This place is like most Costcos. I do agree with other reviewers that they have some rude employees. I haven't experienced this at other locations. Recently, I asked an employee if they could price check an item that was near him on a pallet. He said he could, but he would have to stop and find someone with a device. He recommended taking it up front!!! I found a manager who apologized and said he was new and that shouldn't happen. I would think if the employee was new, customer service training would be fresh on his mind...

We come here for the bulk paper products, waters, fruit, rotisserie chicken!, bulk meats and chickens, and instant coffee. Sometimes frozen stuff-but rarely. Then we shop around for on sale snacks, seasonal stuff or clothes. Kids clothes packs like the swim stuff and Burt's bees pajamas are the best for kids. Oh and the licensed clothes too. They have become super fast at checkout too. They help by scanning your card then the items, and when you get to register (either self checkout or otherwise) they or you scan your card and it loads the cart. It's great and so efficient. My favorite trick has always been adding food court items in line! Then you pick up at window with receipt. Sometimes it gets super crowded and the parking lot is always a hot mess. But I don't think I could say no to a membership. lol

I took an electric motor contactor, on-off switch and pressure switch, from an air compressor to be…read morewired. They wired it up and charged me $136. I took it home and put it on my compressor wired as they had told me. It didn't work. I took it back (installed on the compressor) and told them it didn't work. They didn't want to look at it at first, but then had a guy look at it. He told me I needed either a new coil for the contactor, a transformer, or had to run a separate 120 volt line. I went back home thinking this was not right. I then called Associated Compressor & Equip. Co. They said bring it down and they would look at it. They took a look at it, changed a couple of wires and it worked fine. They didn't even want to charge me. Because of this I will NEVER go back to Electric Motor Shop. They obviously did not know how to wire this. They should have told me they didn't know how to do it. On top of that Electric Motor Shop charged me another $136! If I could give them negative stars, I would! I know EMS has a high rating, but in this case I feel totally screwed!
