There were over ten trucks there and we decided to try "Ebony's Fish Fry". Simply said, Ebony's had the best food truck food that we have ever had and trust me, we have had a lot. Ramel and Angel McCann are the owners, Ramel does the cooking and Angel is the "personality." Since the game began at 8:00 pm they were serving dinner food. Neither of us had ever had whiting fish so Angel gave us a sample. The fish was moist with great flavor and the breading was perfect. It was not greasy, but crisp with a wonderful flavor. We order the whiting fish sandwich, while Lisa had fried okra and I had onion rings. Both sides were superb. The dinner menu is attached. If you see them at a function, eat there, and you will not be disappointed. If you are sponsoring an event that can use a food truck, give them a call. Your guests will be very pleased.
