This target itself is quite nice, even though it is busy most of the time. My issue is that the product availability is not reliable. The Target app said that my product I wanted was in stock at this location, but it was completely out of my product when I got there within the hour that I looked. I went here for that product but left empty handed and can't trust the target app completely when it says something is in stock. read more

As far as merchandise I have always loved this Target located in Bocca Park. When you think Target you think product quality, cleanliness, and availability of product. Most importantly the level or service. The gal who I was speaking with was rude, short, and abrasive. Asked for her name and she hung up on me/ I called and spoke with the Manager Brett and addressed the service provided an he was very apologetic. He said he is not sure if anyone will admit to it. Wow! This target is amazing!! This is the best target in Vegas! It's huge, very nice, clean, and the employees are very nice! Also, they have a lot of employees walking around. I went on a Sunday and every department had at least two people working in each section... I actually live in centennial hills, but this one is worth at least checking out. It has so much more than all the ones in the northern parts of Vegas. I'm so glad I came here. I will be back, it's worth the drive! read more

Fantastic customer service experience to report!! A few weeks ago I had purchased a Zero Water filtration system from Target. The system touted itself as superior to both Britta and all other water filters. At first it was great, and the water tated good. However, I noticed that the filter lasted much less time than the Britta before the water started tasting bad. So, I returned and bought a two pack of filters for $30.00. So now I had $75.00 invested in this product. The next water filter began producing horrible tasting water after 1 week! I figured maybe it was defective, threw it out, and tried the other filter. Well, that one lasted only 4 days! Without a receipt, and with only 1 of the 3 filters, I brought everything I did have back. I was expecting nothing, as I didn't have the receipt nor did I have the box the pitcher came with. Lisa G was the customer service rep who helped me. I was expecting a battle and little results. What I got was friendly, caring, understanding, and outstanding service!! She was able to find both credit cards I had used for the two purchases and refunded my money happily....and she apologized too!! She is awesome and I so appreciated her help. By the way, I had first contacted Zero Water customer service, and they were uninterested in helping me. They said Las Vegas has too many particles in the water (or whatever they are), and the filter wear out very quickly here. "Why do you sell your products in markets whose water won't allow them to work," I asked? No response. Plus she was unwilling to do a thing about it. Not Lisa G at Target, though. She not only returned my money, she promised she would alert management that they are carrying a substandard water system, and try to help get the product removed from the shelves! I came in looking for the market pantry distilled water and much to my dismay they were out of it. When I asked an associate for assistance, she didn't have the right tools, so I ended up having to go to customer Service to see if there were any other Targets in the area that had it. Her name escapes me right now, however, the associate that helped me was courteous, patient, helpful, showed empathy and called around to different stores to help me find one that had it in stock, had them pull it from the shelf and hold it for me till I got there. Normally, this is expected behavior, yet she did it with such grace and competence that I wanted to acknowledge the service. read more

I haven't been here for awhile and found the entire store moved around. It's confusing but only because I was used to the way it was. Very clean and organized though. Used the self check out so no interaction with employees this time. Of course plenty of parking at Boca Park. Everything else is the same;price, same Target products, etc. would go more if it was closer. boy do i have a story to tell you! last night a buddy of mine and myself entered this beautiful target (i used to work at the sky pointe one until i got unceremoniously fired!) i was in need of a new FM Transmitter, you know, like the device used to plug into a car's cigarette lighter to connect to bluetooth with ease. anyway, i purchased one upon outstanding assistance and customer service from a kind young gentleman, along with my friend who was (at the time) an off duty target associate, who's name i will withhold for privacy reasons. sorry for going off topic, back to the plot! so boom! fm transmitter purchased! we go back to my car, i turn on the car, plug my new toy into the charger outlet, NOTHING HAPPENED! light didn't turn on, music didn't play, i couldn't enjoy the new taylor swift single. i was "distraught", i was ""bamboozled", and dare i say, i was "flabbergasted"! my buddy tried it on his beauty of a car and the product worked just fine. (??) i realized my car is getting on in years like lebron james and that the product was completely fine but it was MY CAR that was bugging hahaha. anyways just a short funny story to share with you fellow yelpers. have a good life everybody! read more

Although I love this target (boca Park), it's the best in Las Vegas. This is a message to the managers... I was in the food department and there was a sample given, while the lady giving samples assured me that what she was sampling ( protein bar) was gluten free and promised it was because of my severe allergy to gluten I ate it, trusting that she knew what she was selling. My daughter insisted on looking at the ingredients and while arguing with the sales lady to see the correct box she pulled out the wrapper which she claimed to have not had. After viewing the sample ingredients it indeed contained wheat. Now I am forced to leave my groceries and shopping because I immediately felt sick and have to rush home to take medicine that might not even work and will be in bed for a week sufffering with pain and all because if this lady's lack of knowledge of what this lady tried to garuntee what was gluten free and it was NOT. Please confirm with the company that sends out these samplers before putting someone on the floor that has knowledge of the food because people could get sick. Even though they are not target employees they are a representing target. Very very disappointed. I will also be sending this review to corporate of target and the sampling company big orange. read more

