If you have run of the mill needs, use the Urgent Care on Redlands Blvd. This is a tiny facility so wait times are longer than regular urgent cares. However, if you are reasonably sure you will be admitted to the hospital, need a CT, MRI or ultrasound-this is the best place to be. I arrived to over 50 or 60 people waiting. Many were crying or moaning, almost everyone complaining about the wait. Despite this all the nurses, Pa's, NP's & doctors were kind and professional. Kat took the time to start my IV when drawing my labs to save an extra needle stick later. Ultrasound tech was kind, communicative and professional. Dr Ngo was an amazing & excellent diagnostician, answered questions and was kind. Everyone was so good at their jobs. The team cohesiveness is what you see among teams who have known and liked each other for years. Kaiser is a major healthcare provider, and its facilities should have adequate parking for both patients and employees.
