Seriously, who does not love a Target. I have never been to a Target that I didn't like or didn't have good customer service. I have been addictively coming to this location for 5 years. I love how they are quick to change out the seasonal decor. If there's an item I'm looking for the clerks are quick to help locate within the store, online, or at a near by store. My only complaint for this location is that the restrooms are not always kept clean. read more

I stopped in here today to get an item that another chain did not have in stock. Parking was easy and close to the door--surprisingly. I didn't know the layout so I had to look until I found the right aisle. Checkout was quick and the cashier did not push in his question about getting a Target card. This is not the Target I'd go to, but it was on my way home from United Blood Services so it made a handy stop. read more

Everything I buy from here falls apart. I am not going to waste my time. The worst was when we bought a little grill and the grill top was not even the right size. I LOVE this TARGET. I Am here every week!! As a mom that has 3 small kids, I go here for almost everything. It's like my all in one shopping. I get my diapers, body wash, bed sheets, cleaning supplies, seasonal decor, chocolates, chips, milk, to first aid kits and shampoos. I not only shop at the store but I'm a regular on their online shopping because it's JUST that easy to shop with them. Price are reasonable and comes in 2-3 days with free shipping. Kind of like Amazon! :-). So everything is great. Returns are easy as long as you show them the same credit card or with the item # you pitched the item Negatives: Not there fault but the last couple times I've driven to the Target on W Charleston near Boca Park, I've had people come up, knock on my window asking for money. Pretty annoying!! Security guards need to go out there and do something because if I'm going with my 2 year old, freaked the crap out of me!! read more

I used to enjoy this location until today I was rubbed the wrong way. No where online or on the receipt reads that I cannot return an item purchase from another Target. Basically I purchase an item from Target on Grand Canyon Drive in the morning, but seeing it wasn't the correct item I needed I attempted to return it to the nearest Target, which also used to be my usual Target. The girl at the counter asked the normal questions, scanned my receipt and item but then told me I couldn't return it since it wasn't purchased there. That it wasn't in the system and I'd either have to wait a day or go back to the Target I purchased the item from. I've never had a problem returning anything from anywhere ever before, at any business. Over all it doesn't make sense. I should have been able to return it, and I would have been on my merry way but this just was shitty af. read more

While in the store this evening, the Governor's mask dictate was being monitored loosely. While most people We're respecting everyone by using masks, I saw People walk in with no masks, and many people wore their masks without covering their noses. One employee was not covering his nose and one employee was talking to a customer with her mask completely pulled down. The family of four next to me in self checkout were Not wearing masks at all. The clerk in charge of wiping down the self stations between customers was so cursory as to be pointless. While I rate the customers at a four for the majority following the rules properly, I rate The store 0 for not paying closer attention for the safety of employees and customers alike. I attempted to call the store and tell Someone this when I got Home, but the phone rang with no answer when I selected customer service. read more

The last two times I have visited the Boca Park Target I have had some extreme issues with a few employees. Last time an employee called me an asshole because of the way I parked in the lot. This visit left a horrible taste in my mouth. The cashier I picked used "I don't know" for answers to both of my questions yet she knew exactly how to perform what I was asking for (split payment and also we were buying a baby gift on the registry that needed to be scanned a certain way.) During the transaction, she took her cellphone out and started texting. The worst part was that she put my greeting card in a bag with heavy items damaging the corners and the envelope. This is the final straw for me with this location. If I ever go back i'm going to lose my sh** on these people, I swear before god! Yelp: "Please consider that businesses are trying their best during these covid times," how about this girl should be thankful she even has a friggen job to go to and is not on unemployment. read more

