Came from the bay area and went to this store. All i can say is DISORGANIZED, DIRTY, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This store needs to close down or get new management so they could fire all of customer service and get people who know how to do their job. They only make target look bad. Horrible customer service! This review is not only for the most recent trip but the multiple trips I make here because it is the closest to my house. I have had to deal with customer service for various reasons and it has mostly been bad. Printed photos once and the girl charged me the wrong price when prices were clearly stated on the machine! She argued with me about the price then when I showed her the prices her manager had to give me a refund. It was rude to argue with a customer then not apologize when you know you were wrong. Tonight the girl at customer service didn't give me a giftcard that was apart of a promotion, instead telling me it would be mailed to me. That didn't sound right so I called customer service and sure enough they confirmed that they do not do that. She basically lied to me. If I hadn't called customer service and waited like the girl told me to I am sure I never would have gotten it! More often than not the cashiers offer no greeting and some don't even look at you. They have that, "I don't want to cashier, I just want to hurry and get back to my own department." look on their faces. Hardly ever a smile or thank you muttered. These horrible experiences happen all the time! They are not isolated experiences. Unless it's an emergency I will avoid this Target. The employees make it or break it and at this location you can tell the moral is at an all-time low. Please retrain your employees ASAP! read more

This particular store is about the same size as others, but I find their items lacking. I normally frequent the one on Shaw in Fresno but went to this one since it was closest to where I was. I needed baking ingredients and they were either sold out, or it just wasn't there. Very disappointed. read more

What can you not find at Target?! You walk in thinking you're just going to by one thing, but then you get distracted. Oh nice clothes! Aww...I need that handbag! Do I need a planner? I think so. Extra soaps, deodorant, make-up wipes, etc. Yes! Yes! And yes! And then I end up spending way more than I need to. But all very important. At least I make myself believe that in the end. And I love the convenience of it being so close and next to my other favorite spot Kohls. One stop shopping for this gal right here. Keep doing your thang, Target. read more

The OCD me LOVED my visit today, this is the most organized I have EVER seen a target. While some prices seem higher, it's worth the better shopping experience. Their sales are good, and generally that is when we make our purchases. Today we found some unexpected bargains in their clearance section. read more

This store sucks. Zero stars. Ordered online yesterday and waited for the email to tell me my order was ready for pickup. Didn't get it by noon so I called to check on status. They wouldn't give me status of it over the phone. Lame. They told me I had to wait for the "ready for pickup" email. Received the email at 1pm. Went in at 2pm to pick up my order. It's 3pm and I'm still waiting for my order. Soooooo slow. Why say my order is ready when it's NOT READY!! THIS IS REDICULIOUS!! last time I'm coming here. read more

I had to go to this location to find an item that another location did not carry. After having a rude encounter from the previous location, it dawned on me to test this clerks knowledge. I found the item I wanted and asked the clerk if my item was indeed USB, because it did not say so anywhere on the box. What I did not say was that I already knew this model was a USB. The clerk looked the box over practically having to rub his face on it to see the tiny print. Okay, my first impression is someone need glasses. Took them a whole 2 minutes of thinking and constantly looking the box over to answer: "Yes, I think so...isn't all of these now USB?" I wanted to face-palm so bad in front of this clerk. You can't see, and you don't know if the merchandise should or should not be USB? Whatever. So now I asked the clerk about the online pricing that was for $18.99 while the store had it currently listed for $24.99. At first the clerk was confused but then decides to pull out their little price checking portable unit and scans the merchandise. The clerk did a price check and changed the amount so my total came out to be $20.55. I'd say that was the good part to this store visit. The customer service here is the worst. I was horribly treated on April 28th after they began returning items after the COVID closures. I returned items and was rudely treated by Esmeralda at the customer service desk. She was just raging rude at 9:30 am. I was like what the "^#%^^$^$" is wrong with this chick. She needs to back the heck off! I had to complain about her harrassing me over my return items. I returned alot of stuff but she was so rude and unfriendly. I told her to stop asking me why I was returning my items and I asked for her to shut up and proceed. When I notified her manager, she started to throw the return items into her mighty return basket. I told her how unprofessional she was being.Then TODAY, I asked for a discount on some alcohol because there was one bottle missing from a wine 4 pack. The teller named Karissa was so rude when I asked her to please just give me the discount, which she had reversed because another idiot at the customer service desk told her to reverse it and go get me the missing bottle; while there was a long line. The manager in charge was a white lady w/ really long hair in a pony tail who was called a "manager" but was also overwhelmed. was a nightmare going in there today after trying to return items on April 28th, with Esmeralda. This place is a chaotic mess of incompetence. I'm definately just going to stick w/ my gross Walmart store up the street, because at least the tellers there don't harass us for bringing in our items w/ all receipts. In all my years, I had never been questioned so much for returning a piece of crap opened toy. Get over the power trip, and give me my money! read more