Manager Kelley pulled me out of a line that just opened because she said someone had been waiting longer. I was shocked. As I walked away to go to another cashier, she continued to talk to the other customer about getting in the line first. I questioned her about her odd choice of customer service and she played the "I have no idea what you are talking about game." She was amused. I was not. Kelly should get more customer service training. Thankfully, the new cashier I went to was very kind and helpful. This is directed to the Starbucks Cafe in this location! I am extremely upset with the service(if that's what I can even call it) I was given at this Starbucks Cafe. When I walked up to the cashwrap the Barista was attending to another customer so I politely waited to be attended to. After he finished with the customer, he started side work or restocking what it seemed, he then looks at me and says "I'll be right with you" and I nodded with a smile. Then proceeds to give direction to the other employee that seemed to be doing to same (restocking/ cleaning) and they both continue to just have there back to me (At first I can understand maybe they were behind) but then I waited to be attended to for 5 min, it was 10am and I was the only patron in the cafe at this point. Nothing was said to me after he stated he'd be right with me. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited 5 min AFTER he had already finished with his customer I just stood there politely and quite ,waiting. Nothing at that point is an applicable excuse for such treatment. I had my son with me and we were extremely patient and polite. I just don't understand how this is acceptable. Customers need to feel welcomed, not out of place!!! And that's exactly how I felt walking out. After waiting and not being attended to, I had end up walking out without any service and having to explain to my son why we were leaving. I know I may have looked as if I didn't belong in such area but that's not how anyone should feel as a customer!!! Please prioritize appropriately. This is customer service 101. read more

I recently purchased a tv online and wouldn't you know it, it arrived broken on delivery. Wah wah. Looking for a replacement, this was the only store in town that had a replacement. I arrived around 6 and customer service quickly requested assistance to help bring the tv in from my car. Friendly and efficient service and they already had my replacement at the front desk ready for the exchange. The whole process was easy and took about 5 minutes. Fantastic. I wanted to acknowledge a very nice lady who helped me named Joanne that was working in the customer service desk on 2/1/20. I had gone to the Target location on South Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas on 1/31/20 the previous evening when I got off work to purchase the Special Edition of the new Kesha CD High Road that was only available at Target locations. It was the day it was released and I wanted to make sure it didn't sell out like her last CD did. I checked online to make sure that the location had them in stock. When I arrived I went to the area in which the CD's are and looked for it and did not see any copies. The sign was on the side of the display but no Kesha CD to be found. I then inquired about the location of the CD to the staff and they said either they had not received it yet or it was in the back and was not put out yet and that there was nothing they could do. I was then informed by them that the Boca Park location had several copies so I then asked them if they could hold 2 copies of it until the next day for me and I would pick them up before I went to work the next day. I was told by the staff they had informed a Manager by the name of Jordan and that Jordan had said they would make an exception but could only hold it until noon the next day. I specifically told them I wanted the Special Edition boxed set with the exclusive T-Shirt. I went the next morning before work and let them know I had items on hold for me. When they returned it was 2 copies of the regular CD not the Special Edition boxed set I specifically requested. I then walked back to the media area and took 2 copies off the shelf and brought them to the customer service desk and was assisted by Joanne who was so friendly and helpful that she made up for the inconvenience and lack of attention to detail that the Manager Jordan lacked. Employees like Joanne should be acknowledged for being so good at service recovery. read more

