This target always has incorrect pricing info at the store. Scan literally everything before you buy it, if it even shows up in the system. Nonsense items are locked up, staffing is so low it takes forever to get a locked item. Pick up orders often don't include locked up items requiring you to go back to the store to get an item you need. I've purchased many expired food items by accident. The pro is no one shops at Target anymore so you can often fine an amazing sale on items. 3 times I have ordered an almond milk creamer and get regular milk. PAY YOUR STAFF A LIVING WAGE. I enjoy shopping here and the ease of curb side pick up! They carry some exclusive collectibles and other things me and the kids enjoy shopping for. Staff seem knowledgeable at this location. Seems like they may need more employees as sometimes the lines grow long and the self check out is back up. Altogether there is something for everyone in the family! I enjoy the great finds and deals and the customer service they inspire to give and how they take care of the customers. We have had bad experiences, but more great ones than anything else. read more

Picking up a curbside order the other night from this location. Sadly, this target is a bit away from my area but seems to always have what I need. The employee was fast & pleasant. Had a mask on & kept his distance. Showed my code through the window, items were placed in the back of the car. It got extremely busy within less than 5 minutes I was there. There's a good 8 curbside spots. Thank you for accommodating folks, especially ones who have health issues aside from this pandemic. read more

Target Kapolei is the best store on the west side. You can get your prescriptions shop for household goods, dinner and gifts for the grandkids birthdays. But most of all their seasonal items are great too especially Christmas items you can find everything you need one stop shop. The store is clean and well stocked the employees very helpful.. An above average Target location- usually well stocked and has a decent selection and clearance. Employees are nice- though I've had a couple of stand-offs with the customer service desk. One involved an older lady that claimed she was an elementary math teacher, yet got the math incorrect for a discount I was entitled to. Second time was a younger team member who accused me of going to the wrong store, but upon bringing evidence that I indeed was supposed to pick up my item at this store, sulkingly came back with said item. Worst Target I have ever shopped. I have always thought of Target as a leader in the retail business. Sadly Target has fallen seriously behind. My thoughts about this location. Empty parking lot, not a good start, seriously not busy, BiMart had more cars and customers. Snack bar was closed. Usually a snack bar or eating establishment is for the benefit of the employees in a big store. This one was closed and I was hoping for a cool drink or similar. A small thing I know. But very ominous. I was going into buy several items that I needed. I found the layout of this Target rather odd and messy. I walked by several employees who were not helpful but rather had a complaining attitude. The worst was a group in the grocery section who were complaining big time about their job and managers or team leaders. Each department seemed to be very disheveled. Being an older customer, close to 60 I went to the men's department and was shocked how small, disorganized and unable to shop. It was there I ran into an undercover detective following me. He was pretty obvious who he was. So I just let him follow me, I wasn't going to steal. But as I was going to get some gift cards, I heard the uniform security yell loudly " I found him (me) he is over here"! How did I know? I was the only person in the area. He followed me to the checkout, which had lines and no extra help to check customers out. Leaned against the customer service counter as I used self serve checkout. I so wanted to ask him if he was disappointed with my $2 purchase. I contacted Target Corporation and received the standard reply about them sorry and so forth. I have yet to hear from the store itself. Probably won't. There are many stores that sell the same items as Target for 1) Lower prices, 2) Items in stock, 3) Better customer service, 4) Better organized. The Bi-Mart, Salvation Army are a better choice if you are in the area. Goodbye Target! read more

So i went in thinking it was going to be super fast. i grabbed a couple of the things i needed and headed to the electric toothbrushes. because they were locked (which i expected) i had to literally SEARCH for someone to help me because nobody was around so i had to go to the front and find someone. then it took her a while to figure out who had the keys to the case. THEN i had to wait for a couple minutes for the girl (whoever Jasmine is) to actually get to me and bring the keys. even though i'm pretty sure it shouldn't have took that long to get to me. ended up taking WAY longer than i would've liked. read more

Apparently my local store has forgotten the basics to retailing. Keep shelves stocked and the store clean. Bathrooms are beyond gross. One day paper towels were hanging out of every urinal, toilet and sink. But there was five people standing at front throwing a ball between them and gossiping. Many of which were managers. Often times the self check is the only way to ring things up. I dread the lines. As a health conscious woman I find it very disappointing how few good quality products are available at Target. I went to get myself some organic feminine products, walked out with some deceiving bullshit. "honey pot" was only one of two organic cotton brands (99% of the shelves are generic chemical laden brands like Playtex) .. tell me what man is in charge of product purchasing bc I know a woman wouldn't think to sell pads infused with mint essential oils that make your crotch burn minty fresh. How irresponsible, to sell a product that burns your lady parts. DO NOT BUY feminine care products at target unless you want the absolute lowest quality for your most sensitive part of your body. Why couldn't I easily find a organic cotton fem product - that is free of b.s.? Decades have gone by and my consumerism with Target decreases, never increases, due to their low quality offerings. They align themselves with only basic brands who all use unnecessary ingredients, chemicals and now even 'essential oils'. It is Disappointing to see this popular corporation is selling absolute trash to the public & they do not give a crap about women's health. This store is not healthy or organic in any capacity, purely cheap and generic brands even in 2022. Maybe i was there on an off day, but it looked like whatever crew they'd had in to stock the shelves overnight had forgotten to refill their adderall prescriptions. Shelves and racks were scattered with selections of merchandise, askew and disorganized. There weren't piles on the floor or anything, but it was pretty bad. It's Target, just like any other around the country. A general purpose store, from home and garden to now groceries. The groceries are fairly new and really haven't checked out the prices or selection, but selection is definitely smaller than a typical grocery store. read more

This store is clean and there is always a staff member around to help. The staff is very proactive to interact with the customers always asking if you are finding what you are looking for and opening up another register if the line is too long. I've been shopping here for a few years and I'm not always welcomed with a smile or helpful people but today thanks to Tyler I had a wonderful experience! I went in looking for some things that were just released that morning. When I approached Tyler in the electronics section he was very genuine and kind he stopped what he was doing and immediately figured out that they had what I was looking for in the back. While he was in the back I realized I also needed one more thing that I forgot to ask about he kept his genuine smile and helpful attitude and went to the back again to retrieve what I was looking for. Had an unexpectedly great experience here the other night. Long story short, something I was buying rang up at double the price the shelf had listed. One of the managers came over to help, radioed back to the electronics dept. where they admitted they had stocked the item in the wrong spot. This manager gave us the marked price even though it was HALF of what the item was supposed to be since the shelving was their mistake!
