Recent renovations have bumped this Target up a star for me. The layout makes the store feel much larger than before. Now offering fresh food, expanded makeup, and many more toiletries than before. Parking here is hectic and probably exacerbated by the shared strip mall. The Starbucks inside is usually littered and unclean, but delivers your classic Starbs favorites well. Right now this store is a MESS and is under LOTS of construction. It is hard to find most things (temporarily) and I noticed (sorry I didn't photo) a sign that the rest rooms are outside in a trailer. But my main complaint is permanent. I hate every time I park here because HALF the parking spots are either handicapped or those Drive up and Pick Up. It's Crazy. They even have some sort of guard making sure you don't park in the Pick Up spots. Maybe the store will be normal again someday but the parking ALWAYS SUCKS here. read more

We have tried not to use Target due to their lack of DEI however we had their credit cards and occasionally bought things. Suddenly with NO NOTICE AND NO CONTACT they hurt our credit by canceling our credit with them. I contacted Target to see why our cards weren't working and found out they were cancelled due to "late payment" despite the woman (a supervisor) admitting we owed NOTHING!! I had a very disappointing experience at this Target on January 27th at the self-checkout. The employee working that section, a young African American woman, was not courteous or professional. I noticed a pricing discrepancy on an item and politely brought it to her attention. Instead of assisting me, she looked visibly annoyed and told me that I would have to prove the price myself by taking a picture. I did as she asked, but when I returned, she accused me of moving the item--essentially implying I was trying to change the price dishonestly. I asked to speak with a manager, and she went ahead and told him what she assumed happened, saying, "Well, people change the prices all the time to pay less." When the manager (an African American male) finally arrived, he was very professional and polite. He explained that he normally doesn't adjust prices for reasons similar to what the employee had stated, but he still honored the price as a courtesy. However, instead of helping me complete the transaction, the self-checkout employee refused to assist me. She ignored the manager's instructions and sent me to a cashier instead, even though two self-checkout kiosks were available. She avoided eye contact, seemed irritated, and gave off the impression that she was upset that the manager honored the price. The manager, on the other hand, was excellent--professional, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer. The employee, however, could benefit from better customer service training. A simple greeting, a smile, and a polite tone go a long way in creating a positive shopping experience. I hope Target takes customer service seriously because this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Wouldn't recommend shopping at this location if this is the level of service they allow. read more

I have to give this Target a shout out for keeping its word. I came here on impulse for the sole purpose of scoring a Vegas Golden Knights Stanley Cup Final tee-shirt, like I did several years ago. I succeeded in this endeavor, for soon after entering the store I encountered a rack displaying a nice array of VGK Stanley Cup Final tee-shirts, and selected one. Then, rounding the corner while heading toward the checkout counter, I saw bags of Lay's Potato Chips with a sign proclaiming, "Two Wavy Lay's Potato Chips for $5.00." Since the regular price was $4.29 a bag, this was clearly a good deal. So, I added two bags of Wavy Lay's to my cart and went to the check stand, where i promptly paid for my purchases with cash. Then, after reading my receipt near the store entrance, I saw that I had actually been charged $6.00 for the two bags of chips. I went back to the same check stand, and was told to go to Guest Services, where I would likely receive a cash refund. That is exactly what happened,, and I was handed one dollar back after my receipt and purchased merchandise were reviewed. Maybe the erroneous pricing problem should not have occurred in the first place. But I appreciate a store that stands by its posted prices in the end, which this Target did! read more

Tried to return a kerrig coffee maker that I purchased just 15 minutes earlier. I went home 1st discovered the machine wasnt gray as assumed it would be since it was the color of the product on the box okay whatever thats fine. So washed the machine since its a first time use plugged in and it wouldn't power on okay let's try another outlet still not powering on. So I re-boxed everything just as I received product and tried to return the product. 1st waited at guest service 5 minutes for someone to even show up. Then the lady tell me I have to return to manufacturer because the color doesn't match the box no thats not my problem plus I literally just bought this kerrig.2nd she said I used it since she saw it was wet. Of course its wet youre supposed to rinse them out before use maybe you dont. Again she told me I needed to send to manufacturer. So I asked to speak to her manager. So instead of getting her she just spoke to her over the radio and this is what pissed me off the manager wanted to refund me but it was this lady who didnt she flat out said that when she hid behind the wall to talk maybe dont talk so loud. She had the audacity to have the "security guy" two double check that the power didn't come on. I really wanted to tell her that I probably make five times as much as she does. I did not want to scam a coffee maker out of her or target.That I just didn't want a broken coffee maker, and I just wanted to exchange the coffee maker for one that worked. That lady was an Older African american lady with glasses. Its bad enough this store has ever thing locked up. The store that makes you spend more money than you want. Just accept it. This Target is the one closest to us, and it's nice to be able to drop by in minutes and even walk to if we're ambitious. I'm a fan of the selection that Target offers: fairly inexpensive clothing, home goods, groceries, and toiletries. I'm not a fan of how many items are now locked up behind plexiglass, and you have to summon a staff member to unlock a case, plus the self-service check-out lines can get very long. At least the staff who do work there are friendly. read more

Very clean store and the staff were smiling and working at the same time. I am very happy walking into a store that is huge and is not dealing with stocking food. Stopped by Target to look for a new dress shirt, nothing fancy, This location is usually pretty stocked and organized in the Mens section. I went over to see what they had and the whole section was a mess. Online, Target is promoting their annual Black History Month of African-American apparel designers, as well as African-American home decor designers. Per their website each store has committed to carrying the brand and have displays set up on the floors by the date advertisd, per their website. Targets latest BHM campaign stated the floor would have the items online January 8, 2023. I went in the store yesterday morning at 8:02 am as well as yesterday afternoon around 2pm and there were absolutely no pieces nor a display for the consumers. This is the third time in a row the store on Deer Springs and North 5th has failed to do so. By the time the products are finally put on the floor, the inventory is low due to people going online and pulling all the pieces. Terrible marketing and display execution with a corporate office, who has done nothing to rectify the situation. read more

