went in for a couple of necessities with my boyfriend (our purchase was less than $40), and as we're walking out an employee stops us and asks to check our receipts; she then goes out of her way to get a marker from of of the other cashiers. as she stopped us we ask her "excuse me ma'am what are you doing?" "did we do something wrong"... no answer we ask again "excuse me... but what did we do?" we turns around with a nasty attitude and goes "don't worry about it" then my boyfriend asks "why did you do that because you think we're stealing?" she says "yes" when she clearly saw us pay AT THE SELF CHECK OUT WITH A SURVEILLANCE CAMERA. we pay twice so i paid once with my card and my boyfriend paid two little drinks with cash... YOU CAN EVEN SEE HIM KINDA STRUGGLE TO PUT THE MONEY IN. and my question is.. why would we pay for something and how the receipt for it if we were stealing? and also why didn't anyone else get asked for their receipts. read more

Recently renovated. This Target now has a pretty big grocery section. While they were at it they recarpeted. Popped in this morning for some Halloween decor. for my workspace and was nicely surprised. The staff were super friendly at 8:30 in the AM and I picked up something light for lunch from the freezer saving myself bunches of money at the food court. read more

This Target is the same as any other. They have all of the essentials for you to get but their customer service is terrible. There is always way more people waiting in line then there are cashiers. You can tell that the employees there just want to get in and get out of there which really makes coming here not particularly pleasant. The reason I'm giving them three stars is because their self check outs are honestly the best thing there. You don't have to worry about dealing with the employees and can still get what you need. read more

Standard target in busy shopping plaza. Parking lot can be a little hectic. I like that they now have expanded food shopping, and their prices for certain same items are cheaper than Whole Foods and Publix. read more

I do love target but they need to get better staff! Every time i come here there all loud and rowdy. They are in the isles and don't even help you out . They don't even say hi it is almost impossible to get help here. Fitting room people are nice let me go in and they don't even count how much clothes I got . Looking to buy a GoPro camera. Asked the lady where they are and she pointed and said "over there by the big, hanging sign that says GoPro camera". Ok captain obvious, that was kinda funny but the sign is parallel to me and I still can't see it. Nice! It would have been a slam dunk sale but I think I'm moving on. Great home section with large selection of items. The variety they offer its almost as good as buying online.

First off Im typically a die hard Target fan but Gag! You are hit with the odor of urine upon walking in the door. The place is filthy!! If not for the red everywhere Id swear I was in a ghettofied Wal Mart. It is more like the in between Target markets that have some grocery items but not a full selection. Things were hard to find, disorganized, and limited in selection. And did I mention it was dirty. And smelled bad? I need a shower. Like Silkwood. read more

I have never had a problem when I come to this target. They always have the things I am looking for, it's always clean and checkout is relatively fast. My only problem is whenever it rains the parking lot get sooooooo flooded. read more

This target is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's right on route 1 so it's very accessible. Plus side to this target over others, it's attached to a mini mall with old navy, Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Bath & Body Works, and more. read more

Wow, for a hugely popular Target in Aventura I'm surprised it has only 2 reviews. Well, now it has 3, so take that! Target is Target is Target... They have all the necessities you need and then some. This one in particular does have an issue with their inventory on occasion. I've never understood how Managers let stores like this run out after so much practice... These places are literally run by robots and super computers, so I'm surprised when they're out of my favorite shampoo or Arizona Green Tea. But, I'm always enamored by huge mega stores with thousands of products, and you have to appreciate the store as a whole. The amount of time it takes to arrange all the inventory and the sheer size truly is amazing. It makes me think of camping deep in the mountains of California when I was a teen, and how nice it was just to have plumbing, toilet paper and a shower when I got home after a week. I appreciate Target for what it is, and this one is in line with all the rest. Since it's less than a mile from my home I have to give it an extra thumbs up! read more

They don't support healthy habits. They kicked me out of the store because I was with my rollerblades on. So I asked them if I could take them off and walk around with my socks and they told me that I have to buy some shoes. Target it's really close to my house, but now I have to grab my car and go to it. So from now on I'll grab my car and go to a better store. read more

Even when I travel for a wedding, I have to make 3 appearances at Target. Another great Target with a small, but decent market section. Some of the cashiers don't know the difference between champagne and non alcoholic sparkling cider, so like us, you might get carded for that. Otherwise, great selection, clean store read more

This is a very nice store. It's in a nice neighborhood and of the employees are very courteous. The downside is that the parking is horrendous. The parking is horrible at all times. However, at rush-hour, it is a DISASTER!!! Nonetheless, it is a five star target store. read more

I GOT LOST! I visited this store after just moving in my new place and got lost in the selection of home and bedding items. Not to mention the infants and toddler clothing for my boys were a plus as they had a very nice selection of warm kid friendly colors and outfits that were easily mixed and matchable. The Oshkosh gosh is one of my favorite brands for the kids. I like that even though the store seemed pretty busy the restrooms were still just as neat as can be you don't find that to often in a department store on a busy day. read more

We bought a box of lego on Friday 12/27/2013. When we opened it we noticed that it had been resealed and that several pieces of the set plus the building instructions were missing. Taget repacked an item that had obviously been returned without checking that all of the parts were present. It is impossible for me to return the item. I live out of town. I had one unhappy child and know not to buy lego at Target ever again!!!! read more

Customer service has gone downhill. The manager or whoever the person at the customer service desk was talking over the walkie talkies would refuse to come. I wanted a raincheck for an item that I bought and they had only 3 on the shelf. I bought it and went to the customer service desk to ask for a raincheck because the item was on sale. The person tells me they don't give rain checks. I was like really? I had one done previously at a different location a few months back. I asked her if this was targets new policy. She proceed to ask the person over the walkie Talkie and that person tells her no was don't. So I ask if that person can come to the desk and to see the item and see if by chance they have more in the back. She never came and the sales person went to that person while I waited and told me that I can get a raincheck but only for quantity 1 . It was baby formula and I doubt my child will stop using formula after a few days. I was like the other location like two or three months ago gave me 6 at the sale price rain check. Whatever I took it and asked then why did you tell me no raincheck ? She had no answer and proceeded to cough all over the item and the bag. That was just nasty didn't cover her month . I took out the formula bottles from the bag and box and threw it out in the parking lot. I gave her that box after I bought it for her to see what item I needed a raincheck for. For her to cough all over my babies stuff was nasty and just horrible service. Lately have been having horrible service at target . By far the most unpleasant shopping experience you will have at a target in the US. The staff doesn't give a shit and the management sucks and they are all totally unpleasant. Target Corp should crack down on this location. read more

The store is clean and well kept but the checkout lines are out of control. There's nowhere for people to queue and it's just a crazy jumble of carts and people everywhere. Self checkout is even worse, the line blocks the entry with carriages all the time. At busy times this place has to be a fire hazard. Shop here when it's not busy or just avoid it. read more

I come here and pay a little more than walmart to avoid long lines and ratchet people. They everything from clothes to home needs to baby needs and now frozen section for food. Quality is great and kids clothing is great. read more

Love this target. Customer service is always excellent and while prices are rising it beats walmart.

Good place to by different things. They have option of brands and sizes for almost everything but they don't have many gluten free products.