A lot of people were waiting in line and I waited probably 5 minutes just to check myself out and I still had a cart full of items and was finished before a few of them. I've been visiting this Target location for years and for the most part, they're fine... When I was ready to make my purchases yesterday by register 1, I noticed the lady in front of me was cleverly hiding items in her basket and strategically placed her carriage behind her so the cashier wouldn't take notice. She also had placed her large purse to cover up as well. As the cashier handed her the items she chose to actually pay for, she covered up the stolen goods. I had my 2 young kids with me so I tried discretely letting her know what this lady was up to. & Let me add, she had a s**t ton of credit cards in her wallet and tried paying with TWO that didn't go through. What are the odds these are stolen cards? I realized then, Target does NOT ask for identification the way everywhere else does.. She also had a side kick watching her by the door. I think it's easy to assume, this was not their first round... As she walked out, she called out to her and she ended up paying for two quite large items on the bottom of her carriage. Again, I alerted the cashier and pointed to the stolen items, however she seemed a bit squeamish to directly ask to see her carriage. To the point where I said, "she's walking out the door with unpaid items, are you really going to let her walk out?" She smiled and let me know she hit an alert button for security and they would stop her at the door. I walked out a few minutes later where I saw the THEIF loading up her black 2002 Lexus and took her sweet time. No one approached her and it seemed that what I had pointed out wasn't a big deal. It pisses me off that people can Blatantly get away with theft like that. Seriously... GET A JOB!!! Still bothered that the Target employee didn't do anything about it, I called the store to see if they actually did anything and needed any more info. After all, I saw the two ladies outside. I let the operator know, she tried finding a few different people in both security and management and after several minutes of holding, ended up taking a message. It's now after 8pm and I think it's safe to say, this location doesn't care too much about security so I decided to post it here hoping someone would see it and change something so thief's wouldn't feel so comfortable "shopping" at Target anymore. And after all this, I think I'll be shopping at another location from now on. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Yay My 100th Review and I give it to my love for Target! I LOVE TARGET! Its my favorite lunchtime stroll when in place of spending money on lunch I spend money on random items. LOL I love the housewares section and the women's clothing has some cute things that I cant do without occasionally. You can find anything for everyday life right at this store. In fact, if you were in my home I could probably point to most things I see as coming from Target. Departments that they have are Grocery, Health and Beauty, Accessory (purses and jewelry), Outdoorsy Stuff (furniture, cushions, grills etc), Housewares (anything for every room in the house), Babies Section (clothes, car seats, furniture, toys etc), Kids Section (clothes and accessories), Shoes, Toys, Electronics, Books and Magazines, and Womens and Mens clothing-and probably many more departments but that's all I can think of. Don't forget that they have a mini-cafeteria type place in the front which serves items from Pizza Hut. Some of the Targets I've been to have a Starbucks but this one doesn't. This store is probably one of my favorites amongst all other Targets. I'm sure I've been in most all of them at one time or another. This Target though has been open for sometime now but is well kept up because it still has that newer feel to it. Its always stellar clean. Mr. Security Guard greeted me with a smile, grabbed a cart for me and told me to "enjoy my shopping". So cute for a big guy to say I thought and great entrance greeting to the store. As I did my little walk around I found my much wanted yellow lamp that I needed for my family room. Every employee that I crossed greeted me with a smile and an offer to help me find something. Is this for reals?? The manager must be very hyped on the customer service factor because I felt pretty important just walking through. haha I went through the check out. The guy was pretty nice. The best part was on my way out when Mr. Security Guard says "enjoy the rest of your day and I love your lamp". I smiled all the way to the car. That guy needs a raise! ;) read more

Used to love coming to this Target. It's so close to home. Convenience is a must these days. But to be honest, their customer service has gone wayyy down. I'm not the type to need someone to hold my hand either. Had some heavy loads for "a girl", and the first guy to help me was spot on. He offered before I said anything, no complaints either. But up front at the cashwrap, different story. Wouldn't let me leave without PROPER HELP...which didn't come for a good 10 minutes. Little bit of a time crunch people! The other folks at registers just stared at me or stared around the store looking through the aisles for...well for all I know they were looking for Jesus but I know HE wasn't about to come outa the clouds and help me. SO tempted to just leave and do it myself... Ahhh oh well. Eventually the poor guy with a busted hand opted to help to save the rep of his store...he was just a smidge late. I went to Target to get my boyfriend a few games. My boyfriend had come along and I told him that we were shopping for my niece. I went off on my own and grabbed my stuff then headed to check out. While I was checking out I told the cashier that of the situation and he went the extra mile to help me hide the gifts with an extra bag. Cassidy was awesome. I love shopping at target. I probably spend most of my money here all year long. My most recent trip left me with a bad feeling. I am a young person who is most busy working during the day so I shop at target at night. Rude sales associate woman follows me and my friend around looking to see what we are looking at and asking constantly what are you looking for. I'm not here to steal. I told her we will be out by 11. And she rudely tells me that the people at target have families and lives outside of target and it's important to be out by 11 I get that. Just because this Target is in a nicer location doesn't mean that it's better. Located in the Boca Park plaza, it's pretty hard to miss. This is a pretty fancy Target. There's a full on Starbucks inside, which is nice for an afternoon pick-me-up while shopping. The store is super organized and well stocked. The items we had in mind to buy were all fully stocked, which was nice. The reason for the 3 star review was due to the checkout lines. The Target near my house is super efficient when it comes to ringing people up. When a supervisor sees that there are more than 2 people in line at 2 registers, they open up another one. At this location, there were only 3 registers open with 4 people deep in each one. When a customer complained about the line is when they opened up another one. I also noticed that none of the employees around the store said hello to me. At every other location I've been to, every employee I pass says hello or asks if I'm doing ok. Not once did an employee here do that. This isn't a Target location I visit often since I live on the other side of town. I'm just glad the Target near my house has much better service. read more

I like this target because it's always clean and usually not very crowded. I do most of my grocery shopping here and sometimes they have great sales on frozen pizzas. The prices here are a little higher than some other places, but it's worth it because the employees are nice and always willing to help if you have any questions. read more

Love Target! They have free WiFi in the store and a Starbucks. Shelves are always stocked & I always see associates in their red shirts working around the store (if I have a question or need something). One of the best things about Target is if the lines get long they always bring in back up checkers. And check out cartwheel for extra savings! read more
