This is the first El Sazon in the Tri-Cities, and the best one. They have an excellent selection and combinations of your favorite Mexican entrées, and, with fast food style, computerized order system, they are as fast as Taco Time or Taco Bell, but with much more authentic Mexican food. The sit in is in the diner/fast food style, so is comfortable and accommodating with both tables and booths. Thus for the price, the service, and the atmosphere, there are few better places one could go to than El Sazon. In my opinion, it's the best and the most authentic you can get aside from going to a taco truck or home cooked by a Mexican friend or relative that knows how to cook it and cook it well. read more

I love Mexican food and Pasco has a lot of good Mexican places to eat. Get here on business a couple times a year and will seek this place out in the future. read more

El Sazon was my favorite taco shop when they first opened. But it seems like they don't care much to clean the restaurant tables and chairs are always grimy and dirty. The food quality has gone down since they first opened the Pasco location. If I do eat at el Sazon I usually will only go to the Kennewick location. My mom and I found this restaurant passing through town and we were amazed! when you walk in they are making their own tortillas in front of you. Everything was extremely authentic and quality, from the salsa bar to the fantastic flavorful meats (we had the pulled pork and beef). To top it off, a great fun vibe with extremely friendly staff. First, I must say that I love the food here, which is why after several bad experiences I still went back. The service when you are putting in a to-go order has much to be desired. I decided to review this place after my 3rd bad experience in 6 months. All three times I was over-charged, and one of the times, my food was given away causing the wait to be over 20 minutes. I only have 45 minutes for lunch! The 3rd time, they were willing to credit back the overage to my card, but at that point I was done. Finally a good Mexican breakfast burrito. I can only speak to the chorizo burrito, but for $3.70 it was filling and yummy. I'm a white girl, but I can chow down on some seriously spicy Mexican grub. I've gotten this burrito 3 times and keep requesting the habanero salsa and jalapenos, but they give me a skeptical look and it has yet to be spicy enough for my liking. I promise I can handle it! Best Taquria in Tri cities. I eat there twice a week. Great food, great prices. Salsa bar frequently runs out of ingredients, and the place is usually dirty, and they clear the tables, but never wipe them down. Still the best food, wish they could clean. read more

The food is good but customer service is TERRIBLE! My first and last time being there. When I ordered my food the cashier got my order wrong and when I told her, I swear I thought her eyes were going to pop out of her eye sockets and end up in someone's plate! Not to mention her mumbling and talking under her breath as she was making the correction. After receiving the food and was eating I watched her as she worked to see if she treated everyone with the same attitude. Another customer sitting behind me received his food and was not pleased with what he ordered. He gave it back to her to remake. After not seeing her not give a single hint of attitude I soon realized she treats people differently because of race! The other customer that recieved special treatment was WHITE! So then I ask for the owner to complain and then I come to find out that the cashier who took my order was the owner. WOW! really!!! What a horrible experience! read more
