I freaking hate Target. I only went because I wanted to exchange diapers that were a gift. Went to a cashier to check out seemed fine but when I was walking out a worker stopped me and asked for my receipt. I had two transactions because the cashier rang up my diapers first so I could get the $30 gift card for the rest of my groceries. The first receipt I forgot where I placed it. Anyways he had one receipt but could find the diaper one. He asks me to step aside. I can't find it , I'm holding my baby. Finally I'm like will it be on the app? He checks it and let's me go. I ask him "is this a new thing?" He says "because diapers are an exposed item we check." Idk wtf that means but I waited for a bit an watch. He left after checking me. Even when I was doing the exchange there was no one checking receipts. I'm so annoyed I may just return all my crap from this dump. They totally profiled me. This store has gone so far downhill in the past few years that I'm actually sad. Don't trust them for drive up orders; I've had a headache all day and my house has smelled like paint, and I just realized that the bottle of New Skin that I picked up this morning was smashed to bits IN THE BOX and was leaking THROUGH THE BOX to the point of it being all sticky and soggy on the bottom. Target Turkey Tip You can't utilize your "Butterball Turkey" voucher here. Every year my company sends out a holiday turkey ticket. Which states you can use it anywhere that sells Butterball birds. Processed the same way you process a check (not a coupon). I carefully planned this visit and limit my inside non-curbside visits to once a month. The manager helping nearby confirmed they don't take these anymore and suggested I take it to a grocery store. I guess that's just it at the end of the day... Target=not grocery..? Star: the team member apologized and. advised me not to even try, it would mark the voucher and void it. It's sad to say that this is one of the only Target in North Summerlin. It's located right next to Ross and CVS, you won't miss it. Very big store with lots of workers on the floor making sure you are finding everything you need. I was helped twice today without even asking for help! Very customer oriented and clean Target! P.S. I use drive up shopping several times a week. I will say that everyone is really nice and friendly. Chatty even. I like that. What I don't like, and the reason I have started going to other target locations, is that they will immediately mark your order picked up when you drive up and they ask for your code. Then you are still waiting for your order. If you go to the other locations, you drive up, they take your code, and hand you your order. As described. Just about every time I do drive up deliver here, I could have gone into the store and bought it faster. :( read more

Bullseye, another target in a 5 mile radius from me! I'm not complaining, I'm fond of that. Each one is merchandised slightly different, so I'm again compelled in perusing every aisle. Well, almost every aisle. They have me at that $1/$3 area. Yes, I 'need' it. It's cheap! I will find some use for what we or is in those bins. I'm not the only one. We all know who we are. I was given probably the best customer service Ive ever been given in a department store by Raymond in electronics. Please give this man a promotion. While other workers stood around chatting with each other, Raymond asked me if I needed help and when he saw I was looking at iphone cases, directed me to where there was a bigger selection, suggested a fast charging power block that was on clearance, and searched for the proper usb cable for my new iphone15. This is a big Target with great product variety. Many employees are available and eager to help. The store is always clean and is a perfect place to either pick-up a quick ingredient or waste time between appointments. I would often take my son here after picking him up from school while we waited to pick up my other son. He could enjoy a drink and popcorn in the cafe while doing homework on their free wifi. I shopped while he worked. Using my Red Card (5% off everything) and the Cartwheel App (5%-25% discounts on varied products) made it cheaper than Wal*Mart (and it's definitely a much nicer experience). read more

