I wasn't a Costco member until this location was built. I don't go often but there are certain items I like to purchase there. Of course I'm talking about the jumbo packs of paper towels and toilet paper. Growing up, I became a loyal brand customer of bounty and charmin. Bought without questioning. My wife challenged me to try the Kirkland brand, Costco store brand. I resisted at first, but eventually agreed. It's now the only brand I buy. Just as good and a little less expensive. I also like to buy wine there, I bought a case. I have also had good luck buying fruit there, blueberries and pears. They carry the d'anjou pear during the late winter. It's my favorite. Blueberries are good and best price I've seen. The big surprise for me are the steaks. I bought ny strip for $12 a pound, and it seems to be really fresh and high quality. I guess the sell a high volume, so quick turnover. The store is new so it's clean. And parking has easy in and out. read more

This is the newest Costco in the central Indiana area, as of this writing. It has all of the things you love about Costco: $1.50 hot dogs and $1.99 pizza slices; friendly elderly ladies posted up and blocking traffic and handing out samples; good deals on bulk items. All of the Costco locations are now making you scan your membership card before entering, instead of just flashing it, and this one is no exception. Noblesville Costco is not my home Costco, so it took me a bit to familiarize myself with the layout. I am biased and prefer the way things are arranged in the Castleton location. It just makes more sense to my pea brain! If you visit different Costco locations, you'll see that they generally have the same things, but sometimes they will offer things that other locations won't. This Noblesville location had frozen cherries, which have been absent from the Costco I usually visit. I made sure to stock up! Costco is one of my go-to places for inexpensive wine, because their wine selection is way better than it needs to be. We are truly blessed. There is a wine guy at the Castleton location who will chat with me and recommend bottles. Although I didn't find a wine guy here in the Noblesville Costso, I did find some quality bottles of Cabernet, Malbec and an Italian wine that I'm excited to try. Don't be afraid to try the Kirkland wines, either. They are really solid! And for the price, they are an exceptional deal. Wet friendly and helpful staff! Great double lined parking spaces and very easy to enter and exit without a cart "traffic jam". Prices were incredibly low. They have a bottled water machine near the exit where you can get cold bottles of water for 25 cents each. read more

Great location. So much less busy and overwhelming than castleton where we used to go. Food court is tasty. Things are always in stock. Have decent pricing for items. I will say sometimes they move things around a bit, but not too bad. I wish they had more samples sometimes, but we do go at off times to avoid the crowds at times. Overall, we love coming to this Costco and for sure wouldn't chose going back to any of the others! read more

However the selection of your recent child proofing packaging for hearing aid batteries was not well thought out or tested with your customers. You can do better! This is now my preferred Costco location. Maybe it's the lay out or the fact that less people frequent this Costco, but I always feel like I have more space to move around. I also feel like I get the best clothing deals here. If you're planning on feeding a lot of people, I highly recommend their Mac and cheese in the pre made food section. Another stand out food item made by Costco are their croissants. They have gone up to $6.99, but that's still great price! I'm so excited this Costco opened up, closer to our house! It seemed a little less crazy and crowded than the other locations in Indy. Normally I feel very stressed in Costco, but I felt I could easily navigate down aisles and it never felt too packed. The checkout was the fastest I've ever experienced. Well organized layout indoors and outdoors (gas station, parking, and new traffic intersection). The gas station is set up very well with multiple lanes and multiple cars for each lane. The green and red lights make it easy. It's nice that it's away from the parking lanes and main entrance. It's nice to simply enter to fill up gas and leave if I don't need anything from the store. I haven't had a Costco membership for years and always envied people who had unique Kirkland Signature food items in their pantry/fridge. The brands they carry, are good quality and of course, good deals to go along with it. The employees are friendly and have a sense of urgency when helping people at checkout. read more

