I love target. But I had the worst experience today with the rudest cashier named Nicole. We were buying bath towels that were on sale for $1.80 each. When we got to the register with a cart full of these towels she gave us a disgusted look and made comments about how irritable she was that she had to enter the sale prices for each towel manually because they were not coming up in their system. She then proceeds to tell us how cheap the materials were for the towels and how we were wasting our money. She then continues to shake her head, as if she was disappointed we were wasting our money. I told her "hey maybe that's why we bought so many, so if one tore we could replace it with another one"(jokingly), she shook her head and again said "what a waste of money but to each their own" at this point I was a little taken back not only by her attitude but by her response regarding the products she was supposedly suppose to be selling. At this point I told myself that I would not respond or make a scene and that I would address it with a manager later. After that transaction that my mother in law made, I had another one. I wanted to purchase an LOL toy that was initially 15.99, however the target app was ringing it at 9.49. I asked an associate who was closer to the toy prior to paying for them that the target app was bringing it up as 9.49, he said "its ok just show the cashier the price it's ringing up on the app and you should receive it for that price". So when I told Nicole this she said "uh uh" insinuating that was not the case. I showed her on the app that it was ringing 9.49- she said "where?" I showed her again. She then said "no" and looked through the Target catalog to see if she could find it, which she could not because that's not where I found it- I just happened to scan it with the target app on my phone and got that price. so she asked me again to see the price on the app. I showed her again and she asked where did I get that price, I told her "target app", I then showed her while I was scanning the toy the price that was popping up, And she still didn't believe it. She actually didn't believe that I was able to scan a toy to see the price- as if she didn't know that there was an actual Target app that did this because she said in disbelief " YOUU can scan something haha uh uh(no)". Once again I told her "yes through the target app"- So at this point I was ready to ask for another cashier but she knew I was getting upset so she just said "what was the price again?" and proceeded to scan the item and have me pay for the price based on the app. This experience was horrible for me- not only did I feel like she put us down for buying "such cheap towels" as if we could not afford a more pricey one and she continued to tell us how low quality it was and a waste of money, but then to insinuate that I was lying or making up this price that was coming up on the Target app ALL the while showing her in her face pulling the app up, scanning and showing her the price coming up. It definitely took everything in me to not yell at her for making us feel that way. It was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in Target, actually anywhere. So upsetting I was almost in tears. read more

I wish I was able to give this no stars, however, I can't. I recently tried to upgrade my phone at this Target, waited in line for an hour and a half and when I was finally being helped the girl helping me took my driver's license and credit card to verify who I was and then began helping the couple behind me in line once she realized her computer was not working and had me call Verizon (which was pointless and had nothing to do with the problem). She had pretty much given up on me but still continued to hold onto my driver's license and credit card and when I had enough I walked away and since she was too busy helping the other couple did not think about giving me my cards back. I went back when I remembered that she never returned the cards to me and somehow Target lost both my driver's license and credit card and believes that they somehow got thrown into their compactor where they discard the rest of the unclaimed lost and found items because it was a coincidence that me losing my cards and them cleaning out their lost and found happened to occur in the same week. The supposedly couldn't find anything on the security footage and for the hassle of not finding my cards and spending almost 3 and a half hours in the store, I was rewarded with a $15 Target gift card and a $30 Target gift card to pay for a new driver's license, however, I'm pretty sure the DMV does not accept Target gift cards as a form of payment. According to one of the leads on duty, the girl that "helped me with my upgrade" has had many complaints filed against her before my situation. I don't know why hey continue to let this girl work there if it is causing problems in their store. This is the worst experience I have had shopping in any store and I do not recommend shopping at this Target to anyone. I also do not enjoy being treated as a guinea pig and told that I am glad you brought this to our attention, so we can fix it in the future. read more

The manager here is really nice, the staff is informative and friendly. They will help you find items that are difficult to locate and help you find it online if needed. The store is usually clean and organized, which is difficult with a large store. Check the cartwheel app to see if there are any coupons. read more

This review is specfic to Christmas Eve. I am so impressed by, and grateful to, Target for helping me out of an awkward hosting situation. Who runs out of butter and salt on Christmas Eve? More specifically, what hostess/chef/planner runs out of butter and salt on Christmas Eve? Awkward, especially because I was hosting Christmas Breakfast and Christmas Dinner. Bless Target for being open late Christmas Eve. Say what you will about commercialism etc, but I for one was delighted they were open. Five stars right there. Also five stars for the great attitude of the plentiful staf. Lots of people smiling, lots of help available. Most customers seemed like they were just out for some fun, casual shopping, but there were a handful of stressed, hurried individuals too (yous truly). This is closest to my house and is somewhere that my family frequents often. We go for groceries, seasonal kitchen decor, bathroom decor- towels, carpets, food, electronics, phones, clothing and toiletries. We can find pretty much anything we need there and the deals are pretty good- especially in electronics. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. I think that the team and employee relationships are great and there is a high morale among the store workforce (certainly better than at some stores I have heard) which results in better customer service and atmosphere. It's also a great place to work from what I've seen- I just started working in the Mobile Phone section and have really enjoyed it so far. I love meeting new people and helping my guests as much as I can to find just what they need and my team is really great- we all support each other, keep up positive attitudes, have a lot of fun and enjoy doing our jobs, and love helping our guests. read more

Been shopping here for years. Store is in an excellent place to shop but I'm more impressed by the integrity of their employees. Today I lost my phone and a neighbor found it on her way to work. Turns out she was a Target employee. After going out of het way to contact my workplace and my mom from my contacts list I was able to make the hike up to Target to retrieve it. You can always judge a business by the honesty abd integrity if it's employees so I. This case Target wins a five star review thanks to the effortof one of their team members. I am a huge fan of Target but there return policies are awful. I feel like I am being taken into an interrogation room just for returning a small item like a router that didnt work with my archaic computer. The worker did all but take out a magnifying glass to check that there had been use which I explained of course, I tried it to see if it would work with my computer. Terrible experience not so keen on the help either. read more