I go to get something and figured I'm only a week out from surgery I'd go to target because their store is squeaky clean. I have a cashier sick with no mask and another cashier opens up for next in line which is me but I can't get past the stampede of carts to go to that cashier in my well tric cart and she starts taking care of the ride people. Then I'm headed out the door and though on no I shouldn't take the cart outside and asked some stocker girl as she was walking in if she could take it in with her. No she says maybe in a little while but I'm busy. Wtf she was stocking $5 Easter shelf's. She had to walk right by the carts to go to where she was headed. This is a long overdue review of this location. I've been going to this location since day 1 (they were still building it when I moved into the area). I come into this store at least once a month and I've seen many new faces over the past 10 years. A majority of the staff are awesome. I haven't had any serious issues with anyone honestly. I was in there today and needed a carpet shampooer that I didn't see it on the shelf. A nice associate named Kyle was near the area and greeted me, asking if I needed help. He was able to look it up and told me there were some in back stock and was kind enough to get one for me. I know some others stores and associates will just say that they're out of stock so they don't have to deal with it. Check out was a breeze also. On the weekends the check out line becomes long but once you're in it, it goes by pretty fast. read more

I was starving so right when I got here I went to the Pizza Hut inside. Only one cheese pizza available at 2pm. I asked if they were going to be making pepperoni pizzas and the girl said 7 min. I went and did my shopping and on my way out went back and there was still one cheese pizza. I asked again and was told 7 min again. I laughed and said I was told that 15 min ago. Then an older lady rudely said, well if you ordered one it would take 7 min. So I asked if they only make them if they are ordered and she said yes. This was supposed to be a quick trip to Target for a fee things. I needed vitamins, Advil and razors. Everything is now locked up. So you have to put your hand under a sensor to call an associate for assistance. I waited 5mins the first time. I asked Cynthia a fee questions about a couple of different brands. Not helpful, friendly or professional. Next aisle for Advil, it's locked up as well. I wait even longer for her this time. I told her what I needed. She responds with " Hello, how are you" sarcastically. I said " I just said hello and spoke to you in the other aisle". She replies with " Oh, Im sorry" sarcastically again. Now, I head for the razors. Locked up!! I see Cynthia, ask for assistance. I said " there must be alot of theft here. She says, sarcastically " it's a million dollar business " I finally tell her that I don't need her attitude. A quick trip turned into almost 15mins. She says " do you need razors?" Love this target! It is clean and organized. Associates are always asking if you need assistance when you walk by or when they walk passed you. I always find what I need annnnd 'a little more' ... The only thing about this and other locations are the self checkout stands. It is a bit of a nuisance. Like Bill Burr jokes about "evidently I also work at the grocery store." NOT! They should have more than 1 actual checkout associate and more than 1 self checkout associate mending those lines. They can get pretty long and if you are paying cash well that's another wait, because the associate has to come and make change out of your self checkout bank. Haven't tried the "drive up" thing they have implemented, probably won't any time soon since I like getting my steps strolling through the aisles. Moved here 3 years ago and have been and still a customer of this store being that I'm in the area and I have littles under 6 years old. I applied for a job (not seasonal) maybe about 2 months ago. I got a call almost a month later from the hiring supervisor/HR asking if I would be interested in a seasonal position? I asked why seasonal I applied for a regular position. He replied saying that they were on a hiring freeze which I find it so common because other places I had applied for said the same thing. I was about 32 weeks preggo now 36 weeks preggo and I explained to him over the phone I don't think I can do seasonal after you had just said that you guys can either keep workers after seasonal or let them go. And he simply replied saying yeah that's not gonna work because hiring me for seasonal would have been from October 30-December and my due date is December 2nd. I've been looking for work ever since before I got pregnant. And luckily the next day I got a job offer at the new store right next door Burlington (old Babies r us). Went to the interview and got hired on the spot despite my pregnancy. Target shame on you! I mean I purchase diapers, wipes, etc for my babies there but talk about discrimination towards pregnant women trying to look for work?! And mind you the people I see you hire....smh honestly you could do better let alone you guys are short of workers! read more

The store itself is messy in some areas, there are some items that are out of stock, but that is nothing compared to the Rudeness, and Sass of the People that work there. The Guy that worked in the Electronics store, was Rude, and a Jerk during the Whole transaction. Then on the Frontline Checkout, there were these 3 ladies that spoke to each other in their dialect while ringing up customers. I understand that if business is slow, you tend to talk to your co-workers, but for the Courtesy of others, Please do not to it while you have Customers in line. Very Disrespectful in the Customer's Eyes! Then to top it all off, The Electronics Guy did not de-sensitize(?) the item that I purchased. Of course it Buzzed as I was exiting. Guess What Happened???? This target has more on hand rhan the Skypointe Target. It doesn't seem as picked over. It is nice that it is has a Babies/Toys are Us next to and several other retailers around it. I didn't encounter any associates so I don't know the level of involvement with their customers. I suggest this Target uf Skypointe is out of something or you want a bit of an adventure. read more

Clean and spread out well. Howard was friendly and helpful. Only downfall, we spent more than we wanted.

The building is just like any other Target. It's clean, it's organized, and the workers are helpful. My favorite thing about this location is that it is so far North Las Vegas not as many people come here compared to other Targets. When an item is sold out at a different location, I can always find it at this Target. I probably spend way too much $$ here and can always find an excuse to come. If you're like me I recommend getting the red card (might as well save 5%) read more