I swung into Target for one thing. That's always the way it goes though right? You go in for face wash, look up into the giant bullseye in the sky, and end up leaving with a new bedroom set and a case of taquitos with no recollection as to how or why. It always seems like a good idea at the time though. This trip was no exception. I was over in Summerlin and saw it. The bullseye. I did need to swing in for two things. A garbage can for my kitchen and some aloe vera. You see, I just moved to Las Vegas. I'm getting settled in my new home. I had left my old trash can behind because it was time to let it go. Time for a fresh new shiny bin. I needed the aloe because, while I knew it was going to be hot here, I was not prepared for the wrath of the sun on my backside, poolside. I walked in, grabbed my cart and then it happened. The blackout. I have faint recollections of the store being in the midst of a remodel. Flashes of appliances, rugs, towels, shoes, women's apparel, snacks... I was checked out by Frankie who brought me back to life by asking me, a few too many times, if I wanted to save money and open a Target card. As I offloaded my aloe vera and new trash bin into my vehicle, I also had to make room for the three rugs, new towels, shorts, tank tops, Quest bars, eyeliner and whatever else I purchased You win again Target. There Is nothing bad to say about this place! It target so whats not to love. Its clean an I've never had a problem with any of the employees. customer service is good and there is a starbucks. Sometimes I just come here to look even when I don't think I need anything and end up walking out with something. I don't think I've ever left this place empty handed. I don't know if this Target has been remodeled or if it was designed as such, but it has the newer floor plan with the groceries which is going up around the US. They're basically setting it up for bigger and smaller stores to sell pretty much everything you need to compete with Walmart smaller store move. In general, Target historically was always a bit pricier than Walmart. However, since the economic downturn, it's actually fairly comparable. I liked how this store was laid out and it actually has a pretty sufficient in home goods. Other than that, pretty typical. Oh yeah. They don't carry coffee stir sticks. read more

I make cash payments and the store hold then for 2 weeks, because according to the customers service the system have no way to know it was cash and I have to call back within a couple of days for them to release it. I've gotta say I'm a big fan of the target pick up service. During the craziness of the holiday season, this Target was BUSY (like whole parking lot full busy!) it was great to use the target app to order things and have it be ready for pick up! Best way to avoid having to find a parking spot and going in to find the items and probably save yourself from buying more than you needed LOL. They have designated spots in the front for drive up pick up and a team member comes out to bring it to you relatively fast! read more

