This target is always dirty and the shelves are never neat or stocked. The employees are never friendly or go out of their way to help you like other locations do. The plus side to this location is that they have a huge clearance section! I am able to find great bargains at the end of the aisles. The food selection at this location is also poor. The frozen section has little variety and has non food items always thrown inside the freezers. I would try to avoid this store, sadly, it is the closest to the home and I'm forced to shop here. I also had a cashier try to so cash back without telling me and I noticed on my receipt it said 20$ cash back. When I questioned her she got all flustered and opened the drawer and gave me 20$. Target is always preferred over Wal-Mart in my book, even if they are a bit pricier. I really like shopping at Target because they are one of the few stores who not only will accept 'Target' coupons, but will allow you to pair those with manufacturer's coupons. With pairing these coupons, you can get some major savings on a lot of great brands. Now, that being said, my problem with this particular Target is that the cashiers make you feel like a total a-hole for using coupons. They act like they just can't be bothered with their busy day of ringing up thongs, dog food & pregnancy tests. I actually had a supervisor refuse to take my coupons on one shopping trip. She said the register wouldn't take them without even trying to ring them up. Needless to say, I was not a happy customer. Staff friendly, never had any issues. Mens Bath room was the worst I've ever seen. The entire stall structure was falling apart and the doors didn't lock. Also looks like they never been cleaned. I thought I was in Walmart to be honest. read more

So I ordered a coffee maker accidentally put to pick up " i totally meant curbside. So I called to see if they can kindly make a exception for curbside pickup and they said NO!?. WOW they said sale was final and that i had to go in store and pick it up no exception WOW!. Management needs to retrain curbside people and pick up to be able to offer better assistance and have the knowledge to do so. It sounded like she didn't know how and didn't reach out for help. So I didn't want to argue so I walked into store for pick up " and i seen a customer and security arguing with the check out lady" and I didn't see a manager in there role handling the situation and 10 employees walking around right there doing nothing . My first, and will be my only visit ever to Target. First of all, the store shelves are not stocked at all. So many items out of stock. Secondly, I had 6 coupons from giftpax, which is associated with Target and these coupons can only be used at Target, but I could only use 4 coupons in one day as is their policy. They wouldnt let me do two different transactions, and they wouldnt even let a customer behind me use a couple of the coupons because they said they still came from me. I have never run into such rudeness and uncaring by a store in my life. I will never go to a Target store again, and I recommend that everyone else do the same. I can get better service and better products, and definitely better prices at just about any other merchandiser. read more

This is a very "ghetto" Target if you will. It is small, sort of dirty, has a cramped front end to check out, and is the only Target Store in Las Vegas with no store services. Not even a Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks. The merchandise selection lacks too. I would never give a Target less than three stars, but this one really let me down. I guess part of the problem is the part of town and it was one of the first three Targets in Las Vegas, built back in 1987. Unfortunately, if you live on this side of town, this is your ONLY Target for miles in any direction, and none of the other stores are any better, they're all more rundown and cramped than this. read more

