My mood was instantly lifted and I sat down at a booth near the window. Place was clean. Service was excellent, with no long wait times. The friendly waiter was attentive and gladly shared his personal recommendations. I was impressed with the entire menu. Not only do they offer classic Mexican dishes, but they have come up with many of their own culinary masterpieces. It was hard to choose, but I finally went with the Taco Salad. Fresh, flavorful, well-presented cuisine with generous portions to boot! They have perfected their house-made chips and salsa. I ordered a slice of cake to go. It was so good that it disappeared before I could take a photo. I only get to visit this town once a year, but I'm gonna make it a point to dine here when I do.

Eventually the 3 other vehicles did as well. I was surprised when after waiting about 10 minutes, all 3 of the other vehicles got their orders and left. I waited another 5 minutes and then walked up to the sliding glass doors and tapped on them. A young lady who worked there answered. I told her I was still waiting on my order. She said she was sorry; it was coming. I went back and got into my vehicle. 8 minutes later the same young lady finally came out with my order. I asked her what happened and why it took so long that 3 others who ordered behind me had gotten theirs and left a full 12 minutes before I got my order. She never answered the "why", just apologized for the lengthy delay and walked back into the building.