The Skinny: this place has can be very hit or miss. But when you hit, you hit big. This Target is the closest one to me and I have to say, it gets picked over pretty quickly. The merchandise tends to be messier than other stores I've been to but there is definitely variety here. That being said, there are some hella good deals to be found in the clearance sections if you are lucky. For example, I found a 32 magnetic animal set and a 63 magnetic alphabet/numbers set from Melissa and Doug for $3 each (MSRP $12). Or kids long sleeve shirts for $1.50. As a mom of a young toddler, their bull's-eye section (it's similar to the dollar store except their stuff is better quality) is a godsend. They have some great small activities for kids like bubbles, sidewalk chalk, felt books and activity books. Basically lots of stuff to occupy busy hands. I really like this Target because it's always clean and never very crowded. The prices are decent and the employees are always willing to help if you have any questions. My only complaint is the parking. The spaces are really close together and I have an expensive car so I have to park way in the back of the parking lot. The complex that it's located in is generally really busy so you have to be careful about parking next to other cars. This location is always extremely low on stock, if not completely out of items compared to all other Target stores I've been to in the valley. Today, I was shopping and found MANY expired items on the shelf. This is disappointing considering the prime location of this Target. A very odd thing happened when I opened a present that I received from my girlfriend - the product was not inside of the box. We decided to go to Target to try and exchange it. We were a little hesitant at first. We thought maybe they wouldn't believe us, but ultimately we decided we should at least try. We found the receipt and left. When we arrived, we explained the situation to the guy behind the return desk, Amir. He was very understanding. He said that he's heard of this happening but has never actually witnessed it. He needed to speak to a manager about it. Latoya arrived and she was very helpful. We explained the situation to her and she okay'd the exchange. The item however was not in stock so Latoya called other nearby Targets to see if the had the product and if they could hold it for us. Great customer service. I've already left my thoughts on this location. And I will reiterate, just start calling this location, "Walmart"...because it is very clear that the employees and management team cannot hold up to what Target's standards are supposed to be. I avoid this Target at all costs if need be, you can smell the bathrooms that are located in the front of the store all the way in the back of the store. It's dirty, it's unorganized. I've said enough. I'm re-writing this review because of the experience I had yesterday evening with an associate, Carlo. Yesterday evening I brought my son (who is 18 months old) in for a quick errand. We stopped by the bargain section and I let him pick out a sippy cup. At checkout, I was speaking to the cashier (Carlo) about a price check - which he already had an attitude with me. Before I continue let me just point out that I am pretty well mannered, I have my child under control and I'm a normal person, not doing anything to deserve this attitude. While speaking with Carlo, my son, WHO IS 18 MONTHS. Is trying to hand him the sippy cup to scan it, he's not screaming or crying or tempering, just reaching the cup towards him that doesn't even reach up half way to his chest. Mid-conversation, Carlo grabs my son's wrist and yanks the sippy cup out of his hand like he was holding a firework and did something wrong. Admittedly, I have never had something like this happen with my son. Ever. So I didn't even react, I was just in shock. He didn't say anything, scoffed at me, didn't thank me at the end, say have a nice night, nothing. I left the store embarrassed and in shock thinking I did something wrong as a parent. I considered calling management but thought I was overreacting. Took some time to really think of it and thought, in no way was it moral of this employee to put his hand on my son like that. Even if he was being a brat (which let me remind you, he wasn't). That's not your kid, that's not your job. YOU DON'T PUT YOUR HAND ON A CUSTOMER'S CHILD FORCEFULLY. I contacted the store after thinking and was unable to get a hold of a manager. Shocker. That was it for me, never coming to this Walmart again. And I hope I never see Carlo out of his place of employment. :( read more

I just went to this location in Summerlin at Boca Park & I think they ripped me off. My son got a $40 gift card from Grandma for Target and he picked out 2-10pks of tech deck skateboards, 1 deck deck ramp and 3 individual tech decks. The indiviual ones are $3 each and the others were all posted as $9.99 but I paid $51-$13 each instead of $9.99. I was mad as hell but what am I gonna do about it it's my kids Christmas gift. Be sure to check your receipts and make the cashier aware they are usually very good at noticing & fixing price variations. read more

Target is always more expensive and I try to avoid them like a plague since I know that once I step foot in there I'd want to buy a bunch of crap that I didn't need. Oh, and don't get me started on the dollar section, I always find myself trapped in that section looking for something I didn't need. This location looks well organized and new. It's located in a nice area as well and doesn't look sketchy on the outside. They have a great selection on home decor and goods. I really like a lot of the fresh new styles that they put on display. This is a great place to come and get some accessories or style pieces for your home. Plus, you have to try their target brand (market pantry) soft french baguettes that they sell! We only buy this type of bread and it's perfect when you toast them up at home. We're addicted! We grab a 3 baguettes at a time and freeze them if we don't use them. They freeze very well! read more

I don't know what else to call it, other than racial discrimination. I literally just came to shop here and a loss prevention officer by the name of Jennifer was stalking us for a 1/4 of the time we were in the store. I didn't even have my purse with me. When we were checking out, she even came up to the register to see what i was purchasing. She even commented on an item that was discounted stating that shouldn't be the price at all. Every other employee I had an interaction with was friendly, but that loss prevention guard just made it really obvious that she felt we were stealing. 2 stars because I came to this location frequently a few years ago, and have fond memories. Meh. This is an older Target store with the electronics dept tucked away in the front corner with merchandise that doesn't really sell anymore. Overall this location was kind of picked over, and I just wasn't impressed. And what good are 20+ registers if only 3 are open with long lines? I never get that. Las Vegas needs SuperTargets. 1- The girl working there was super cute. 2- The prints were done quick (like 20 minutes?) and cheap. 3- I had time to pick up a Blu-ray or three, so that's cool. 4- The girl working there was super cute. I hardly ever have to print photos anymore, but when I do, this is the place I go to. It's not particularly amazing, but it's better than the Walgreens-type places. The pictures seem better with whatever they use to print it on versus Walgrees. Plus it's inside a Target, so you could pick up a few things, too. read more

