I was very excited about Target visit and was looking forward to buying a spring dress for an occasion. I was really disappointed with my visit to this Target location. The store was an absolute mess - clothes were scattered all over the floor, with racks looking half-empty and unorganized. The problem wasn't just in one area, it was all over the place. Clothes just laying on the floor or scattered on shelves. Shoes fallen off shelves and scattered on the floor. Dresses that were hanging were very wrinkled. It felt like walking through a clearance sale after a stampede. I have never seen anything like this at any Target or really any store. It discouraged me from buying any clothes because I wasn't confident that I wouldn't wear something laying on the floor for days. I stopped by the sales area at the front of the store and was looking at pickleball themed accessories. Then I noticed some motion around me. That was an employee who threw a bandana back into its box right in front of my face. That was seriously strange. In general, it felt like the employees at the store were exhausted and discouraged. To make matters worse, the floral section was just sad. Out of all days on Mother's Day. Most of the flowers were wilted, with some bouquets looking like they'd been left out for days past their prime. Few good observations about the store. The store had really cute weekend bags. Very cute fall-like colors, all sizes. At the front of the store there is a pretty extensive Cleveland and Ohio Sports section. You can find t-shirts, baby clothes, and other fun stuff. I usually count on Target for a clean, well-stocked shopping experience, but this location clearly isn't being managed properly. It gave off a neglected vibe that made me want to leave rather than browse. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on what I saw, it might be a pattern. read more

I visit many targets. I am always happy to walk in and notice the cleanliness of the stores. The team do take pride in their store. I never have trouble location things. And on the slight occasion I have trouble. The staff member is able to help me very quickly. read more

It's a pretty standard Target store. The times I've been there, it has a picked over look, with lots of empty spaces on the shelves, and they only have 2 registers open. Ever. The parking lot is shared with Giant Eagle and strikes me as a bit chaotic. read more

I haven't been here in a long time because we all know that once you enter Target to buy a few items, you will leave with way more than expected. This is the Target effect, haha. I have all good things to say about this Target and nothing negative. Besides the prices for groceries being too high (this is why I go to Aldi), I love their home furnishings section. I can find frames to decorate my apartment, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Their clothing section is great too with a good amount of items in the sales section. Someone recently told me about the Cartwheel app which gives you discounts/coupons for items all over the store. Download the app if you want to save money while shopping at Target. P.S. There is a Starbucks inside which is cool for all you coffee drinkers. I've been to the Starbucks about twice to buy snacks and service was quick. if I could give less stars I would. went here and before I started shopping I went to the restroom. I'll leave out too many graphic details from the next stall over and I heard the beeping noise from the walkie talkie and other employees talking. the employe in the next stall over exited her stall and I heard the water for the automatic faucet start to run. during the pandemic we learned the least amount of time for washing hands was the chorus to sisqos "thong song". before you would have finished "she had dumps like a truck,truck,truck" I heard the bathroom door open and then close. I went to find a manager and they said well it could have been a check...I can appreciate a manager looking for the benefit of the doubt of their employee...but if it was just a bathroom check, why would they need to activate the automatic faucet? why only one faucet and not all of them? come on now. Don't play your customers like they're dumb and your employees are not trifling. Genuinely wont be shopping here again even if it's the closest spot to me. I think this is the cleanest Target in the area, which is a definite plus. It's located near a giant Eagle I believe and has a fairly large parking lot. It's definitely comparable to other targets-brightly lit, well stocked, good dollar section, and has a Starbucks. The only thing I was surprised by was that it seems this target did not have as wide as a variety of hair care. read more

Don't go to this target unless you want to get racially profiled. My husband me and son went to go Christmas shopping he picked up an off brand Xbox controller and set it down because he decided he didn't want it then had rethought his decision later on and grabbed it again but had to use the restroom so sat it down on a shelf when next thing we know a woman is coming up to us demanding he gives back both controllers which he no longer had. Ridiculous. Where would he have had them anyway. I knew something was off when we walked in and everyone was starring at us. Can't go anywhere these days. So disappointed with people. So many people pick up things and put them back when shopping. read more

Do not go to the Cleveland West store and Target lack of management. They do not even know how to contact their own vendors to have stock in the store so you have to go to the other local targets which have plenty of stock. Makes no sense to me at all and do not order online with Target. It takes over a week before they even ship your items to you. You'll be waiting forever. Worst store around read more

This Target is a little mini vacation for me. A little slice of commercial paradise, where I can wear sweat pants. Call me basic, but give me a Venti unsweetened Iced Passion Tea and a shopping cart and I can kill 2 hours, easy. I love shopping at Target because I can get everything I need plus 5-7 items I had no intention of buying, but there they are in my cart! $150 later and I feel like I can go back to adulting. Uh....I'm scurred. Because this Target looks like an EXACT REPLICA of the one in Steelyard Commons. (I know that many are built the exact same way, but I've never been to two Targets with identical layouts like this one.) When I walked out I was so confused, I had forgotten that I was in Lakewood and not in Tremont. Freakyyy!!!! One difference, though: the service/friendliness of the Starbucks is far worse (at least while I was there). At least try to pretend not to be miserable. read more

