"Teeth are Not for Biting" is valuable advice for everyone. Very cute that they have directions and distances signs on the base pointing to Oz, 100 Akerwood, Cheshire, Narnia and other imagination places. Like everything that is quality in Charlotte, Good Food, Et. Al. - You have to wait for things. It was worth the wait at Tina's. They are located in the "Posh" Dilworth Section of Town and they serve a "Well Healed" Clientele; Parking in the Shopping Center can get a bit tight - so just be careful and be calm. Prices are fair - you get what you pay for and all good things come to those who wait; - Tina's stands by their work. I will be returning in the not so distant future to have have some pants hemmed.

After posting my review, the manager took the time to personally call me and send an Email providing a detailed explanation addressing the reason for the significant price increase. Because of the way CLT Appliance handled my concerns, I want to update my previous review. My original concern was regarding the pricing of a repair and the inconsistent explanations I received about why the cost had increased significantly compared with my previous repair and a recent quote from the company. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly. The manager reviewed my concerns, provided additional clarification regarding the pricing, acknowledged my frustration, and worked with me to resolve the issue. CLT Appliance ultimately refunded the $125 difference that was the source of my concern. I appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customers, take accountability, and make things right. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way CLT Appliance responded afterward demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I also want to again recognize the technician who performed the repair. He was professional and did excellent work. Thank you to CLT Appliance for taking my feedback seriously, following up, and resolving my concerns.

As far as value, it cost $400 to fix, a brand new washer, exact model was first sake at Lowe's for $480. So hard to say if it was worth cost. Which the current washer is under 2 years old.

This is such a great guitar store. The store design is super cool. It's high-end yet really…read morecomfortable and approachable. Love the design of the custom pipe structure that displays guitars in the main showroom. If you're a guitar player, you've got to stop by just to see and experience the place. It's great. The staff is equally amazing. Philip recently set up my white Gretsch 12 string Falcon Rancher and WOW, it plays like a dream now. I didn't think the guitar was too bad off the shelf - but Philip was able to dial it in to where it plays like a dream now. So much better. I'm super thrilled. I chatted with Philip when picking my guitar up and learned he is a true luthier with the schooling and experience to back it up. He actually built guitars professionally for 10 years so he's not just a guy who changes strings. He's a guitar master craftsman who knows how to get the most out of a guitar.

Lots of paperbacks, many hardcovers. I spotted mystery and thriller and young adult and childrens books as well as some romance and reference. A good variety. This is 99545 and has the name "Bellevue Reader's Delight" with the steward's email address and this caption, "A dream of some 2-3 years came true when Cov-19 recommended social distancing/isolation. We used 7 weekends to build this little library. We used less than $50 in materials using materials we had from other household projects.