Maybe it's the location, or the fact they now sell produce, or maybe it's that I have the layout memorized in the back of my head (they are pretty much all the same). ;) I am always able to find whatever I need. I haven't really paid attention to the times that I shop, but it's hasn't ever been jam packed as far as I can remember. I am in and out as long as I don't get distracted by their end cap sales... There was maybe one time that I was trying to by office furniture and they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I proceeded to another Target to see if they had it and they didn't even carry it. This place is like a second home to me! I live semi close to it and always hit Ross, Target, Sallys, Tillys, and Applebees up at the same time! This Target is very clean and well organized. I also love the grocery area here!! We usually go later in the evening when its not soo busy, and this day I came to find stuff for chicken fried rice. To my surprise they had green onions! I was like WOW! The food here is priced almost equal to Walmart (I dont shop there for groceries though) but its sooo cool because you can get all the fixins and a cute pair of shoes! I was walking down the grocery aisles and found some choco covered marshmallow, yum! I was also VERY surprised to see cilantro lime rice! AND it was only 2.39$! The prices here are reasonable for sure! We got some yummy peanut butter fudge Target brand ice cream and some chicken noodle soup (which I needed the next day because I have REALLY bad strep!!) that was on sale! The ice cream cones were only 1.02 for 12 and my son got his beloved honey nut cheerios as well!! Another thing I love about this Target is their clearance section! Its huge! Now others may make fun of me because I'm frugal, but trust me it pays! I bought a super cute bathing suit top for 5.36$! It was normally 19.99$!! They have a great selection of plus sized clothes as well at this Target. The children's section is also my fave! I always find inexpensive clothing for my 5 yr old and he loves the toy section here. This is where I also by my shampoo for my hair because the Target brand is as good as the others! This past time we went in the food court area was closed off; I'm assuming its getting a face lift! Maybe it'll be like the Targets in San Jose and offer Starbucks! One thing I would LOVE to see at this Target is the new shopping carts! They're awesome and super chic! At this point I try avoiding Boca Park at all cost. This target has seriously plummeted in customer service where they don't care about anything. I've been there twice to try and fix an issue with my card and I've been given the same chicken with its head cut off run around. Even as I'm shopping and I grab my stuff. I walked all the way to an aisle on 11 with this girl who had her light on. And as soon as I was about to check out she tells me her lane is closed. I took my stuff and was so frustrated I just left it on the side of the girls clothes and left. I will never shop at this target or questionably any of them again. Whenever I need just about anything, I can get it from Target! I love this place! They have everything from clothes and shoes to toys and games to sports equipment to electronics and a bunch of great things for the house and car, all at good prices! This target also has a mini supermarket in it where you can buy groceries, produce, frozen foods, candy and snacks! The store is always very clean, well-kept, organized, and well stocked. It is really easy to find whatever you need at a great price! I buy a lot of clothes here and have been really pleased with them. Target has an exceptional return policy which allows you to return most things within 90 days with the receipt for a full refund! I love the Boca Park location! Always very clean and stocked neatly. The drive up employees are very nice when I've used the service. The prices are fair but I would suggest checking prices online as I've found them to be cheaper than in store. Sometimes they will match that price depends on the cashier. My only gripe is they have limited the live cashiers in order to have people ring their own items at self check out. If you have a couple of items that's great but not for a basket full. You'll wait a while to get taken care of during busy hours lol which is most of the day. read more
