Run by the people that own Cancunsito in Leamington (which was my go to fave spot), they've finally expanded into our area. 5 of us made reservations for 6:30 on a Saturday night. Place was hopping when we got there...and there was a small line up at the door (which we bypassed as we had reservations...which I'd recommend). We were shown to a table at the back. 2 of us have dined at Cancunsito (and the menu is pretty much the same) but 3 people were newbies. I ordered the barria Tacos, another ordered the barrie quesadilla, another ordered the chicken milanese, another ordered the enchiladas and the final person ordered an assortment of Tacos. We also got a pitcher or Margaritas, a few beers, wine and pop. Food was out in a reasonable time frame considering how busy they were. Food quality on all items was excellent and portion size was substantial. All 5 of us agreed on returning and trying new things. Waitress was stellar and made recommendations to the newbies. DID NOT DISAPPOINT ONE IOTA. As an added bonus, a live band (2 person) started while we were there...a guitar player and vocalist. They added the perfect touch to a perfect meal.

The restaurant isn't obvious from the outside...I passed by it when looking for it....but it is worth the search. The restaurant is very clean and is bright and cheerful. The service is top notch...Uber friendly staff...attentive and efficient. When you order, you're given freshly made tortillas and salsa (with a combination of sauces). On my last visit, I ordered the Enchilada Rojah...5 chicken enchiladas, smothered in cheese and a red sauce, topped with lettuce. It came with Mexican rice and beans. It was off the charts good...far and away the best I've had dining out. My dining companion ordered the Baritta Taco....3 beef Tacos, covered in onions, paired with a beef broth soup (that is used for dipping the tacos). The broth was incredible...a rich combination of flavours. Once the Tacos were woofed down, he dived into the soup. He was in awe of the complexity of the dish and said he would come back again and again just to have this dish. Once you're done...you go to the cash register to pay. However, I can't imagine her giving negative vibes and an angry face to every man who walks in with his girlfriend or wife, but if she does, the hospitality industry isn't for her.
