This is a must-stop the second we arrive at my brother's home down the street. It also has basic groceries here, so we can snag food for my picky kids, popsicles for poolside fun, bubbles, chalk, magazines for the plane, and the random items we inevitably forgot at home. Clean, well-organized store. The only "meh" things were the lacking $1/$3 section at the front and that only one lane with a human cashier (well, one who is not me) has been open each visit. I ordered some items via the target app via a drive up pick up. I don't normally go to this target but they had what I needed. I'm impressed that the drive up pick up parking area is not anywhere near the entrance/exit to the target which makes navigating the parking lot and avoiding a highly traffic area with those on foot entering and exiting target ...smart move target! read more

I am very annoyed with what I consider to be deceptive advertising, I.e. "buy two and get 20% off" in large print only to find out at check out it didn't apply because I was not a member. Love this Target. Great Target. What I like most about this Target is that it is always clean. Staff is very professional. Very helpful if u can't find what he looking for. I dislike going tk stores with the pandemic. I will go to this one. I normally just order online. But this place is good. They sell better quality I think that Walmart or other places and have good deals. I like too that with Covid they were very pro-active from the beginning. When we had the safer at home order they had plexiglass in ft of the people at the check outs right away taking care of employees and signs up to wear masks. I go to places I can trust and. Feel safe at. They had signs on the doors. Sadly it too all of Green Bay and the state of WI this is something that can kill and take the pandemic serious until late Nov 2020. I don't care what anyone says: we had how many deaths and sick in Sept and how many now? We had less than 1099 in the fall. We are close to 700-800 dead in WI and more going into the ER. Do the right thing. Mask up. It's the cdc guidelines. If u think u have rights and u don't have to wear a mask, remember people like me that are disabled from being in a stupid war and most all of my family that have been in every campaign going back to the civil war that gave you the freedom to complain about wearing your mask. This Target is suffering a severe identify crisis. Are they a grocery store focused on aisles of prepackaged crap? A clothing store? A store focusing on cutesy little figurines that you'll see in goodwill in three months (or next week)? Or GASP! An amalgamation of all three! Indeed. This place used to be my go to Target (In my head I'm even saying it with that fake French accent... I had held it in SUCH high regard...) Now a days I'd rather see a few ass cracks at Walmart the go through hassle that is the wild goose chase of shopping at Target. After looking for a basic black tablecloth, I was instructed to go buy it online at the advice of a sales associate. If I didn't need it for the next day, wouldn't exactly be at the store would I? This kind of frustration rings true throughout all areas of the store. Target will get their proverbial feet wet in a lot of different merchandise catergories, but have frustratingly small amounts of selections (that is unless your looking for a Kuerig to pollute the environment with, then there are respective aisles for the coffeemakers themselves and the K-Cups). I just want to fall down to my knees in the middle of the store and scream at the top of my lungs: Target is not H&M. Target is not Family Fresh. Target is not Walmart. This location is so guilty of trying to cram too much stuff in too small of a location. The women's bathroom is a war zone. 4/5 stalls were clogged and the one open stall left next to the handicap stall had no toilet paper. Bathroom smell is horrible. There was feces smeared on top of the toilet seat in one stall. Unacceptable. read more

This target is great in all aspects, except for their Starbucks coffee shop which lacks strongly on employee energy. In specific one employee named j**h, extremely rude, isn't helpful in any manner and practically throws your drink or item at you once it's done. Very unprofessional and doesn't seem the least bit interested or motivated in any way. read more

This target reminds me of the way Target "used" to be before they went all supertarget. It is a little more hometown and friendly. They did move some food in this location but just a little. I appreciate that the parking lot is not miles from the door and I don't have to navigate around all the big red balls and crazy people to get inside. For years, I did the vast majority of my shopping at walmart and super walmart but then I discovered that Target's prices were just about the same without the narrow isles crowded by pallets of stuff and their own store brand (Market Pantry) was superior to the walmart brand (great value) for food stuff. I got a Target visa and started enjoying 5% off my purchase at the point of sail which is a nice bonus and then signed up for cartwheel which saves a few extra bucks here and there. The 5% off items isn't a big deal but sometimes they will have 20 to 40% off and that's a steal! Look for those kinds of deals on candy and toys around the holidays. Last year they had a cartwheel special of 30% off halloween candy the week before halloween. These are generally one day "flash" sales so you need to be signed up for their alerts. I prefer to go to the Super Target in Woodbury or even the smaller one off Valley Creek drive when I'm shopping. But I can't avoid this one in Hudson which is my least favorite. Why? Because the placement of stuff in their store sucks! If you want to get any grocery items, you have to go to the far reaches of the store to get to that section. When you come in, you are hit with the ladies clothing accessories dept and then near that the huge overpriced greeting cards isle and pet food isles. I don't get the layout in this store! For target as a whole, I give them 4 starts. For the hudson target, I give them 2 stars. Their pharmacy is painfully slow (and seemingly plenty staffed but just slow). They are often not stocked on stuff or have stocking carts in the middle of an isle in the middle of the day! What are the employees thinking?! Their bathrooms aren't that clean (which is saying a lot for a ladies bathroom which is generally cleaner than the mens). I miss the little snack bar. Now instead of getting their great popcorn, a soft pretzel or icee, you only have the starbucks option. Why couldn't they have both like in the targets in woodbury? The hudson location really needs a reshuffle on how it's laid out. Sad to say that lately I have been preferring to stop at walmart for a quick pickup because they have all the stuff I would need on a quick stop in at the front of the store (food, toiletries, makeup, pharmacy, cleaning products). Another note... They have a great selection of toys for boys and girls, but sadly, a not so great selection of housewares. Plenty of clothing in all departments (women, men, kids, baby). The electronics dept is anemic (but it always was at any store). They do have a much better pharmacy than walmart when it comes to selection and displays, especially for vitamins and supplements. Oh, and their pet department is way better too (except they don't have fish but who needs that anyway?). Walmart wins with sporting goods and automotive, hands down. Target generally has better quality housewares, decor and clothing compared to other discount retailers but lately I have not liked the styles of their stuff. Target seems to be way trendier on stuff and at times will even price their stuff like a more expensive department store which sometimes baffles me. Personally, I would rather clothes shop at Kohls but I digress.... The target off valley creeks is very proactive with hiring individuals with disabilities to man the registers around noon time. I like that they are supporting the initiative to give everyone that wants to work the chance to do so. They need to have more than 2 registers open at lunch time. I always get stuck waiting for quite a while and it's annoying to see 20 check out lines and only 2 manned when a lot of people are trying to get in and out of the store quickly over their lunch hour. read more

