Now I will say I got a solid heap of meat on my sliders and my husbands sandwich wasn't shy about the meat either but my bun was soggy and fell apart straight out the gate. And I found the flavor to be lacking. My husband's sandwich was also lacking in the flavor department. The apple fritters were great though. Would I eat here again? Sure, if I did not have any other options.

I think room temp would have been ok, but it was a shock to bite into something that cold. Like I said, large chunks of meat, but overall such a small roll that tasted ok. While my husband said the brat was good, again, just so sadly small and IMO grossly under portioned, especially when I think of what we could have had elsewhere for the about same amount of money. I was not looking for plates piled high with food, but at least had a decent amount, again...for the price, $22 was rather steep for what did end up on the plate.

We had a little weather early on, and they help us flow into the inside space and offered all kinds of help. Fortunately the weather brightened up and guests were able to fully enjoy the fire pit, corn hole, and the live music (solo artist who did great covers!). Great variety of drinks, food truck was perfect, and many of our guests shared how much they loved the space and the vibe. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. For my sides I choose the baked beans and the mac & cheese. The brisket was sliced thin but it wasnt dry. It was tender and had a nice smoke flavor. The baked beans were great. They had good texture as there was a variety of beans used and they had a nice hint of sweetness. As for the mac & cheese, I would say it wasnt my favorite, but the noodles were perfectly cooked. The cornbread was tasty and sweet and was both moist and tender.
