I can't see how this store is still open. It's the neighborhood that's bringing it down. I would hate to be the manager of this store because there's only so much you can do. There is product all over the floor like someone just went through mad and started knocking stuff down. It's like a tornado went through this store. They may even need to have a sign that saying children under the age of 21 should need an adult. The restrooms were horrible and my wife said she decided to hold it until she got home which is the first time I heard her say that and she's missing her gallbladder. I went to the music section to the kpop albums. And some of the packaging was open and the inclusions that come in the album was missing there was like a few open and 2 were fully out of packaging. And when I opened my enhypen album everything was missing so the poster the photocards etc. And on the target app for this store it showed things were in stock when it definitely was not. And it was very disappointing. read more

Of course, you can NEVER go in Target and come out with the only thing you went in for. I went in searching for Tabitha Browns popcorn. They were out of stock. But I was able to find some dairy free ice cream. Peanut butter/chocolate. AMAZING 10/10. I also purchased some dairy free ice cream sandwiches. read more

This TARGET at Eastgate, 10202 East Washington St is CLOSED as of 3/7/24. They have been closed since early last year 2023.

After using Walmart for so long this place is like Macy's downtown New York. I usually avoid Target just to save some money which in today's horrible deadly economy it is absolutely necessary to save every penny. But Wally-worlf did not have an item that I needed so I tried this Target and it was beautiful. It was clean, neat and organized; the employees actually helped. I asked the young lady where my item was she looked it up she told me what aisle was in and that it was in stock and I went right to it I had just left Walmart and they were bare shelves in lots of spaces but Targets shelfs were full. They even have some food there which is a plus. It's just more expensive, but you get what you pay for. The items are better quality the store is a better quality. Honestly don't know if I can afford to shop here on a regular but if you're able if you have the money like that then I highly recommend Target read more

I kind of don't know what to think about a Target that has a parking space in the parking lot that is reserved solely for police cars. Definitely one of those things that make you go, "Hmm ..." But fortunately, this Target is good -- it's the same Target you know and love, it's just in a crappy area attached to a weird shopping plaza. Every aisle is organized and well-lit, and all the things I came to get were here, including food items. Overall, it's a good Target. They don't have any fresh food here, so don't come looking for fruit and vegetables. They don't even really have very much bread. But they have a lot of frozen foods and non-perishables. So... if i'm going to spend my money at target i expect some customer service. i had my baby and stroller bc i didn't plan on getting a lot but i def filled the bottom up. went to find a register to assist w the pile i had and guess what? none open! there was a lady at the register and i asked if she was open, of course she says no and doesn't even ask to help or ring me up. then as i walk to the ONLY registers open which was self checkout i see two more guys just standing there talking. WHY ISNT THERE EVEN ONE REGISTER OPEN? come on now, if i wanted walmart service, i would've went there !!!! i'll just travel to south target next time to actually get some CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I forgot this is one of few Target's in Indianapolis that aren't "Super" (meaning limited grocery options), but I find they have the best selection of Method cleaning products in town. When my OCD acts up and I feel the need to do some heavy duty cleaning, my little Mazda makes it way here to load up. What to be said? Well, it's a Target, so it's immediately awesome. They have Method cleaning products that you can't find at any other store, so it's even more awesome. Might I say it's a Super Awesome Target, even though the Target Gods haven't bestowed the "Super" title to this store? Yeah, I think I might. No wait to check out, which is nice. This is one of the only bright spots left in the very defunct Washington Square area. It's an old Target, meaning it's not a Super Target, so it's not really a go to for grocery items. However, that leaves more room for the regular Target repertoire of products. I'm glad it is still in the area to provide a Target resource for the east side because it's the only one in the area. I have noticed the staff in general doesn't seem to be overly friendly and doesn't seem to have an interest in doing anything to give above average service. I'm basing it on several experiences from the register to simply asking for an ad at customer service. read more

