The "dining room" is so cold, winter and summer, that it would make a Polar Bear shiver. I have heard this general complaint repeatedly from other customers as I have waited in line. The response from those working there is always the same. They understand, they've heard the complaint many times but, the thermostat is controlled remotely and they can't do anything about it. It's not only the customers who are cold. I have often seen a cashiers bundled up like Eskimoes. And if you're management at Taco Bell, yes you are losing business because of this. read more

It's Taco Bell. What else can be said about the best thing Americans have done to a foreign dish from the country that actually touches our southern border. It's not Mexican food so don't even kid yourself with the cute Mexican sounding names of their dishes. They have 4 ingredients and make 128 items with them and just change the names. Absolutely horrible experience. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived and I gave my name was told my order was not ready but it actually was sitting in the pickup area. Cashier did not check for my name until a manager came over. The manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and the cashier argued with me that I was supposed to go through the orders myself to check for my name. Both were extraordinary rude and dismissive. I was be escalating this issue with the GM and regional manager. Customers beware visiting this Taco Bell the staff is incompetent and hostile towards customers. read more

The crew at this Taco Bell has got their stuff together. I visit here often, never dining in, but hitting the drive-thru & taking my order home. They are generally fast & keep the line moving quickly. Of all the times I've visited here I can't remember a single time my order was wrong or had a shortage of items ordered. The lettuce & tomatoes are always fresh looking & the food items are prepared with care & neatness & not just a messy mess thrown together like I have seen from other Taco Bell locations. It's always a great feeling to unwrap a crunchy taco & it still be in one piece & picture perfect even after a 15 minute ride home. lol They have just begun remodelling this location, it was a little run down looking & needed a little cosmetic upgrading, but the food quality & service have always been excellent for fast food tacos & burritos. This Taco Bell is across the street from Mayflower Seafood & next door to the Reidsville Lanes bowling alley. read more

The food is always hot and ready after I order and a good place to grab and go. They do keep it clean especially in the kitchen.

So I understand with the pandemic there is a coin shortage. But a sauce shortage? Never would have guessed. Ordered 3 big ass burritos and and Crunchwrap. Requested a significant quantity of fire sauce. Gave me 3. THREE. What am I supposed to do, make everyone ration their individual packet of sauce? They consistently mess up orders, short you on food and refuse to admit when they mess up an order. Went in today and they left out a burrito, when asked to fulfill the order, did not make the burrito as asked, as well as made me pack up my own food after I asked for a to-go order. I'm going to have to agree with the last review. The drive-thru here is like molasses on a cold day even with only 1 or 2 cars. The service inside ranges from surly to casual indifference on a good day. But when you feel like bean burrito and an enchrito it's the only one in town so you have to deal with it, but today was even worse than usual. There were 5-6 cars in line today at lunch so I decided to go inside. And after waiting about 5 min at the counter with no greeting or cashier in site I finally gave up. Maybe I was supposed to reach over and make my own order like at Sheetz? Just as I turned to walk out someone pops out of drive thru area and acts like they're coming to the front and yells a half-hearted hello to my backside. Taco salad. Non-ripe tomatoes (lite orange). Tiny tiny packages of medium salsa which made a mess when opening as no tear off tabs so had to use scissors to cut open. Less than .25 lb of seasoned beef. Interesting salad bowl. Have had taco salads at many places since this is one of my favorite dishes. Am food blogger. Very little cheese, a dob of sour cream. Interesting fillers on bottom layers: canned soft refried beans and aha under that layer cooked rice. Fillers so as to not charge too much. NOT A TRUE MEXICAN TACO SALAD BOWEL!! read more

Food is your normal Taco Bell quality. Went in on a Sunday night around 7pm (they were supposed to be open for several more hours). As soon as we walked in, the AC hit us in the face. Freakishly cold. It was 60 outside and freezing cold inside. Every patron who came in said it as soon as they walked in the door. Several people turned around and walked out without ordering. I brought my kids here to dine in and, well, I'm stubborn. So we dined in. I asked the shivering cashier if the AC was broken and just constantly blowing frigid air. She just looked at me and looked like she wasn't allowed to comment on it. Really odd. I asked another employee if they can adjust the temperature (we were the only ones stubborn enough to dine in). They just kept blowing us off. By that point, I was getting livid. I'm the last person to say any place is cold (I'm always warm). But this was absurd. I figured it was their ploy to discourage patrons from dining in and making more work for them around closing. Needless to say, I have boycotted this place. They'll never get another dime from me. read more

Bullshit on that last review. Giving the location? You obviously work for or have ties to the ownership. I swear I left a review here before and it's gone. Years ago I went through the drive through when they were supposed to be open. I waited and waited. I finally drove up to the window and two teens were sitting on the counter in the back and looked up at each other, then put their heads back down like they didn't see me. Then, a few months ago I pulled in. The drive through open light was off and I knew they were supposed to be open. I went to the speaker and sat there for a few minutes. Finally I said, "HELLO"... Then I heard a few of the slackers laughing and she took my order. I went to the window and told her nicely that the drive through open sign is off and they were supposed to be open for at least two more hours. She yelled to someone that the sign was off. I seen the reflection from the sign turning on. Then I heard laughing again. As I left I looked back and the sign was off again. The food was good and the day crew are great but the late drive through are just a bunch of slack asses. read more
