Great location for an Old Navy! There's plenty of parking so that's not a problem at all. I came here for Christmas gifts in December and was pleased to find a lot of the items were still in stocked. I was able to get some graphic shirts, fuzzy slippers, and Sherpa style jackets. The total cost was under $150 so that was a deal for me. Holy cow! This location is terrible! They do not have any sizes of anything. I've been to the store a few times in the past year and their selection is super slim. The sale rack is super expensive, not a deal at all. Recent visit in the last week was a total bust, again! Couldn't find a single item in my size, racks were empty with no inventory. They advertise that you can have the store order your size online ship to your house for free, after they spent 15min fidgeting on the app they couldn't order anything. Complete waste of time! I had $45 worth of rewards credits so I stopped in to pick up a couple of pairs of pants for work. I selected from their new line and colors a style know as the straight fit. Each pair cost $29 so at the end, I only paid $10 and some change. Went to this old navy in search of face masks and despite this location not having the style I found online yet they were able to order for me and ship them free to my home. Only issue I had was their POS via iPod touches weren't taking my payment. Took 5 of them to get my order placed. This branch is my last resort on shopping at Old Navy. Customer service training specially on cashiers needed to be implemented. It was the holidays and gift giving is still ongoing when hubby asked the lady cashier (who has a bleached long hair similar to a synthetic wig and long false lashes), if he could have some small paper bags along with the purchases. Right away the cashier said they're not allowed to do that. Hubby said, in other stores they do.. and again she right away said "you need to speak to our manager about that". I was stunned.. really?!? For paper bag and we need to speak to your manager? Although it may seem that the request was overkill to ask for bags for the purchases, we paid more than $150 for the whole purchase and she could've offered atleast an extra bag or two to go with the purchase other than being cold and robotic. Money is hard earned and sometimes we try to make the most out of spending it and it's not always about the products that we get from the stores that we shop, along that is the service and the attitude of the associates working there. If you can't do customer service in an acceptable manner, please stay after hours to stock on products. read more

This store has consistently been difficult to shop in for the last 5+ years. I went today for the first time in over a year and many things are still the same- the bathroom area smells like someone died, and the smell continues into the fitting area, so trying anything on there is so unpleasant. Went here to find a gift for my dad on Father's day. I ended up buying him a shirt that was 50% off. I also picked up some earrings. The selection here isn't that great. I don't find too much stuff for myself. Since I have an Old Navy Visa card, I get cash back. I had $10 free cash to spend. I ended up paying $9.80 total. Not bad for having a Visa card at Old Navy. I like shopping at Old Navy. I also like the jewelry. The only thing about the cash is if you go over $10, you have to put the difference on your Old Navy visa. That is not an option. The location is fairly clean and there is plenty of parking in front. This location takes credit cards and cash but it is best to have the Old Navy Visa card. I wanted my sister to get the best stuff she could, so when I noticed that this location didn't have enough variety of sizes, I strongly suggested we leave and go to the one in Mission Valley, which is the one I frequent. This location is a hit or miss. Today as I enter the store, 2 employees were at the register talking to each other. I hear one of them say out loud "you can't bullshit a bullshitter" and laughing. Wow, really? So unprofessional and not something you should be saying loudly in front of customers. Another lady walking around the store putting things away was rude by cutting me off while I was walking to look at some clothes. She didn't say anything. Ok whatever. Same woman was in the dressing room area and wasn't pleasant either. Employees at this location need to get a grip. Rolled In here the other day for the first Time as I needed a new shirt for a family gathering . Upon arrival we got parking right up front so I guess we got lucky because it seems to be pretty busy . Once we got into the store I noticed the large open layout which is nice as I didn't feel crowded . They had some solid deals but I still wandered over to the clearance section and found a solid button up for $20 which wasn't bad . I guess I also got lucky during checkout because a cashier opened up as I step foot in front of the line . He was helpful as I paid with reward points and he had to punch in the codes and stuff . I hadn't been to an Old Navy in a while but after stopping by their location in the San Ysidro outlets with excellent service I figured I'd pick up a button down shirt I saw on sale at this location. Walking in everything is pretty tidy and well organized so I figured things would be a breeze. My assumption came too early. Once I hit up the fitting rooms to make sure everything fit in the right places there wasn't an employee in sight to let me into their locked rooms. So I wander out to the sales floor to ask an employee for assistance and realize there isn't a single worker to be found. So I'm annoyed but not rude, I figure maybe they're short on people. I head to the registers where there's a cashier ringing up one person and another just standing around. I ask him if there's anyone that could be sent to the fitting rooms and he exchanges glances with the other cashier and says "*insert name here* isn't there? And none of the doors are open?" -My blank stare- I reply "No." I start heading to the fitting rooms and lazy worker finally shows up to open a door. I try on my button down and get ready to bounce. As I'm waiting in line while the main cashier finishes up with a guest she calls for her backup. As I'm getting rung up the item comes up regular price and I ask if it'll go down to the sale price at the total. He responds 'no' and I let him know there's about three signs directly around those button downs that say the sale price (I read all fine print and descriptions). Since there's a whole lot of no one waiting in line he asks someone else to check the area to verify that. As I wait I hear "There aren't any signs." I head over to the area to physically point at the signs and lazy fitting room employee she lets cashier know on her head piece device they do say a sale price. For a store who hardly has anyone in shopping on a Sunday morning they made giving slightly decent customer service seem like they were preforming spinal surgery. Would have given this shit hole one star but the selection was pretty decent, hence the two. read more

The three people I interacted with between the floor and dressing room were looking down or staring off somewhere when I approached for help. There are 2 Old Navy's in my area. One is down in the Las America's outlet mall. I hate going there because of the crowds, parking sucks, and the store is always messy. So my only other option is to go to this location. For the most part the store is clean and well organized. But DUDE...they hardly ever have any clothes. YES finally the fall season is 80% in. Old Navy usually sucks every other season but this one. They have a lot of different selections to choose from. This location is pretty big w/a lot of displays. They cashiers are a little unattentive but I'd rather it be that way then getting followed isle to isle. It's rarely crowded & I'm guessing that's partly due to Ross & Walmart being in the same little strip. They have a huge selection for kid's as well, I think I even saw a pet section there. I have never felt so disrespected in a store. I had an even exchange to make from the las Americas location, for a different size in jeans for my husband. I live closer to this location so I decided to go here. I was told I would have to pay more for a pair of jeans since I got it at the outlet. Yet the prices and deal were the same. Turns out the lady at las Americas gave me 40% off when they should have been 30% off. Well I have A military I.d , so I told the manager and figured it would make it even (add the additional 10% off for military) and she would honor the 40% off. She told me the system wouldnt take it.
