And Lindsey is also great at hearing what you want and knowing what to do. I've gone to Hair Fitness for several years & never had a problem, but this last time was nothing…read morebut awful. I asked for Jessica, because she did a really good job the last time, but she butchered my hair. I wear my hair long, with long layers framing my face & bangs. I had no idea how bad it was until I got home-it was very uneven, choppy, way shorter than I wanted, she cut into my bangs on one side, but not the other & did not, in any way, do what I asked her to do. I am trying to find someone that can fix the mess she left me with, but I don't know if it can be fixed without going a lot shorter. To top it off, I gave her a $20 tip, expecting my cut to be as good as the last time, but it was anything but-so almost $70 for an extremely bad cut. I'm still pretty angry about it, but nothing I can do about it except warn others & let them know that they've lost a customer.