I like Target and they have the things that I need. It can be so easy to spend a lot of cash here on things you don't need but think you do. I have more frames and nick-knacks then I need. I like their music and video selections. And, I can get workout gear here for a pretty decent price. And, it seems that every Target that I have been in, has the same floor plan. That is nice as well. There are days that I hate walking in Target or other department stores because of the crowd. That is why I tipped: "Everybody on the east side of the valley is here." Today is my nephew & nieces bday party and I get a text from my sister in law asking me if I can help her find a NES classic Edition. I was lucky enough to get 2 around the Christmas holidays at Target through the help of brickseeker.com so I logged on to do an inventory search. It showed this location on Nellis has 2 in stock! Great the kids will be able to get what they've wanted for months on the day of their bday party. I called the store and spoke to a lady who informed me that they were NOT able to put 1 on hold for me because they're in such high demand. Ok, fair enough I get it. So I call my sister in law and tell her they have 2 so if you want 1 get to Target ASAP. She has my brother in law go straight over as they live up the street on Charleston & Treeline. He gets there goes straight to electronics and is told that they are HOLDING both of them for a customer who's in the store shopping?! REALLY?! He asks for a manager and is sent to customer service desk where now the story changes a bit. The customer that they are HOLDING both NES's has now forgot his wallet and so they're waiting on somebody to bring it to him. Like are you effing kidding me?! You just told me that you can't HOLD any I get somebody there within minutes literally. And I had to go that route because I live in the Mountains Edge area and would've taken longer to get there. But since my inlaws are not even 5 min away I have them go. And you can't sell us 1 because your holding it for a customer that doesn't even have the means to pay for it right there and then as opposed to my brother in law whose there with his wallet in hand. SHAME ON YOU! I get the call explaining this incident and I immediately call to speak to the manager and instead I get hung up on repeatedly!!! My sister in law even called the corporate office and they said it's manager discretion. Well that said manager told me NO HOLDS on 1, Yet is HOLDING the only 2 instock for a man that doesn't even have his wallet! SERIOUSLY!!! So much for Targets customer service! Usually a deceit place to shop untilI interacted with ASHLEY the Customer Service line. My wife had purchased a Blu Ray disc earlier in the day and left it with the cashier by mistake. She called and spoke with Target and they knew exactly what she had left so all was well until She sent me in later to pick it up. I explained the situation, gave the receipt to Ashley then she handed it to a security guard. The security guard left with the receipt and was gone for at least 25 mins so I got back in line to see if they had forgot about me. after another 8 mins I got to the front of the line and ASHLEY said "yes, can I help you" as if she had never seen me before or seen me standing 8 feet away from her for almost 30mins waiting. I said "hey remember me, the guy with the Blue Ray Disc that was left by my wife......" She cut me off around the time I said blue ray disc and spoke over me and explained the "the system was down and everything was backed up. I told her that "the system has nothing to do with my situation I just need to pick up the item my wife paid for and confirmed was left behind. AS I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN SHE CUT ME OFF ONCE AGAIN SAYING"the guard has to go check the security cameras to see if I "REALLY LEFT " the item and that "THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!". Then walked away without even looking me in the eye. If she had paid any attention to what I said she would know that it was not me who purchased the Blue Ray so the security guard would not find me on tape even if "thats how it works". Another 15 mins pass and the guard comes back with no product and hands the receipt to ASHLEY. She told me to find the item in the store and come wait in line again for permission to leave with the item. Not wanting to cause a scene I walk find the blue ray and wait in line again. ASHLEY looks at the receipt then at the blue ray and then me and asked if this was indeed the blue ray. I nod "yes" and she said I was "good to go" again no eye contact. This whole situation would have been remedied in seconds if ASHLEY would have listened to me at the beginning. She was very rude and I also overheard her and another employee complaining about another customer saying "ha, Sorry were busy lady". Her negative attitude and demeanor caused her to be minimally effective at her job and Target should weed her out. I was disrespected and feel like never going back here again. I'm Sorry but one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. This store is a mess, employees and managers are RUDE! Jennifer the shift manager refused to take a coupon from me when I had earlier used the same coupon in an earlier transaction. I asked her to speak to a manager and she refused to call one, she replied she was the shift manager and that the manager would tell me the same thing. If I could have rated my experience at this target 0 stars, I would have. I will start by saying that it is a rare occasion that I come into target. Today, I was in the shopping center at the sprint store, and my three year old daughter had to use the bathroom, so we went into target. Since we were already there, I decided to take a look around and see what I could find. At first the experience was pleasant. I even remember thinking to myself, "why don't I come here more often? Their home decor section is great!" However, all of that was overshadowed when I got to the register. My total purchase was only about 34 dollars, but half of the items I purchased rang up incorrectly. First was the propel water. They were marked 4 for $5.00, but rang up at regular price. After the cashier called a manager to page for a price check, they adjusted that. Next, there was a new Vegan protein powder called 'Vega'. The marketing they had up boasted "NEW PRODUCT! SPECIAL PRICE 19.99!" However at the register it rang up $34.99. Once again the manager was paged and an associate went to check. They tried to tell me that it wasn't marked $19.99, so I asked if I could go over and show her where I found it. When I pointed it out (which it was very clearly in the 19.99 price point stating vega protein powder) the sales associate said "Oh no. That price isn't for those. It's for another product we have over there" (she pointed to the fronts of the aisles.). After a bit of arguing, I gave up and went back up to the register. I told the manager on duty that I would like the number to corporate, and that I would be emailing them photos of how the product was merchandised. Only after I said that, she scoffed to the cashier "just give it to her!" They both rolled their eyes and acted as though I was the one who was the problem. I am a store manager of a small scale clothing shop, and I know that this example of customer service was completely heteroecious. The price marketing is a BIG problem in this store. I truly hope that someone from corporate sees this and gets on top of them, because that store is not going to make it with customer service and marketing issues like I experienced. read more

Came to Target to buy my niece and little brother birthday gifts. They were having a 30% on boy shirts. I got two of them one was $2.10 and the other was $3.40. I went to the register to pay and the lady rang up one of the shirts for $6.00 I told her hold up that doesn't seem right. And she told me that it didn't have a sticker on it saying that it was 30%. I told her to suspend my items and went back and got the same exact shirt just a size smaller with the 30% price on it. She told me sorry it's says $6.00 and not $3.40. How is that the same exact shirt is worth $6.00 size 6/6x and the other one 4/5 $3.40 it did not make any sense. Don't ever try to price match here. Even when something clearly falls in line with their price match policy as stated on their website they will come up with a reason why it can't be done. You are better off shopping walmart or elsewhere than here. Tried price matching a walmart tv that is same exact model and everything but was told nope the price walmart says is a glitch price even though that is the price in every single walmart store. Doesn't sound like a glitch to me more like the actual price. If you do not want to price match then take the policy down. This is the worst TARGET ever!!!! The staff is so freaking rude. I literally go to customer service to get ringed up, but even then they don't smile they don't even want to help you! I don't like coming to this target so I'll make my drive to Henderson. They did not want to give me cash back on a return made with debit card. That is the same as cash, basically...and I had my receipt. They said it was up to manager's discretion. I went to target in green valley and they gladly gave me cash back on one if my returns using debit with no problem. I rarely come here. I live in area but I really look forward moving back to Henderson. read more
