Ray was extremely quick at responding and always accommodated our requests. They created a template for us that was beautiful, and we opted to pay a little extra for their social media package, which allowed for the photos and GIFs (!!) to be sent via SMS to themselves. On the day of the event, Ray and an assistant were present to man our photobooth. Both were professional and attentive - one of the best things was they would count the number of people in each photo and print that number of copies so that everyone was able to take a photo home, without waiting for multiple prints requests. Very efficient! Our wedding guests had a BLAST with Bling Photobooth! So many people commented how fun the photobooth was, and they LOVED the GIFs. The props that Bling Photobooth brought were a fun variety, and everyone from the kids to the older adults had a great time. The photobooth machine is small and sleek, the rose gold sequined backdrop turned out great in the photos, and their machine's lighting is one of the best photobooth lighting I've ever experienced. Everyone looks so good in the photos with the lighting! We received the full file of photos taken throughout the night in original individual photo, templated, and GIF files. She was really excited to have something different for her guests :) The staff was really friendly and nice to the guests and were punctual in their arrival and set up. Dave is the main guy who owned the company and he was professional and serious about the quality of his products. Also because he had additional staff people with him, rather than one person who runs everything, his workers actually were around to walk around to the tables make sure those who didn't get to the booth got a chance before the night was out. I know she had some other options originally (because we also had friends who offered photo type services at weddings), but i'm glad she went with the flip books. These were really cool and a nice quality feel. I hadn't seen anything like it (and I've been to 6 weddings just these past 6 months..). We had a lot of fun that night and even got the busy bride in some of the pictures! There were some fun props so we got to take tons of pictures! They were a pleasure to work with on the day of--organized, fun, unobtrusive, and put at ease. We're really picky about photos and video, and dislike most of the ones we see from other weddings, which often feel a bit overwrought and 'wedding'-y. BOM documented the wedding exactly to our tastes: down-to-earth, extremely well composed, and captured the day beautifully. They also did lovely posed Korean-style couple photos in addition, which was important to us. Adam, the videographer, put together a wonderful video that was also exactly what we were looking for (both a short trailer-style and a longer one, about an hour and a quarter). It similarly felt like a very natural and satisfying document of our wedding. He was also extremely patient and spent a long time working with us, accommodating our feedback to get the video exactly to our preferences. I doubt we could have found either photos or videos better from anywhere else, even booking them separately, and the package together from BOM was a great deal. Could not recommend more highly.
