And I say yes and she shakes her head and walks over to me and spoke extremely rude to me while price matching an item. Last Saturday, Feb. 4, I went into Target to buy two things and bought five. (That is not the story.) Anyhow, I had forgotten my glasses and was having a difficult time uploading a Cartwheel discount and the cashier, Patty, was quite rude and agitated with me. When I verbally told her my problem and asked for help she stopped scanning and said it was too late and seemed more agitated. I kept working, she kept scanning and when I was done she was done with the transaction. She then stated that she would have to cancel the transaction and rescan. She said it in a way which indicated a touch of contempt. I asked her to do just that since I only had five items. I was surprised that she was so unprofessional. It really surprised me. read more

The old lady with glasses at the self checkout is such a bitch. They had a function of beauty curl booster spray with a sale sticker in front of it labeled as $3.14 instead of 12.99. When I went to the checkout it rung up full price. I called the lady over and explained it rang up full price but the sticker in front of the product stated it was $3.14. She acted like I was lying about the sticker rang it up on her mobile app and said it was full price. I again stated there was a sale sticker in front of it. She literally said she needed picture proof... I have never had an employee hassle me over a price change. She literally told me I needed to show her a fucking picture. So I went back and got a picture. I brought it back up the the old bitch and she said the sticker isn't for that product. I then said about 3 times well then you really need to fix those stickers placement then... they were mislabeled for multiple products as well on that shelf. That's an error on Targets behalf. What was supposed to happen is you say "Oh I'm so sorry that was mislabeled but we will honor the sale because it's our mistake. She was so annoying she brought over another lady and the lady IMMEDIATELY said price change it for her. Then the old bitty stuck around literally right in front of my self checkout for a little bit so I couldn't continue my checkout. She's lucky she didn't get checked. Also you guys really need to fix your price discrepancies in the whole store. I got a hat that had a tag labeled as $15 rung up $17. I've gotten eggs that were labeled $2.99 then have rung up $3.99 at checkout. Gee wonder why Nevada is one the states included in the class action lawsuits against Target stating customers are victims of price manipulation. read more

Would rate 5 for merchandise selections but 0 for photo kiosk & uncaring, lack of customer service. Saw customer do an instant print @ kiosk & glad 2 get 1 more thing off my to do list. Printed three 5x7 photos. Price great @ 99 cents each. Developed quick with good quality but the only envelopes & kiosk 2 hold photos were 2 small. Took receipt from kiosk 2 cashier 2 pay & ask 4 an envelope larger than by kiosk so photos wouldn't get damaged. Cashier said that's all they have. He asked customer service mgr lady & she had same reply but said I could put them in a regular bag Needless 2 say, I won't frequent 4 any photo order other than 4x6 photos. Worst target ever! They refused to honor an Amazon price match for diapers on 8/23 and I'm not one to complain so I said okay and let it be. I see the next day that people are posting online that other target stores did honor the price match. So I went back in and they still refused to take the deal. I just went online and printed a label to return all the items and talk to an agent. Why does customer service in person have to be so hard. It's not hard to give good service. I've tried my best to give this store a fair shake, assuming I may have been biased against it in favor of the location I'd shopped at for years before my local move 2 years ago, but I've decided it's not me-it's the store. Whenever I shop here, regardless which day of the week or what time of the day/night, the store appears only half stocked in the vast majority of departments. It looks like the day after Black Friday in a store going out of business. Lots of empty shelves and the things actually in stock are often poor quality, whether due to careless handling in shipping at some point or otherwise (broken items, snagged fabric, stained pieces). Shopping today, a full week before Christmas revealed a store that didn't appear to be observing Christmas at all. The large area usually intended for trees, decor and gifts was already converted to storage bins and other New Years organization paraphernalia so many buy to only ironically add to their respective piles of crap since the organizing part is easy to procrastinate once you have those bins. But I digress. I took my kids to shop for our family stocking gift exchange that we do every year. It's a family tradition where we draw names and then shop together trying to avoid each another in the store while buying as much as possible for a max of $15 per person. To start our adventure I had checked store hours online and saw my "new" store was open until 11. We arrived at the store at 9 (I should probably explain that my kids are young adults with my youngest being 17 so no bedtime curfew violations occurred bringing harm to the kids or that rendered me a bad mom) only to discover they closed at 10. Ordinarily an hour would be enough time but right off the bat we were shopping under the gun. We split up into groups; no one had much luck because this was the store that Christmas apparently forgot. I've seen other Targets have a better selection on NYE. It was a struggle for everyone which takes a lot of the fun out of the experience. Worse still were the store associates putting back returns all over the store as though they were already closed. I don't mean a small cart here and there; this was full fledged before opening stocking work. No matter which way you moved you were dodging and navigating around employees, their carts and larger restocking lifts. In an hour we couldn't find a single employee to assist us with a price check and ended up downloading a QR reader and looking it up ourselves. Then came the PA announcements about the store closing, beginning 45 minutes prior and continuing every 10 minutes. In addition, employee greeters were stationed at each entrance to loudly announce the closing-again almost an hour before closing. Bottom line, it was super unwelcoming and made you anxious to leave. So we did just that, with plans to shop elsewhere tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have better luck at the "old" Target, where the employees acknowledge customers exist, the store actually has products on all (or at least more than half of) the shelves and I don't feel like I'm being yanked off the stage like I'm a bad Afton Showtime at the Apollo. read more

