Taco naco in olivehurst yesterday convinced me that the quality of their food is going to be permanently poor. I ordered naco fries asada, and what I got was a poor representation of what I expected to receive from my prior visits. The only conclusion I can come up with is that they have changed hands and the new owner does not adhere to the same standards of quality in their food as the prior owner, or taco nago is just quit caring about their reputation. When I took that order of naco fries back to Taco naco I was not met with any offers from Taco naco make it right, and or return the money I had wasted. I have had problems with food from Cinco de Mayo, and also Antonio's quick lunch, both of those establishments insured I got what I expected to receive for the money I had spent. I will now have to depend solely on those establishments for quality Mexican food, and not waste my time or my money on that place again because it is no longer worth the ride to get there. If I could give the review in negative Stars it would definitely be a negative 5 but I can't so the lowest I can go is one star read more

Walked in on a Friday and walked right out. Why? I wanted naco fries for cheap because I'm not paying full price for average loaded fries that seem to get smaller and smaller every year I come. Looked around and there was a bunch of Edgar's and Tortas standing around. I felt so bad cause the lady at the front looked annoyed as well cause kids will be kids. Since they turn off their phone on Friday's to prevent them from being swamped (which I understand) they might as well just close the lobby permanently because nobody wants to be in a little cramped up room with highschool kids with cheap cologne on and grown adults who don't realize they have BO. You guys made enough money to open another location. Just close ur lobby at this location and let us not have to walk in smelling the cheap cologne and BO. read more

Taco Naco? What the heck? I asked the employees if they were affiliated with Antonio's quick lunch and they said they were a separate business... Odd, because Antonio's has a sign for parking right in front of their business with the same color.... weird I decided to try the california burrito...... Visiting my in-laws and we were looking for a nice lunch spot. This came up on our search and we decided to give it a try. When we saw the menu we knew exactly what we wanted. The hot Cheetos burrito was just calling our name and it did NOT disappoint. There was a perfect balance of all ingredients of a normal burrito with the perfect amount of hot Cheetos. The best part, the burrito wasn't even that heavy. Usually I need a nap after a burrito but I was ready for more. Luckily, I had some tacos which were just as good and hit the spot. 4 stars for saturday-thursday and 2.5 stars for friday. First, the service here is average. If you are trying to order over the phone good luck, especially if it is friday from 3-7pm. Good luck getting through to their phone, and if you do you will be put on hold for at minimum of 10 minutes. their "hold" is just putting the phone down so you can still hear everything they are doing inside the restaurant. I was on hold for 10 minutes while i heard the worker take 1 order, gossip with the other workers and laughing before i finally hung up and called back. when i called back they took my order right away with no hold so it seemed they forgot about me? it honestly feels like they do this to limit the number of phone order they take on a friday. If it's within an hour of closing i also have a hard time getting through like they don't want to take orders after 7. they need to implement some type of online ordering service (not doordash) because it is unreasonable to walk in and order food because it is soo small, there are never any tables to wait, or any space to wait. i don't want to hangout standing in the parking lot for 20+ minutes it is inconvenient. next the food. it is usually always good, i always get asada naco fries, but i feel like the food is more fresh and better servings not on fridays. It is still good on fridays but just not as good. I am giving a 4 star rating because of the food. the service and the pricing is a little crazy so the food carries its rating for sure. read more

Absolutely love this taqueria they are Always packed during lunch but well worth it. The staff is fast and friendly and the interior is clean and well maintained. My wife enjoys their nacho fries that are usually on special Friday's. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. I got an Al pastor burrito with no sour cream and lettuce. The flavor was great but I think I payed way too much for what I got. The burrito was so poorly stuffed it wouldn't even hold its shape. There was veryyyy little rice, beans, and meat. Also I was expecting onions and cilantro to come w it but I guess it doesn't?? I've never had to ask for onions and cilantro in a burrito but I guess I have it if I go back. It did really have great flavor so I'll have to give it another shot. If I could give zero I would. I have been giving this business ample chances, but from the okay food to the worst customer service you'll ever experience, every time. But my last straw was today, as I was cutting up their Asada for my one year old I noticed something white embedded in the meat, after carefully removing it with tweezers i realized what I thought was a beef tendon sticking out was actually a worm. Disgusting. I called taco naco and not only was the girl I spoke to extremely rude but the manager couldn't be bothered to speak to me on the phone. He spoke to her to relay to me, I could hear him in the background. He told her to tell me to bring in the food to be "inspected" and then was shocked when I asked for a refund.. when I told them i ordered through DoorDash I was told never mind and to eat the food or throw it away and to contact door dash. With its bright yellow exterior and bright red pergola it's hard to miss. It's a great family run Mexican taco shop. They have amazing nacho fries, nachos, burritos, and tacos. They have yet to disappoint, when I was living in Sacramento the spouse and I would drive the 50 min for their Hot Cheetos burrito and Naco fries.
