    Beware of Theo !!!Horrible experience after waiting for 25 minutes with our emergency lights as there is no parking space to park , I go up to this lady letting her know I've been waiting with my emergency lights she tells me she is not helping anyone unless I am parked on a space number ,on the app it states if there is no parking to put your emergency lights and park near by , why would they even put that as an option. She refused to help me . a store associate by the name of diego let me know her name was Theo . She was very rude and told me that if I wasn't needing med assistance to go to customer service and ask for a manager because she was not going to mess up her hair because of the rain .Horrible experience !!!

    Been here 10 minutes with no additional staff called. It's so slow because the cashier has to walk away constantly.

    This location has the worst On-line Order pick up. It is a 23people line with only 1 cashier. Staff are coming to stand and stare at the line then walk away. No additional help has come as we have been in this line for over 10 mins. The cashier is doing her best. Her Manager is the problem, not call ing for more assistance. I am mid line.

    Quite possibly the most hideous Target I have been to in my life! If KMart was still around, I'd say that place rocks over this location any damn day. Even Wally World trumps this Target, and y'all KNOW how I feel about Walmart, lol! Not sure how long this one has been around, but it just looks super old---on the inside and out! I stopped in to kill some time and was taken aback by the sight of clothes strewn all over the aisles... Idk if it's the customers being straight up ghettofied or the employees or both?! After reading some recent reviews, I'm willing to bet the farm it's both! How sad, and the only thing I can think of that is this Target's pride and joy is the Big Dog near the entrance/exit at the front of the store. Never seen that anywhere else. I didn't care much to walk around the rest of the store after seeing that mess. The restrooms weren't in the best condition, either. This Target has got to step up their game BIG TIME!! I was going to leave 1 star, but I left 2 on behalf of the Big Dog. It's certainly not his fault and I feel bad for him, don't you? Even HE looks sad, lol. Will I ever visit again? Dunno. Might, but it wouldn't be for a good while. *sigh* Stay strong, B.D.! Keep your head up!!

    I had an amazingly efficient experience with Target this morning. I did an online order and it was ready before the two hours, I then went and picked up my order and grabbed some other items and checked out in less than ten minutes! The online ordering is so convenient and the pick up people are so accommodating. The self check out is a breeze. The inside of the store is clean and well maintained. It's usually very well stocked. Every time I go in the employees always seem like they like their job.

    Target has evolved so much grew up coming to this store and was so excited to see a pop up store of Ulta located inside near the registers. I also love that they se variety of children's books I'm a fan of buying books for my kids. They finally got bikinis back in stock under $25 for 2pc or 1pc not bad price at all. I bought makeup, children's books, and bikini sets for the family. I will say that the makeup portion of the store looked scarce must be a sign of high demand or low staff to keep up. Overall a positive experience.

    SCO was closed. Almost every item in the pharmacy area was behind lock and key. There's a Walmart across the street that's much better.

    The cvs in this target had rude customer service. I asked the employee simple question and their response was with a negative attitude.

Until I visited Furniture Depot in Chula Vista, most the sofas and accent chairs were either cheap, poorly constructed, overpriced, they didn't have the size sofa for my living room... or the fabric wasn't the color I was looking for to match my other living room decor. One store I was going to buy from prior, the owner had me pay for the entire living room set upfront "because it was custom" then after waiting over a month the guy told me the fabric was discontinued. I found a swatch sample in their showroom that was basically identical, but the owner told me it would be $1,500 more for that fabric. I told him the deal is dead, give me my money back, which he did. I concluded the guy seemed nice but he was like a wolf in sheep's clothing. After that painful ordeal, I went and searched showrooms in San Diego's South Bay. I was about to give up but there was one last store I went into that day on Broadway in Chula Vista, Furniture Depot. Right from the beginning I was impressed. Their showroom larger than most furniture stores with vastly different styles throughout. The manager Dustin greeted me shortly after I walked in. He was there to assist and answer any questions I had. Dustin was very knowledgeable about all the products. He put everything at ease. It was a relief speaking with someone in the business who was honest and transparent about everything. After speaking with him only a few minutes I knew I was going to make my purchase through this store. Everything I was interested in could be ordered new, he explained. He offered custom sizes and many colors to choose from. Dollar for dollar, based on the quality of product, I don't think there's any local competitor that can match their service or quality. The turn-around for the custom-sized furniture was very fast, less than 2 weeks. The guys who delivered the product performed a white glove delivery service for a very low reasonable fee, lower cost than most furniture places offer. I ended up buying a 92" sofa, ottoman and accent chair - all new - all matching fabric, great quality, and very comfortable to sit and lay in. I'm glad I found this place. Poor customer service. They don't care about anything except taking your money. Stay away! Not worth the headache