I want to give a huge shoutout to one of your amazing associates. Her name is Tiffany and works at the Las Vegas//Sky Pointe location. Today she saw me struggling with my crying toddler and my huge pregnant belly and was kind enough to help play with my toddler and calm him down. She even got a toy car for him to play with and kept him busy long enough so I could find a few of the sizes I was looking for on the shelves. She went above and beyond and made my toddlers day. Clean & well-organized location. Friendly employees. This is my children's Toy's Store so we're here about 4x a month, they love it here.

Not all Targets are created equal, my friends. We live pretty much equidistant from this Target and the one on 215 and Decatur, and I will go to this one every time. I think the grocery and clothing selection are a lot better here. One big plus over the other location is the self checkout. I feel that I'm able to get in and out of this Target much faster because of the self checkout. Because of the self checkout I can't speak to the customer service, but I've never had an issue. The food court has a large seating area, but the Starbucks does not. I've used the pharmacy here a few times in the last few weeks and was able to eat my prescriptions pretty much immediately. Like I said, of the Target locations in this area, I think this is definitely the better option. read more

Im giving this place 2 stars for costumer service! because we were paying on the register and she mention about the cart wheel. i said no, and i have the coupons for diapers from the news papers. ok to make the story short, it says scan on the app to get the offer (ok my mistake i didnt scan it, cause i got used to it that they will give the gift card. ) this lady just keep on mentioning "CART WHEEL" in the back of my mind i was like WTF is that. so everything got paid and i said we sont get any gift card blah blah blah. This is a Target. It is large. It is quite nice looking. We stopped here because we were in the area and the Target close to where we were staying is terrible. This is probably the worst stocked Target that I have been to. The arrangement of merchandise seems to be different from other Targets. I also did not find things I was looking for. I needed some bath accessories and found awesome ones in other targets. This one had nothing. The kitchen accessories section was poor as well. Often times Target has good quality plastic serveware (My sweetie insists on drinking from plastic cups) and I could not find any here. Which was quite odd. My 8 year old worked really hard to save up chore money so he could buy a LEGO toy. When he was looking for the one he wanted, he set his box of money down and forgot about it. When we got up to the register to pay, he realized he left it and went back to the aisle to get it. When he came back, he told me that he found it, but a lot of the money was missing. After reviewing the store footage, a young teenage boy and another boy around my sons age had taken the money. After leaving a review in a survey, the store manager called me to tell me he had left a gift card for my son at the front. It was something the store didn't have to do, but wanted to make it right. Sunday evening about 6pm not one cashier I had over a hundred dollars worth of items and lots of singles in my purse very nice young man standing there cheering my own depositing my cash I was so disappointed with Target. I greatly dislike the layouts of Target Greatlands because of how you constantly have to walk the perimeter of the store instead of having stuff in sections like regular Targets. Anyway, I noticed this store has none of the "upscale products" such as the Marc Jacobs for Target collection. The clothes were not the same nice looking stuff as other Targets. read more