Three cheers for a new Costco. When the weather is freezing outside and you want to go on a long walk that ends in a car-full of snacks and toilet paper... Costco is the place. This new location felt similar to the one on Michigan Road, except that it was a lot calmer. There weren't crazy lines or hectic check-out counters. We enjoyed finding Siete chips, organic blueberries, amazing olive oil, and more for great prices. They also have local gift cards to places like Convivio and Cake Bake with deals such as "$79 for a $100 gift card." Yes, please. This location has a large gas station out front and lots of parking. You will be able to see it from the main road, but it is tucked behind a few buildings, so look hard. The samples were out in full swing and there were cute Valentine's Day offerings as well. Costco is a favorite, as you can always find good deals on products. I went recently and found lots of products on sale and saved money on items such as toilet paper, blueberries, and a new sweatshirt! After shopping, we went to the food court and got a delicious big cookie as a treat. It came out warm and melty. Will always go back! Let be just start off by stating that usually I am a ride and die Costco guy, especially for the free samples. It's like hitting hor d'ouvres before the Costco hotdog post checkout. Of course there is all the great priced "stuff" you're compelled to buy because of all the savings. Spend $300 and you literally make $90 using "girl math". So yes, I'm hooked. Here's the "why" as to why i gave them only four stars, and it hurts me to have to do so. Trust me. Here it is Thanksgiving. Some love this pilgrim made up holiday for the Turkey, Some like it for the football. For me, it's all about the pumpkin pie and this year, since Costco's bakery has always been top shelf, we went with the big pumpkin pie for $5.99. Why make it yourself when Costco has already done the work. Well, do yourself a favor and walk past that yucky thing. The only way I can describe it is, is pie made from pumpkin baby puree spilt into a nasty flavorless, flake-less pie crust. It really was gross. It was tasteless. It lacked the usual pumpkin pie spices and was just, cruel. After a couple bites we just tossed all of it into the trash. So no pie this year. The Thanksgiving feast grand finale was a bust. So this year, I take it back. I am not grateful for Costco! read more

I am a huge Costco fan and have been for years. This Costco is a cookie-cutter version of all other Costcos in the area. They have two shortcomings that I hope will be addressed....1) their liquor aisles are poorly organized and have prices higher than other local locations . 2) The most serious defect is their cafe'. I have witnessed multiple times that orders are seriously backed up, while a dozen or more people are waiting....and waiting. This isn't the first time this has been highlighted. All I wanted to do was get a basic $65.00 membership. These women keep arguing with me about getting one of the more expensive cards. I keep telling them all I wanted was a $65.00 membership then they started asking me what my objections were. After about 30 minutes of wasted time they agreed to sign me up for the card I wanted. They couldn't get the app to work on my phone so I asked them if the cards worked they gave me and they said they did. I called the customer service number the next day to see if they could get the app to work and he informed me that the cards I had weren't even activated. So all that time was wasted. My wife felt humiliated. It was a disgusting experience. read more

Extremely Disappointed and shocked with Customer Service at Costco Noblesville. I shouldn't have to chase basic respect and accountability as a Costco member for more than ten years! Returning few items because of the size, I was refunded less than what I originally paid, with no explanation! Treated with a bad attitude, no greeting, or eye contact, or even respect. It felt dismissive, as if my concerns were irrelevant and I should just accept it without question. Clara, the customer service agent and Brandon her manager were so rude and aggressive. She said to me: "I don't want to hear your stories", and even when Brandon came over to the counter, he didn't apologize or made effort to make things right. Instead, he said: "I have to protect my employees" and took Clara's side without hearing me out!! I expect better from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. read more

Welp pretty disappointed already. I don't have a membership. Was coming in to get a membership and the guys at the door stopped me and asked me for my membership as I started to ask where to go to get the membership they were letting dozens of people in around me and then he told me for future the service desk is over there and pointed. Then let me know that it's to late they closed 10 minutes ago. And in this time he had let 30 people in around me. So you're closed. The service desk has a line. And you're still letting people in? This has probably been the best Costco I've gone to by far!! They have an insane amount of inventory, things that I have never seen before, or have only seen online. It's extremely organized and although it was Christmas weekend, the checkout was super speedy. Can't forget about their pizza, it was super good and I didn't wait to long to get my order. I like Costco for in-store purchases, but don't buy anything from them that needs to be installed. The company that they use to install things are horrible. They're rude and incapable of installation! we rescheduled a date a week later and they tried to send us another oven and canceled the appointment on the day of. We are still without an oven that works after a week and now we have to find someone to install it. read more