That's where they use the I'll give you a good deal at the end of your purchase thing. I had gotten a thrumble (bunk beds with a 3rd bed at the bottom(floor). The material is so bad. It's been 8 months and it seems as if I was donated the bed previously used. The bed on the bottom is made with cheap wood it braked so easily. Like cardboard type. The top bunk bed on the inside had scratches but like chipped off. So I didn't see that. They don't ask if you want the protectors they throw them in for each mattress and they don't even fit they are huge. The point is the wood is so cheap and the beds are about 1,300. I got the insurance and because we got a storage unit I forgot where I put the insurance documents. There for the insurance company says they can't send anyone to fix the bed cause it has multiple damages. The dining table I got I didn't notice one chair had a chip pretty long were you lean your feet on and well it came off eventually. All dining tables at the bottom come with busters for hight. Even if you put them all in they are uneven. They also keep coming out so it gets in even worse. I got a set of sofas and had the 3 seater made into a pull out more money. The mattress is sooo cheap and I supposedly had it upgraded you can feel the metal of the pull out I've had 2 previous ones I gave away and I so regret it. I also got a corner table its rustic cherry Woolf color. Well I that day that I wanted it they wanted to give me the one as an example it had chips and scratches and one of the employees decided to cover it up with black permanent marker and said there take it it's good and I said no I want a new one. When it got delivered I could still see that oil color black marks on it and I told them I'm not keeping this one I told the guy at the store. So take it back. I had to go personally to the whatehouse to pick one up. I did take the mattress from the couch too and told them to check my order and it was the wrong one but they also exchanged it for the same type different color. ‍ I was done at this point and I stopped paying I've been waiting for them to pick the items up cause it's disappointing when you buy insurance for damaged or scratches etc extra and they can't come to fix it or exchange one piece of an item. I have my eye instead at the MOR store. Well I actually already got a bed. Definitely recommend 10/10 and it's been like 4 months. Also got insurance on the electric base and mattress

    This suppose to be the main deciding place for this chain company and its management and it seems…read morethat incompetency and arrogance reins throughout all. They would not honor the original marketing offers for the products (specifically mattresses) and then, when you have a problem with it, the will not accept anything, shifting the blame on something/someone else. We bought a CAKing mattress which was already sagging, some lumps showing within a couple of months - even with our low weight of 140Lbs. Now, they are refusing a return and refund within warranty! Anybody else experience this? Any suggestions?

    Terrible experience here. Placed an online order to pick-up in their store. Had to drive over 100…read moremiles round trip to pick it up because no other store had it and it was not available to be shipped from the website. When I got there, the item was completely broken! 15 shells on this wall decor piece were broken! No one bothered to call me to say that the item was broken and to ask me if I still wanted it (which I would not have wanted to drive all the way there and back to get a broken item). The item was not in a box and the shells were not wrapped, which is how this item would normally come. It must have been a display that they were not careful with. It was laying on the register counter for (I assume) was nearly a week until I was able to pick it up. During that time, not one employee who walked by it had enough common sense to call the customer to share with them the condition of the item and see if the customer wanted it???? It's really not that hard to just use an ounce of common sense. Anyway, the employee matter of factly apologized and gave me a discount. After driving all the way there, I did not want to leave empty handed and figured that maybe (and that's a big maybe) I can repair it with new shells(?) I have no idea where to even find these types of shells.....and I shouldn't have to deal with this. When I got it home, I had to spend TWO HOURS wrapping the remaining shells so they wouldn't break & store it for now because I can't hang it all broken and junky. I need to repair it first. NEVER AGAIN SHOPPING HERE.
