They've been in business for 115 years and now I can see why! I traveled to this store because they sell a specific brand of furniture I was looking for (Jackson). I called ahead and knew they had the sectional sofa that I was looking for and I wanted to see it in person before I purchased. I was about 90% sure I was going to purchase from them because I owned this couch before but the service that I received from the owner had me sold. Phil was super friendly and was cracking jokes with us. Jim was also very nice and he made us a great deal! Delivery is free even to the Buffalo area, which is something that you don't often receive! This little family owned shop is highly recommended! 5/5 stars all around.

His answer was, "they had to charge me for labor because it was the manufacturer's fault for the delay. They scheduled a week later on a Saturday again and said our bed would be delivered between 4:30pm and 7pm which right there threw a red flag...conveniently just after the store closed so we couldn't inquire...we get a text saying our delivery was running 1-1 1/2 hours late...with 5 ahead of us ..then we kept getting notifications and it would be later and later...they finally called at 11:30pm at night and didn't show up until 1:10am Sunday morning. We were furious to say the least. I will tell everyone I know to not buy from such a poorly run business. We are going to the store as soon as they open to speak with a manager and get compensated for this absurd and terrible service. It's been an absolute nightmare!!! Absolutely unconscionable!!! They don't deserve any star. And set up took awhile and the store never gave any heads up on that also! Absolute nightmare!!

Apparently, Google still has them listed at their old address down the street. Even though they have been in this location for 2 years, with a new phone number, Google said that they can't update their new location until enough people complain. Ahhh, Google's customer service at its finest! This is a large, bright and neat showroom, They have a nice selection of sofas, recliners, loveseats, beds and dressers, cocktail and end tables, rugs, lamps and dining room sets. They take an extra 15% off the sale price here. The salesperson X-Plane that if you see a chair in a living room set that's of a different fabric or color means it's available in different fabrics and colors. In the back of the store is the clearance center, with scratch and dents, canceled special orders Etc. Prices there are negotiable and very reasonable. They are open every day except Wednesdays. Their furniture is all made from a small town in Wisconsin and usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. My advice: factor in bad weather in Wisconsin in the time frame. The 3 salesman we're all friendly and accommodating, and didn't pester me or follow me. I recommend this for a pleasant shopping experience with knowledgeable and courteous salespeople.

I have been to Fulkerson's to find lobby furniture, kitchen and work tables, lots and lots of chairs! They can do cubicles in custom sizes and accessories too. They do have some new furniture too, but it's not much. You can find it in their main showroom with their offices. It's also where they usually have some really amazing and LARGE conference room tables. I would absolutely recommend them - hands down. Happy Bargain Hunting!
