I've been going here for years and it's consistently so good. They've redone the inside so the seating area is nice and feels more open than it used to. The owner or manager is usually there helping the staff and is very personable. Service is also very fast. I tend to pretend it's a local Chipotle and get a bowl. My partner gets a burrito. Every time I visit Bryan/College Station, which is quite often, I visit Taco Crave. This place feels very authentic, and their tacos are juicy and cheap. I always order about $20-$30 worth of tacos every time I visit. Their tacos are delicious and juicy. I've been here about 6 times, and every time I eat their tacos, I'm always impressed. It was never dry, and it was always filled with plenty of filling. There's also a self-serve area where you get your own pico de gallo, cilantro, lime, etc. It feels very authentic there. Their customer service was always on-point. I've never had a problem with their cashier. Everything else was self-serve. You get your own toppings and water, and you dump your own tray. Would I return? Yeah! For the food's quality and quantity, it's DEFINITELY worth returning. read more

The owner, David is absolutely outstanding at what he does and he is very consistent on making sure the food never disappoints. I personally have never had better tacos/burritos in my life. Highly recommend the torta because it's bread that comes from a local bakery down the street. I am in town for a conference and this was on the list of food places close by for lunch so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The service was amazing, the staff member described everything on the menu and even included what things might take more time to cook, like the burger. The portion sizes were great, the food was well seasoned and fresh, and there was 2-3 different styles of cooking for each meat so you had 8 different options to choose from. We were in Bryan looking for a quick satisfying lunch. This filled the bill! Inexpensive (to us Northwesterners) tacos that were excellent. My wife had 2 tacos, the Chipotle Chicken and the Piccadilly/Potato fillings. I had the 3 taco plate with rice and charro beans. 2 of the chicken and one beef. Delicious and filling - 2 small corn tortillas for each taco. Only downgrade is that my wife loves tamales but we don't eat pork and that was the only filling. And their "regular" chicken is mixed with bacon! But not the chipotle version, as far as we could tell. read more

Pros: * So tasty--seriously, other than El Tios and maybe some other trucks around town, this place has the best "Street Style" tacos you can find. I REALLY REALLY wish they stayed open late. * Pastor is the GOAT-- everything is delicious, but that Pastor is something else. * The staff is so friendly. They will remember you, and they will accommodate you as needed. For example, one day I was pigging out and ordered another plate 15min after finishing my first. No questions asked, no jokes made, just simple, kind service. * Okay, seriously-- the horchata here is INSANE. I really wanted to take some to-go but I was so full off of my tacos to drink another drop. * The sauces are soooo good. The rojo is an amazing recipe, the verde is a great compliment to the tacos, and the habanero has a great flavor with a mean kick. Cons: * Not many at all. I would just say that the food could be hotter. It's not cold by any means, but the warmers need to be turned up a notch. * Correction-- they keep the sauces cold, so therefore it makes your tacos cold.
