First time trying this place out and it was okay. The nacho supreme with chicken was a disappointment. All it had was your choice of meat, beans, tomatoes, and melted cheese on top. My husband and I didn't want our money to go to waste so we forced ourselves to finish it. When I saw it, it didn't look appetizing like other nachos I've had. The burrito, on the other hand, was good. We got it with steak and it was juicy. Will be giving their tacos a try next time. read more

I don't know why I came here the other day. Ordered the crispy taco and wet burrito and I could not eat it was so salty. I just threw it away. I also noticed they heat food up in a microwave. When ever I'm at the mall and I need a quick fix I go here either for some tacos or a burrito. Food is usually pretty good. Today I was in there and decided to get the nachos. The cashier was really nice, and the order came out pretty quick but I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The meat was hard to find and so were the beans. The nachos were topped with plain sliced tomatoes. I was expecting salsa but that's ok. Overall the nachos were pretty cold and so was the nacho cheese. I was kind of hoping for hot food but maybe I'm asking too much for mall food. There was also a strong aftertaste and I figured pretty quickly what that was (the oil the chips were fried in). Overall I would def try this place next time I'm in the mall just not for the nachos. read more

Updated review: I used to go for their El Pastor super nachos at least once a week when I was pregnant w/my first (just turned 4), I literally craved them!!! After my pregnancy I went back with my baby & nachos were okay but not as delicious as I remembered, but I figured maybe the hormones had made them taste better. Waited about a year & went back & the El Pastor had a much different texture, sauce was different, & honestly it smelled like cat food. My husband refused to eat them too & he normally loves nachos. I thought maybe they'd given me the wrong meat but even still we waited another good year & didn't go back until yesterday. Got the chicken super nachos instead to be safe. Chicken was suuuuper dry & nachos were half the size they used to be, missing at least 3 ingredients they'd always had before & the price went up $3. Obviously, we won't be back. And kinda sad I gave it another go & wasted $9 on a such a small serving of crappy nachos. I mean, how do you even mess up nachos?? Again, we won't be going back. read more

I rarely eat here but the times I have I have been very disappointed. Today I order the bigger sized burrito and paid $7 and some change for a burrito with hardly and meat, mostly rice! I would prefer waiting in the line at Antonio's and getting a burrito with meat! $7 is a lot for only a burrito!! I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Ridiculous! read more

Best Mexican food in Yuba City, hands down! Every-time I come here (which is about 1-2 times a week), I get the same thing..2 steak tacos and the adobada dinner plate. I have NEVER left disappointed or unsatisfied! The prices are very fair as well considering the portions and quality of the food they serve. Uh, Ew. After trying for ten minutes to order a TACO, which the extremely irritated girl kept saying, "I don't know what you mean," we got a couple of burritos and an EMPTY taco shell, Omg. If I could give it 0 I would. I've been eating here my whole life and the other day they messed my order up. When we called back and told them I received the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was the manger super rude and told us it was our fault, she called back 10 minutes after we hung up on her to talk even more rude. Then, she somehow found me on Facebook and wrote me the NASTIEST message starting out with "customers aren't always right!!!!" If you know a thing about customer service that is the FIRST thing any establishment will teach you. On top of that, she wrote one of my friends for telling me to report them to better business bureau and told her that all her family are cops and cartel and nothing will happen to her or the business because we "don't know who we are fucking with" TERRIBLE customer service rude employees. This happened Thursday and today, Tuesday, I am still getting VOICEMAILS from this woman harassing me telling me if I didn't do drugs maybe I could learn to order right.... Mind you this woman DOES NOT know me and I am 21 and she is about 35-40. Wouldn't recommend to anyone read more