I called in to see if they had Hanukkah candles because the target on Shields did not. A lady put me on hold for a few minutes saying she has to check since they've been in "high demand", then got back to me saying that they were. I came in, and got sent to 3 different parts of the store (apparently Hanukkah doesn't belong in the Holiday section, but should instead be in Stationary or Candles). Only to find out that they never had them to begin with. I will be filing an official complaint because it seems I was lied to on purpose. read more

This rating is given based on the cleanliness of their bathrooms. Time after time when one goes to use the bathrooms at this Target mid day they are filthy. We've always said that Target is a step above Wal Mart when it comes to overall cleanliness but not when it comes to the bathrooms here. Honestly some gas station bathrooms beat this place hands down on that. Target at Sierra Vista you should really clean up your act because there are many other stores with equivalent merchandise. read more

I am impressed by this Target.....Very clean and the cashiers had good customer service and very friendly, striking up conversation. I went in this Target 4-5 times over the course of this weekend and customer service was always good. At the Targets in my area (the Inland Empire) they have really crappy attitudes and act like work is the last place they want to be. The only thing this store could work on is opening up more registers when there are long lines. read more

Bought a metal teapot at a Target. Boiled some water for tea and while pouring the water, the top popped off the teapot. I was scalded on three fingers and one got a huge blister. I tried to take the teapot back to a Target store and make a report of what happened and the customer service rep refused to take my report because 'I was in the wrong store.' Later, they referred the material to a claims adjusting company and Target sent me a gift card for $10. Thanks Target, the teapot alone was $8.99 plus tax. Walmart, here I come! read more

This Target has to be one of the worst Targets around. Their customer service is pitiful! I had bought an inflatable water slide for over $500 three weeks before my daughter's birthday. The reason I had purchased the unit so early was because Target's staff had told me that of all of the surrounding Fresno stores, there was only one unit left. In fear of not being able to buy one closer to my daughter's birthday, I went ahead and purchased the "only" unit left. Additionally, I was told by several staff members that I had 90 days to return the unit if I was not happy. I had no need to think that the product brand new out of the box would have issue so I didn't set it up prior to my daughter's birthday. So on the morning of my daughter's birthday and brand new out of the box, I setup the unit for the very first time. As the fan/pump was inflating the slide, I filled the pool area with water to get it ready for the kids to play in it. Come to find out, the seams or stitching on the unit was not sawn on properly so the thread came apart which released all the pumped air inside the unit out. So I had to shut the unit down, let the water out and let it dry up in order for me to take it back to target. Because the unit was very large and heavy, it took two days for it to dry enough for me to rolled it up and take it back to the store. When I tried to return this unit to the store to get my money back, they said that they could not take the unit back because the slide was opened. I asked them if I did not open the unit up then how are they expecting me to know that there is a hole in it? Their reply was they don't know. The girl that was at the exchange desk, Sklyr and the assistant manager, Robert went further to say that they can only exchange for another one. So I told him that because of this defect, I could not use it at the birthday party but that if they have another one that I was fine with the exchange. The assistant manager searched for the same unit on their database for all the surrounding Targets in the Fresno and Clovis area to see if any other locations has one in stock but the result came back as no one in the area had one in stock. So the Assistant manager, Robert called the store manager, Jody on the phone. Jody, who was in the store told Robert over the phone that there is nothing that they can do and not to give me a refund because the unit is opened and used. I was infuriated by their statement and I told them that if they were not going to give me a refund that I will call my credit card company and stop payment on this item. Sklyr then told me that she think that they may have a similar unit in the back that she'll have some one check. So she called another gal in the back who then brought another identical unit up from their stock room in a brand new box. It's funny how another unit appears from out of thin air even after the assistant manager; Robert searched their database and told me that they didn't have any more. They told me that this item is a discontinued item and that they no longer have it is stock. The unit all of a sudden appeared when I was about to call my credit card company. As I was pointing to the new "unopened" box, I asked Sklyr and Robert if they can guarantee me that what's inside the unopened box has no defects. They said that they could not guarantee me of that. So I asked them how are they expecting me to know if there is any defects without opening the box? So they told me to go home and open the box up and inspect for defect right away and that I have today to inspect and return the unit. I asked them if they knew how ridiculous that sounds being that it's already 9 pm at night? Sklyr says that that was her opinion. No one at the store could give me a reasonable answer to this question. This is not the first time I had problem with returns at this store. My advise to you all is do not do business with this store. read more
