My first and last time shopping at this location or any other. I went to purchase a mouse for my laptop. Drove home and the mouse did not work, once I returned back to Target the employee did not know why the mouse was not working but had advised me to BUY a pack of batteries from them just to use ONE battery to see if it was an battery issue. (Battery was included by the way) not one battery was available in the entire store for this "Tech" employee to properly help me. Said he would get fired if he had helped. After the awkward sience i just got the refund and left. While my daughter is practicing volleyball, I have to find things to do nearby. So I go shopping, but I don't always buy things. This time, I went to Target and visited the mens' clothing department as well as the electronics and home goods departments. I didn't see any clothes or coats that I was interested in. I tried to find the latest expansion for World of Warcraft, but they didn't have it in stock. I also looked for a nice pan for our glass cooktop and they had a good selection, but the price was double that of a similar pan from Kohl's. It's nice that you can drink a Starbuck's latte while you shop, but I usually don't do that. I like Target because the stores are clean, easy to shop, and organized. I found a Roku soundbar for $129, which was kind of cool because it combines the power of a Roku plus a nice speaker. It also included the premium remote with voice control. They also had an over-the-air DVR for $35, which is great for cord cutters. I'll keep that product in mind. I needed to buy milk but I couldn't because I had to pick my daughter up and drive home, which took 45 minutes. The milk would have spoiled by the time I got home, so the milk had to wait. This store is nice and I'm sure I'll visit again soon. read more

I was able to get the items I needed. The cashier was friendly and helpful. My reason for three stars is that there were only two cashiers and a small line for the self-checkout lanes. I also was hoping to find more food items here like at other Target locations. The personal care items were well-stocked, which was a plus. Hey guys, It's getting pretty ridiculous out here. Every time I go to this Target down the street from my house (Fairlawn location in Fairlawn, Ohio), there are exactly 0 people working the registers. Only self check-out is available - all the time. Somehow, there are 10 people stocking shelves. This seriously deteriorates the value of the entire experience having no option but to check out up to 20 items by myself. It makes me feel like I work at Target, having to scan all of my own items and bag them in front of a disgruntled, unfriendly employee, making sure everything gets scanned for theft purposes. The electronics place is the most horrible place to buy from. The sales person (young man with curly black hair, came in at 4:30 pm 12-1-24) is very lazy and makes all kinds of excuses even not going to get the item (Apple Watch), and even when I called beforehand and the young lady that was there was very nice and polite and went to check to see if the item was in store but left soon after. The boy was even acting like he was the big boss and it was no one else over him that a person could talk to. Noticed, the next person he was all too happy to go and get his item. He will be the one that makes Target have to close their doors. I refuse to shop at this electronics place. Go to another Target if you can! read more

I have given a lot of leeway in reviews when it comes to COVID. The reason for my poor review if the lack of concern this store shows for COVID restrictions. It is just a few weeks until Christmas. Having 1 register open to handle a line of 10 is ridiculous. They finally opened a second register but people were packed together and they were obviously uncomfortable. Not cool target! read more

Customer service needs improvement. I called 8 times and phone rang and rang and rang before someone finally answered. I called to see if I could pick up the onesies for a baby gift that I had called about yesterday. Wanted to make sure they were at the service desk before I drove 30 minutes. Size 12 months. Sales person yesterday said she would put my name on it and I could pick up at guest services/service desk. Nope, they put all holds away in the A.M No one knew where the onesies were. They were on hold for 24 hours and they did not save for 24 hours. Online, it says they are no longer in stock. I asked and salesperson today had no idea where they were. Manager called Hayley said she would check. I stayed on hold for awhile and gave up. I am disappointed in Target and their customer service. read more

Super disappointing Target. If you need something basic like personal grooming items, socks or snacks, you'll be okay. Other than that, selections of clothing are small and boring. Houseware selections are limited, home decor is all but nonexistent except for the highly overpriced Magnolia home items, but even those are sparse. Card selection is deplorable if you want anything remotely creative, and even the dollar spot is disappointingly small. Every time I think Target will have something I need, I leave disappointed. The one thing it does have going for it though is the pharmacy! Nicest people you could ever want to meet. Knowledgeable, helpful, personable and kind. The perfect combination. read more

I never thought I would say this but I really miss the Target in Stow. It was new(er), well organized, clean and also well stocked. Then you come to the Fairlawn location and you have a pretty meh Target. For the area it's very small. There selection isn't the greatest, especially in ladies clothing and shoes. The frozen food selection is basically non existent with only 1 freezer so if you want a Target where you can also grocery shop you might want to think elsewhere. Overall, this place is better than Walmart so it'll do. read more

Reviewing the Starbucks! I myself work at Starbucks and catch myself visiting other stores whilst shopping, I always like to see how the other stores are set up and operate. This one in Target is very small but have some of the friendliest employees I've run into! Cashier was kind and quick, a new partner was working and was definitely having trouble, but both baristas working with him were so supportive and helpful the whole time I was there waiting for my hot chocolate. And in the end he created a pretty amazing hot chocolate! As I always say, theres always room for improvement cause I don't believe I got Soy milk and I'm lactose intolerant so that wasn't too fun, but seeing partners and employees supporting each other and keeping their smiles even when its busy, that deserves applause! read more

Blonde girl stopped my 7 year old son (who is autistic) at checkout and told him he could only get 2 pokemon trading card tins instead of the three he had. I asked why and wasn't given a valid reason. He cried for 3 hours after and I think I saw human feces smeared on the self checkout lane. read more

This Target is an example of the old Target stores before they were cool and a great place. The store is small. The staff is usually not very friendly or helpful with the exception of the front staff and check outs. They are usually pretty nice. The layout of this store is very confusing compared to most of the newer Target stores. It looks like they are getting a Starbucks soon (great our 5th one within a 2 mile radius) so we will see how that pans out. Go to the Wadsworth or Chapel Hill stores if you want a nicer experience. read more
