Stopped here to get a few essentials since I was in the area. Store is very clean, and well managed. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Check out very well organized aside from Halloween section being transformed into Christmas section, shelves were very well stocked and organized. Target lost my family's business today. Times are tough, and we ordered a single carton of orange juice for my daughter with a $5 gift card we had. I took my toddler daughter in to pick it up, but was told it would be up to two hours before it could be processed. My daughter is two, so she was crying, and asking for juice, and Jordan wouldn't accommodate any pick up or swap of the item. "The System... The System..." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how to handle it, soothe the crying toddler, and make a happy customer. Instead, they made my daughter mad, me mad, and lost my family's business. Time will get better again, but we won't be shopping here again. read more

All targets are the same but what stands out in this is the staff, the staff has things straight everything's in order one worker as I remember as Landon and had actually helped grabbing something from the top shelf as I am short. Along with this he was also very nice to others. read more

I basically live here. While I rarely need to take advantage of the grocery, Pick n Save is right next door, I always find something that I don't need to buy at Target. I also find the two things originally on my shopping list. I'm a browser, it comes from having been a part time mallrat. No intention of buying anything but I just might if the price suits my wallet. That is where Target really gets me. With aisle displays and inviting end-caps. Dollar bins and big "reduced price" stickers. Candy. They suck me in like a moth to a lightbulb, and I leave an hour later and $100 lighter. Honestly though, they have some great deals and the products are good quality. I have purchased clothing, dishes, appliances, games, cleaning supplies and more. Never had a complaint. If you have the store credit card you save 5% on all purchases, so it's basically like the goods are tax free. And they price match. If you see something on their website that is cheaper than the store price, they fix it right at the register if you show them on your phone. read more

On the occasion that I do go to Target for something, I always make sure to go to this location. I love how clean and well kept the store is. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And I must give kudos to the designer of the parking lot. Whoever you are, thank you for making an easy to maneuver lot with spacious parking spaces. A feature that I have utilized a few times recently is the in-store pickup for online orders. If the item you are purchasing is at the location of your choice, they can have the order ready for pickup the same day. Things have gone smoothly every time I've used this option. Over the last few years, Target has successfully branched out into the grocery market. They have a large selection of products, including a liquor department, and the prices are reasonable. Great store, great location, great prices. It's a win-win! read more

Called around for a particular seasonal target item. Found it and asked for them to put it on hold. Drove from pewaukee to see that the person on the phone put the wrong item on hold all while we had the sku numbers and she confirmed the description. That aside the store is organized and clean; but two cashiers for a busy Monday 6:30 pm is a little lame. read more

MAJORITY of the workers that have handled drive up orders here recently are extremely rude! They don't even greet or acknowledge you and expect you to just bust out your phone code for them. Management needs to address this b/c it's definitely a problem. read more

I really, really like this Target store. First, it's located in the boonies*/a neighborhood, so, other than the homeowners nearby, I feel like very few people know of this place. It is never crowded. Second, parking is a breeze. There is a huge pedestrian walkway down the middle of the lot and there are something like 12-16 handicapped parking spots lining it. I find that to be very nice and I'm not even handicapped. Third, they are very well stocked. Rarely, if ever, have I noticed an empty shelf. Fourth, the employees have always been nice, friendly and helpful. Although this Target also carries groceries, there is a Pick 'N Save located next door if Target doesn't have what you need. *Ok, it's not REALLY in the boonies, but it isn't located in an overdeveloped part of town, either. It's target. Don't get me wrong. It's not uncommon to walk in for one or two things and walk out spending over $100. My only gripe is their inability to train and maintain consistency with their new processes. From ordering online for in store pickup to their drive up delivery, and especially their changing decisions on what is needed for tax exempt purchases, some professional development and training for their staff would certainly go a long way. read more

Overall I like this target. When the lines are super long I go to customer service and check out like a boss. The upkeep on the store is good, it's always clean and organized. Target probably gets about 20% of my paycheck every other week lol. Now the negatives. The pharmacy is horrible. I had my 4 month old daughters' prescription filled here. The wife called and they said it would be ready in an hour. So I go in 2 hours later (with my 4 month old) and it still isn't ready. I'm ok at this point. I have shopping to do and was told 15 min. I come back in 30 minutes and it still isn't ready. So now the baby is starting to get fussy and I need to get home. I finally get it and ask if it was flavored - sure wasn't. This may be on me, but aren't babies pretty picky when it comes to medicine? Wouldn't you ask from the start? Being proactive provides great customer. Long story short it took about another 40 min. Went out of my way, to get a movie they said they had in stock, one of the clerks called around, which I appreciate, but when I was told I would be speaking to a manager she chose to not deal with me right away, but a different customer. This place wastes your time and money, I live fairly far away from this target, they were the only ones that said they had it in stock, go to a different target! read more

Love doing my shopping here I actually choose it over Walmart now if I'm doing baby shopping or clothes shopping. They have a really good selection of children clothes and newborn accessories, and there clothing is good for both adults and children. I still do my grocery shopping at Walmart but target is starting to step up on there grocery's but still not as large of a selection. Store is very clean and customer service is a ten read more

I like this Target Store, even though it's nowhere close to my house. It's probably the best stocked Target store in the area. Two thing set this Target apart from most of the others in the area. Number one is my Father-In-Law. Sure, I can throw the iPod on and rush through my Target shopping. But sometimes I like to hear the comedy stylings of my FIL while I shop. He's funny in that Golden Girls kind of way. And I love the Golden Girls. Thank you for being a friend FIL. The other is the employees here. I don't know if it's because my FIL is retired and spends a good chunk of his week hanging out and harassing these employees, but they're so good to us. On this trip, they were marking down all the summer stuff and we found some lawn chairs we liked, but we couldn't find another one in the color blue. One of the employees asked if they could help us, and we asked if they had any more chairs in back. She looked it up with her little gun thingy, and told us there was no more in stock. We said thank you and we were about to leave, before she told us to hold on. She told us a couple other stores had the chairs in this color, and West Allis had a ton of them. West Allis is our regular location, so we stopped in on the way home and sure enough, they had a ton of blue chairs. A++ for all the extra effort! read more

I'm a loyal Target shopper - the type that will go out of my way to shop at Target rather than another department store. I like the layout, and I'm familiar with the products they offer. By and large, they are the same. This store is getting three stars because they have yet to "wow" me, and in fact, has been a bit of a pain once or twice on the customer service end. There's one person in particular that works the registers in the check out lanes that I tend to avoid. (I don't remember her name.) She's not particularly friendly, and one time she forgot to give me one of my bags of purchases. When I got home and realized what happened, I jumped back into my car and returned. When I approached her, she offered no apology for her mistake, but seemed to regretfully hand the bag to me. Did she want to keep my stuff?? (Maybe I'm reading into this too much.) Otherwise, the employees are friendly and efficient. I'm often asked if I need help with anything if I'm just perusing the aisles. read more

Not a very good shopping experience. I wanted to purchase a IPhone X from Target because they had a fantastic price listed on their website. I went to the store to make purchase and there was a problem with their system processing the sale. After several attempts I told the store associate that I would return on another day during the week and purchase the phone. I returned the very next day and the price on the phone by $200. I spoke with a assistant store manager and showed her a screen shot of the Target website with the price of the phone shown. She did verify the pricing but told me that they were not able to sell me the phone for the price from the previous day. I explained that if the sales system would have been working on the previous day I would have been able to purchase the phone for the website price. She suggested that I call the customer relations department, which I did, actually 4 times with no resolve. I was also told that someone would call me back the next day, guess what no surprise, no return phone call. Unacceptable customer service. read more