The bathrooms here are absolutely l disgusting. Checked the bathroom cleaning schedule today because it was filthy, hadn't been inspected since the morning shift. It was 6pm when I walked in and there was toilet paper all over the floor, feces filled in the toilets and all around the bowls, smelled strongly of urine. Turned right around and walked out. As always..very understaffed. If you go in the store between 8-10 boxes everywhere for restocking. The funny thing about that is when they had the grand opening for this store they said all stocking of shelves will take place prior to 8am so that the customer will not have to navigate around the boxes. Inventory is good and usually well displayed. I sometimes have a problem finding what I want. Employees are often rude, however, as they seem to be too busy stocking shelves to pay attention to customer walking near them. Tried to return an unopened Nintendo 3DS within the 30 day return period that was actually printed on the receipt. I bought the item as a gift for my niece's birthday, and found out a newer version would be out before her birthday. The (very rude) woman at the counter said she wont accept it if there is nothing wrong with the item. I requested a supervisor who came over and said to the rude lady "I dont know, you know more about returns than I do, it's your call." I called customer service and was informed that Target will accept returns within the 30 day return period regardless of reason. When I returned with this information the lady got even more rude and said "You know, people like you come in here all the time trying to return things, and it's not going to happen!" She must not realize that people try to return things because the store says that they can return these things. Very poor policy knowledge by the supervisor, extreme rude service lady, and a blatant disregard for their own policies all add up to a terrible experience. I can't speak for other Target Pharmacies but this one is the worst. I was hoping that with the change to CVS it would change but it is as bad or even slightly worse. If you were to refill the prescription while in the store it takes at least 45 minutes. I refill using the app and the app isn't stable. I have had where I refill from the app at night and go almost 24 hours later to pick up the prescription from the store and it's not ready. I use the app so I don't have to wait in the store. The lines are long for picking up prescriptions too. Thinking of switching pharmacies even though it's nice to be able to kill two birds with one stone with the pharmacy and Target trip in one. read more

I'm a target junkie and I love that really do have a huge variety of all your at home needs. Now they even have a Starbucks. One thing that really bothers me is the women's clothing section. The mannequins are impossibly tiny and make the average sized woman look huge. This probably goes for mannequins in any retail store, but these ones I see the most and they look sickly. read more

The Pharmacy @ the Hudson location is atrocious! On 10/16/14 I waited for a prescription for 1 hour and 45 minutes before they told me they didnt have it! It was a basic antibiotic for my 9 month old's ear infection. Ridiclious. Again on 11/3/14 I called in a refill for my a prescription at 2:45, was told it would be ready at 4:15. I arrived at the store at 4:35, was told it would be 15 more min. so i walked the isles. Got back to the pharmacy at 5:05 to be told again it was not ready. So i decided to wait there, i had nothing to get but the perscription. I waited until 6:00 before they told me they didnt have it. No empathy at all just ' we don't have it, but it may be here wednesday'. So tell me how in the year 2014 technology is so bad that when i called it in or one of the times i checked in the pick it up No One could say we dont show any in stock??? This is completley unacceptable! Target is not a convient store, this location is 30 minutes from my house. And I am disgusted by the extreme lack of customer service from there pharmacy. I will be sure to share my negative experiences and urge others not to waist there time. read more

There is always something out of stock. Frequently I leave with at least one item I couldnt purchase because it's not stocked. Not sure why I keep shopping here. They have scaled way back on seasonal holiday items. Two days before Valentine's Day the shelves were bare and they were getting ready for the next holiday. Didn't have a selection of kids valentines. Shopped for Easter items today and there wasn't much to choose from. Add in the constant log jam of stocking carts in the way and frantic employees shocking shelves. Another issue is that they change the location of things regularly. It's musical isles with the merchandise. it's an obnoxious shopping experience. Walmart is no treat but it's become my default more over time. read more

I really like this location. It has everything I need is always stocked. The oakdale loctation doesn't seem to have any of the baby things that Hudson has. It is clean and the help is amazing. At every third aisle an employee is waiting to help. :) read more