The customer service is excellent at this store! I was trying to find Christmas lights to match a string that I bought at the Glendale store. Unfortunately, this store didn't carry the particular lights I was looking for and Glendale was out of the product. The young lady took the trouble to call 2 other stores to find my lights which was a great thing because the first store inventory control was showing they had many but there were none on the shelf. Saved me sooo much time and gas! She also made sure they pulled the lights and held them for me. I have not had that level of service in a loooong time! This is an extremely well run Target! This is THE nicest store of any kind on the east side. It's amazingly clean, well-stocked, nice staff, etc. Caramel corn of course. The nearby Walmart is a dump, and the Meijer is the size of an airport. They need to tear down the rest of Washington Square like they did with Glendale. Just leave the Target and the movie theatre (which is really nice now). read more

Full disclosure, I have never stepped foot in this store. But after several frustrating run ins with Target corporate taking then canceling my order for a dollhouse for Christmas, I'd about given up on a huge chain that can't even track its inventory in 2018. This store saved the brand for me. Kicking myself for not getting the woman's name who answered my guest service call, but she's a rock star. Busy day, tracked down help and found me the last Barbie house, then bent the rules a bit to hold it for me for an hour while we drove up packed roads from Nashville to get it. Hope her management team knows what a gem they've got - tho I suspect this is a team of good people. read more

Target in general I love. But this particular store be very vigilant and I recommend not going in alone bring a witness that can pull their phone out and record. They have a over zealous and violent loss prevention worker that stereotypes based on your appearance, and this store will delete the video footage too protect itself and it's employee and Pursue it too the end trying too keep themselves from being liable. I would take the time to drive to another target store, like I said don't go in alone and I would go straight in for what you need and not spend any time looking around at merchandise. I believe they must frequently have incidents because the police that respond to that area told me when they call they make the arrest that it's not their job to go in and watch footage that's the courts job and like I said this target (not all) will delete it's footage if it doesn't back up their employee. I lost a front tooth because I wore jewelry into their store, you don't need a purse jackets or pockets to be suspicious so be careful I don't want this to happen to anyone else it's violating and traumatic and there are plenty of other targets too go too that have wonderful employees and environments and I recommend any other stores I've been too and I live in two states and my whole room and quite a bit of my wardrobe is from target read more

This Target is kept up fairly well but there's not much traffic. I only come here sporadically. Folks are friendly and helpful. My gripe is that they (probably meaning the corporate folks) need to get a handle on their merchandising techniques. I've been in the retail biz more years than I care to count. I just wanted to check out their beer & wines but the product is ALL over the west side of the store! On more endcaps and in partial aisles. Finally found a bottle in the very back corner near sporting goods. They only have One 4 foot end for beer? Seriously. read more

We had a great experience at the E Washington St Target portrait studio. I was hesitant to use them but we had limited options available the day my sisters and I were all available. Nastasha was our photographer and she was great. My sisters and I tend to cut up and have lots of opinions about what poses we do and don't like. Nastasha was personable and patient with us. We got several great poses and we all agreed it was in our top 3 favorite sessions in the 23 years we've done yearly pictures together. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the camera crashed towards the end. We had already gotten several good shots so we just ended early but I would have left a very different review otherwise. read more

THIS IS NOT A SUPER TARGET That just means limited groceries. Other than that, surprisingly, for an east side spot, this is a pretty nice Target. They're always fairly well stocked and clean. Kids clothing is better than the Fishers or Glendale target, but not as good as what you'll find at Southport or Smith Valley and Meridian Targets. Also, you can typically get some really good clearance toys at the end of each season since less people populate this Target than others. If you're on this side of town and shopping anyways, run into Guadalajara Grill or Mcalisters. Two superb restaurants with great service. read more

this store is probably the higthlight of the terminal Washington Square Mall.. love the variety, prices are ok, the cashiers are freindly.. the food areas is even better than expected.. i enjoy shopping here ! read more
