This store is usually cleaned and well stocked. Seems lately I'm waiting in line longer because they are not opening registers. Ive been in line for 20 minutes because 2 registers are open. They opened a 3rd. There are people checking out at 3 others whose lights are off. They keep saying they are closed but people just keep lining up. I spoke to Beth for a dehumidifier, I gave her the DPC I number she left me on hold for over 10 minutes I called back and she said I need to hold more she obviously did it on purpose and is extremely rude. Brought my son to the Saturday Spooktacular and was extremely disappointed. Website and marketing advertised free goodie bags and other giveaways and nothing. You went to customer service desk for three lollipops. My son was heart broken, not about the candy but the experience. Okay so my mom and I went here so she can return some hair dye and so I can get some CDs. I like the CD section. They have a lot of selections and they have new ones too. I ended up getting the Hannah Montana 3 CD and a Jackson 5 CD... DON'T JUDGE ME!!!!! I have weird taste in music. I like all music, but not all music, if that makes sense. It doesn't. My home away from home! I love Target, especially this one. This store is huge they have everything! Even the home and garden center is big. When I moved to my new apartment I was able to buy all the essentials and at a very reasonable price. The parking here is great, the spaces aren't so close together (something I hate since I drive a truck)! The staff here are very helpful, if you can't find something they will help you! I love that! Sariana (?) helped me hold the dress until I was able to get to it later that night and she told Britney who would be there when I came to pick it up to hold it for me. This store has really gone down hill. When they took out the garden section we wondered what they would do with the space. Nothing... It's been empty ever since. The store normally does not have many sizes in stock of the clothes. I think that it's ironic that the maternity section is right next to the petites and the plus size clothes. The maternity section itself is very small already and makes it very hard to find what you're looking for. The bathrooms are normally dirty. I don't try to linger in here, just go in and go out. read more

I've always loved this Target and though it is no longer my favorite, I still love it! Without being a multiple story store, its big with lots to offer. TARGET IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE STORE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD! BUT IT IS EVIL!!!!! YOU GO THERE FOR ONE THING AND YOU END UP WITH A TON!!!!!!!!!! although i'm not a fan of the area (which some people call "south and gridley" and "S&G") because of it's crowdedness and hard parking, i still love going to target because it's the closes one in my area. sure prices may be cheaper at wal-mart and k-mart, but they both lack the cleanliness and organization as target does. I MEAN PUT A BLINDFOLD ON ME IN TARGET AND I WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IM GOING. i love the sales, cute little dollar station, and the movies and music selection. some of my favorite things at target: - dollar section has batteies, note pads, cute pens and little toys for kids that are reasonably good quality - pharmacy is really nice - restrooms are descent - $1 for popcorn and a soda. who can beat that? - the best toys section! - magazines 10% off cover and some books are 25% cheaper than the cover price. - archer farms brand maui onion chips! soooo yummy! - when you see something new featured there, but your iffy on if you should get it, wait a couple months, it'll be on sale! - talking rain brand organic flavored water. it's not sweet, it has an essence of blueberry and pomegranate. yumm! - great wine selection, but no beer. - the sales after a major holiday is an anual thing for me. xmas light, valentines cards, easter baskets, 4th of july decorations, it's amazing! i love doing a few laps around this place. side note: i'm not a fan of the fad of frozen yogurt places, because i can make top quality soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt in my very own home for the fraction of the price because i purchased a soft serve machine at target ON sale for 8 bucks. i love how i can walk here from work in less than a minute. hahaha sometimes i come here to just walk around and pass off time during my lunch break. ive actually eaten @ the mini pizza hut here on occasion for lunch, n it seems to be pretty fresh stuff. sometimes u have to wait a few minutes for them to finish cooking a pizza.... anyways, selection inside the actual store is pretty cool.. i dunno if i really need to say much about this place... c'mon, its target. i dont really know anyone that doesnt know what target is, or what you can find there.. the little supermarket food section here just opened recently, so thats another new little plus about this place. this location is really clean, and parking is plentiful. i like target. yup. read more