I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing this store is. The staff is so helpful! I ride a mountain bike in the cold to do shopping and the people who work here go out of their way to find me what I'm looking for. I had two great experiences back to back the last two days and wanted to share. Sunday I went there looking for a dvd that was available on the Target app but I couldn't find when I went in the store. Edward was the guys name from electronics . He found what I was looking for and I was more than happy. Monday I should've asked the names of the guys who helped me but the same scenario replayed again. Target never disappoints and always has what I'm looking for. Even if they didn't always have what I need the staff makes the experience great either way. Thank you Target!!! read more

Yup, it's a Target. Nothing more, nothing less. EXCEPT...this place has the shortest lines of anywhere I've shopped in Cleveland. So when you need to buy that bag of Doritos and bottle of wine you're having for dinner, you're in and out quick, quick enough to leave you time to contemplate the essential meaninglessness of life (just kidding). read more

This Target store is just fine but where it excels is the pharmacy. Both the weekday and weekend pharmacists have gone way beyond any thing expected. Since I have no delusions that I am entitled to such exceptional service I concede this is the way both these women treat all customers. Other drug stores are closer to me and have easier parking but I am as happy here as a Kardashian in a basket ball locker room. read more

I love how close this Target is to my house, but every time I go there is at least one thing on my grocery list that they don't have, because it's not stocked. I love Target so there is no shock that I am always here. Some things are a bit pricey but most are not. The selection here is great!!! Sometimes lines are a bit long but this is nothing like Walmart where they refuse to call for back up. In fact, I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes in line on a bad day. read more

I will give it a - i had a really bad experience last Saturday i ask for help at the end of my trip and the lady name Kathy that came to help was the worst person i have ever meet in customer service she was rude and embrace me as i was walking to check out i had ask for dog flea med she had taking the med to customer service desk i had alot of things in my cart so i walk toba register i thought i wasn't a problem i would just for them as i was paying but no here she comes yelling I Told You To Go To CS so i was stund and reply with why are you yelling at me so she left went and got the med came back to the register and i ask her why was she so rude why you had to yeld she ignore me and gave the stuff to the girl working there and as she took off she said f#$& You i talked to a team leader they all could say was sorry i called corp and tge samething sorry and i still haven't heard from them Kathy should be fire thats what i think i spent 100 + every week there and for me to just heard sorry and no kind of hey let me take something of your bill or here is a gift card so we dont loose your business after the embarrassment i went though with my child having to hear that there not getting my money no more. read more

Target! What's not to like. Has anyone else noticed the absence of music from the overhead speakers? What a joy - to shop in pure silence! If I ever have the misfortune to have to shop in a store with overhead "racket" , I 'grab and go' and plan never to return. ( I did pay for the merchandise). Now, on to the good stuff. Since I get about in a wheel-chair I use an electric shopping cart and without exception a team member will inquire if need assistance in locating an item. I'm so greatful for the help - I do need help in reaching items on the higher shelves. And what a wonderful experience to shop in a clean, neat and organized store. (I'm judgemental - if a store is dirty I will not shop there.) Don't forget the fresh produce section - the goodies are beautifully arranged. And more 'goodies' - Starbuck and the food snack area by Starbucks. A place to relax, eat and gather more energy to shop some more! More not to forget - the shop-on-line order ready for pickup. This service allows for extra time to shop in person. There is more - the best thing to do is get to the store and enjoy! read more

This is a nice target which always seems to be in good order even though it is very busy being right next to I-90 and a Giant Eagle/GetGo. There is a Starbucks in this one just to the left of the entrance however it is not open the entire time the store is. Like all Targets it seems the service here is pretty good; it is usually not hard to find someone if you need them. And at this location you will usually see a security officer wandering around. There is also a food section in this store which seems to be growing in size. They have cold food items as well as many many non perishable items. My big pro about this store is that the cashiers seem to always remember to give out the gift cards if you have earned one from an in store special and they always seem to remember to put the carrying strap on the big paper towels or similar items if you buy them. The only thing that is annoying in the store is the parking. There seems to be an excessive amount of handicap spots which never seem to be completely filled. Finally, as with all Targets I like that you can swipe your credit card before the cashier finishes scanning your items - saves time! read more

The store itself is fine: ample selection, pretty clean, etc. However, most of the staff are miserable, miserable people. Very unfriendly and non-accommodating. Have had to really are argue with them and ask to see the manager a couple of times. In the end, they did mostly give me what I was asking for, but they could not be even superficially polite in the process, for example, no one could say thank you, say you're welcome, say they are sorry, etc. read more

If you want bad customer service, go to this Target. Not only are the employees not helpful and rude, but even the guys who gather carts are bad. As I was bringing my cart to a corral, I was notified by a cart gatherer that this was the incorrect corral and that I "was making his job much harder" and that he would advise that I move it. After I was courteous enough to move my cart to another corral he thought he was clever by leaving his large line of carts behind my car so that I could not leave. This was especially wonderful because I had frozen food in my car and it was 80 degrees outside on this day. Will not be shopping here again and will be calling the manager about the issues I had. read more