Target Greatland is a fun place to shop. It's big and clean and super organized! If your Target doesn't have it, Greatland probably does! It's a huge one-stop shop; me and my friend bought closet organization supplies, baking accessories and food, and makeup! You know, one of those "girl's night outs". Target is also a great place to pick up desserts to sneak into theaters ;P jk! The one thing that I didn't like at this Target is that the customer service is a bit lazy; they talk to each other rather than focusing on the customer. So, consider doing your returns&exchanges at another location. Otherwise, this Target's pretty okay. So when you drive around here, watch out, because the locals around Target drive real fast! read more

Not the biggest Target around (that would be the N Decatur one), but it has the stuff I need and the staff keeps the store neat. I like the Method products and Targets just the place that has them. Handwash is nice and I like their granite polish. I'm not much for cleaning, but when I do I need stuff that gets the job done easier. If only Targets were open late night there would never be a need to "make do" with going to Wal Mart late night for essentials we need. Clean store, friendly staff. Target has really been trying to get in the food business. At this location that they have added all energy efficient refrigerators with senors for the lights to turn on as you walk by. Very modern feature. Target is has also taken a perspective to carry organics or more natural choices of food and meat products. This will definitely set them apart from their competitors but shoppers these days are also looking for value. With their buying power they should be able to move the market like the a line at a Las Vegas Sports Book. They have also added a wine selection to this store, but I do not remember seeing beer. I live all the way near Blue Diamond, but on Sunday, I had an important event by the YMCA. Of course my boyfriend spilled his drink over his clothes & we had to make a stop at Target. We searched all over the store for something similar &/or decent for him, & just couldn't find it & was thinking of leaving to go to another store. I shop here every week. I love this store. It's always clean, items are in stock, the staff is friendly and the parking lot is easy to maneuver. I have never experienced any issues at this store. I've purchased cell phones from the mobile department here as well. For the people complaining that everything is on lock and key- how about you open your own store and allow people to freely steal your items. I have no problem calling someone to open an item that is locked. I'll be upset if this store ever closes down.. read more

Bought a DVD the other day... $25.00. It wouldn't play in either of my dvd players. Doesn't even matter why. All you need to know is that is simply wouldnt play. So, took it back for a refund. Was told "No refund and only remedy is you can exchange it for exactly the same thing." I ask... "What if we take another home and that one also wont play?" "You're out of luck. Target policy and copyright law." Pffffft... yeah, right... you sell me from a shipment of bad DVD's and I have to eat it... uh, no... The young woman behind the counter actually laughed at me with her coworker... presumably because I let her know that if I wasnt going to get a dvd that worked, i was going to get a refund. At first, it looked like they were out of the BluRay version and my PS4s would have to wait, but then a helpful employee found another BluRay version of the movie. Didnt have to test that target policy of no refunds on dvd's... obviously in place because the content could be uploaded and then the dvd returned and Presto... Free movie... just one problem... that's not what was happening... the thing wouldnt play... thats what was happening... The young woman who laughed and scoffed... she was in the wrong department... customer service is not a good fit for someone who doesnt take seriously a customer's irritation over a problem... I have her name, but am not sharing it... shes just a kid. I have their little red card... not shopping there anymore, though... I frequent this Target quite often and here are my thoughts. This Target is a hidden gem in a lot of ways as it's never overly crowded, the shelves are always organized and any employee who has ever helped me has been courteous and professional. It's a pleasure to shop there and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The main drawback is the checkout area. In specific, it is mind boggling that they don't have a bank of self checkout registers. Target is not efficiently designed for speed at the register in regards to large scale orders and as soon as one register gets slowed down with a large purchase, anyone with a handful items is dead in the water. If they did this, they would get 5 stars out of me for sure. Aside from that one negative, this Target location, this place is great and recommend it to anyone who lives in the area that doesn't currently go there. read more