I live across the street from the Lakewood Target yet make the hike over to Cerritos for the Target Greatland. They always have what I need and they aren't constantly running out of things. They also have a better selection of clothes, and a variety of sizes unlike the Lakewood Location. The only thing I don't like about this Target is the Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is not as nice or cute as the Lakewood one so I will still go there for my prescriptions. read more

This Target location is very clean and organized. They always seem to monitor when they need to open another register so the customer doesn't have to wait long. This is a plus for customers not wanting to stand in line long. My only gripe about this particular location is that every time I buy the can sodas that are on sale (ex: buy 4 for $12 must be all Coke products); the register never prices it right when I check out. Then I must wait for people to verify if I bought the correct products which I have. I am not docking a star or this problem but hope the registers get updated. read more

The pharmacy people are so kind here and there's never a long line when I'm picking up my prescription.

I was at this location just last Sunday in the hair care department. I had the best advice in learning how to treat biracial hair. I've asked so many professional stylist and no one ever gave me good advice, they just wanted to up sell their products. This young lady knew everything and was helping everyone with their questions. This Target is so unorganized. Always boxes that are "waiting" to be unloaded in the aisles. The last time I went, there were employees standing around talking while they only had a few checkers open with extremely long lines. I love Target but try to avoid this one as often as possible. My boss and I made the mistake of driving to Cerritos Mall for lunch on Good Friday... no parking whatsoever, all the Moms are shopping for Easter goodies and kids taking pictures with the Easter Bunny, it was a hot mess. So we decided to drive across the street and grub at Target, I don't think I've ever actually eaten a complete meal at Target before, I've had sodas and popcorn, but that's about it. I scanned the menu and decided on the Pizza Hut Chicken Alfredo Pasta Combo which comes with the bowl of pasta, 3 breadsticks and a drink for the low price of $5.99! It took about 10 minutes for it to be ready, but the food was quite tasty and I was impressed it came from Target, or in this case Pizza Hut. I already love Target, but I love it just a little bit more after today. read more

This Target never seems to have anything in stock when I need it. It's across the street from the mall and is probably the most highly trafficked Target in the area (although there is another one just about a mile south-east of it), so that might explain why it's as busy and unstocked as it is. On top of that, the customer service is subpar when compared to other Target's that I've been to. My home Target is the one in Seal Beach, which is head an shoulders better than the Cerritos location. Maybe it's management, maybe it's just me, but I'll only go to this location if I'm in the area and am short on time. read more

This Target looks great after remodeling.. but the sad thing is that even though it looks pretty, there are never any products on the dairy shelves. I have been going to this Target for a long time, I've called to make sure they have what I want in stock, only to show up and find the shelves empty. So I was locked out of my apartment tonight. And my phone was dead so I couldn't call maintenance to come open it for me at 10:45 at night. So I go to target and the dude in the electronics section let me use one of the charging cords for a tablet to charge my phone so I could get ahold of maintenance. This is for the portrait studio. Monique was by far the best person to work with in the picture studio. I was able to get a next day appointment and work with her. My son wasn't having it and we only got 1 good picture. She was so patient, and I was fine with that one good picture so we ended it there. She was very personable to talk to, and was very informative and answered any questions that I had. This is the cleanest target that I've been in so far. What I noticed was that remodeled the store. It looks really nice . Everything is well zoned. Very organize and the best part is that you can't get lost because they have really big signs of the departments in the store. Today I came in for deodorant and ended up buying a new bedroom comforter set. There new styles are really nice and the material for the comforters are really soft I quickly noticed that it's really good material.Im in love with this target.I know where I am going to be doing my shopping for everything now on. read more

The people who stock the shelves in the meat area need to be more conscientious. Virtually all the meats were expired. Not a day. Not a week. Three weeks! A month! That's completely unacceptable in this day and age. Freshness is key especially with all the outbreaks in food poisoning. read more

Everyone working there was very friendly. When the lines started getting full they opened another one up. Bathrooms are very clean and sanitary. Its a very big target and they seem to have it in a decent order. The shoe department however was a bit of a mess. This target was definitely one of the best ones I have been to. read more
