided to drive over and make the most of our afternoon before they closed. When we walked in, the building was empty, but we were eager to try a cider tasting. Browsing the shop, we found a variety of merchandise--shirts, hats, sweaters, and an assortment of cheeses, crackers, chips, and other tasty treats. Eventually, a friendly staff member greeted us and offered the $10 tasting. Since closing time was approaching, she joked about giving us paper cups to avoid running the dishwasher. We didn't mind, but she kindly served the cider in glasses, which made the experience nicer. She also offered a whiskey tasting in a cool room lined with barrels and tables, plus gift boxes and other products. The whiskey tasting was just $2, with three varieties to sample. I'm not much of a whiskey fan, but I appreciated that she wasn't rushing us out. Both of us loved the Blackberry cider, so we each ordered a glass to enjoy outside. The outdoor area is expansive, with wooden benches, tables, and lawn chairs scattered across a grassy lawn overlooking a large vineyard. Only a few couples and families lingered--likely because of the early closing time. After relaxing with our ciders, we wandered down the trail to the lake. Along the way, we discovered old barns, a whimsical gnome area, and several upside-down boats tied up near the shore. If the boats hadn't been secured, we joked about taking one out for a row on the lake! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Indigeny Reserve and, in retrospect, wished we had brought the teens along. Still, it made for a wonderful little date.