I used to avoid Target if there was a Wal-Mart closer by. That situation has found itself opposite recently. I never know when Target is gonna have red tags up and on which items, so I'd be browsing. Danger in that cuz the shopping cart sends up containing unintended purchases.  Maintaining clear consciousness is required shopping at Target. I know that you know that - it has happened; where you end up buying stuff you didn't need, like the cute summerware dishes on clearance cuz the colors are so happy and it lured you... Or you're the kind who thinks oooh this is nice! It'll match with (fill in the _____ whatever item it matches with). No... Not your bathing suit. Now put it back please... :P You know what is cool though? I no longer have to hunt down an organic store for kombucha! Several brands can be found here. My fave is Kevita, lotsa flavors. Only a couple days ago I found Humm. The one flavor: coconut lime is awes-huummmmm! I hope the Target near you has kombucha if you're a drinker of this stuff. Usually , I go to target for a few quick grocery items. so i pick up like 4 items and head to the self checkout ,and I am not shitting you , there were like 40 people in line. I have never seen anything close to that. And then they have like 25 fing checkout stands that they refuse to man. what is the problem target? a multi billion dollar company hasent even the courtesy to make sure that people can be on their way in a reasonable amount of time? Things get more expensive and the serving sizes get smaller. That's fine , i left my basket on a display and just went to smiths. This target has a great selection and you are greeted with the seasonal things right when you walk in. everyone here is friendly and willing to help look for what you are shopping for. The aisles are very clean and all the shows are stocked up nicely. And it is very easy to find all of the toys. they have a pretty impressive TV display selection. and they also have a wine and spirits section all to themselves. After doing a little research on our purchasing habits, I came to the conclusion that purchasing Kitchen Pantry Items at Target saves us on average 25% compared to local Grocery Stores for the same brand and size. That adds up to quite a bit of savings, for us it is about a $1,200 savings each year! Now don't get me wrong, they count on you spending money in all of those other overstocked, glorious aisles, so you need a little self control if you don't want to overspend. We have always found the Boca Park location clean, well stocked (pandemic aside) and full of helpful and happy staff. But I can't give a full 5 stars because of their checkout process. While I love the self-checkout, it seems so does everyone else and they only ever seem to have 2-4 checkouts open with attendants, even on the busiest of weekends. I think a little planning and awareness could help reduce those lines trailing off into the clothing department. COVID guidelines are enforced, sanitizing stations greet you at entrance and freshly cleaned carts are waiting to whisk you off on your purchase extravaganza! read more

This Target is located in a premium Summerlin location with so many other stores and restaurants nearby. The best thing is the return policy, if you charge the item on your card and need to return it without a receipt they will credit your card so returns are a breeze. Love a store that has it all, especially when I can't make it Nellis AFB to shop. Kids snacks and household cleaning goods are generally less than at the grocery store. Lots of seasonal items too like great Halloween costumes and decor. At night they have a nightwatchman in the parking lot and once when I was there late he was nice enough to watch me as I walked to my car which was parked far from the door so that was greatly appreciated! read more

This Target is HUGE! has friendly employees and tons of awesome little sections. When you first walk in to your right is a huge area with arts and crafts and tons of cool paints plus home stuff to the left of that. Next a huge special "Booze room/Wine area". I must say my FAVORITE part is the new "Disney Store @ Target" from what I could find on their app this is the only one in the Vegas area so far but if it's a success I am sure we can look forward to more Disney magic. Why?? not just go to the actual Disney store? well Target exclusives of course! which I always find awesome lol.. So anyway I will let you enjoy the rest of the cool features for your self. I am closing my account. I had to make 2 trips to this store due to product or lack of service. The printer cartridge damaged. 1st trip. Bought a bathing suit got home had on the metal anti shoplifting. Piece and had to go back a 2nd time to be removed. That is now 25 miles. The girl at 5:17pm at this customer service was rude, stupid and unhelpful. You are paying $15/hr for that schlack. I am never going back. Apples are $2 each. Same one at Sprouts .79. What a scam. Oh this location saddens me, frustrates me, gives me heartburn and angers me. Whenever I need or want something from TARGET, I try to avoid this location as much as I can. Unfortunately, I had to make a medicine run and this was the closest target to me at the time before they closed. I know they changed the law to buy medicine but I'm with a child and someone that looks like their 16 yrs old (24yrs old) and I'm almost 40 yrs old AND LOOK IT, so fucking sell me the goddamn medicine I need. Clearly my kid had a cold and my dumbass forgot my wallet in the car but since I have my phone and app, I obviously could still pay. They fucking refused to sell me the medicine because I didn't have my ID. I asked for the manager (meanwhile, my kid is coughing and feeling awful) and she also refused. Listen... if you're going to enforce the law, have fucking signs plastered all over the isle so morons like me can sigh heavily and remember to double check for ID's. She was extremely rude didn't even let me communicate to her my need and refuse to give me her name. I work in the food and beverage industry where customer service is a must! I was completely taken aback by Marissa's rude behavior! She completely dismissed me without hearing me out ,told me to fuck off and come back tomorrow. I became agitated and told her that this wasn't going to slide. I found another manager her name is Jaz, a complete angel listened to my need was very patient and helped me process the transaction in under 2 minutes she was PHENOMENAL! I couldn't believe that two such different personalities worked in the same place. The audacity of Marissa to walk around like she owned the place was absurd! And if I didn't enjoy shopping at my neighborhood target so much I would have definitely told her to fuck off as well! Anyways Jaz was my savior tonight because I needed these shirts for work! She swapped my large t shirts that I bought today, for the XL shirts that I needed for work. I was on the hunt for boxed set they sell at the holidays, for use as of now. Target is usually the one store I'll go to for these type items, as it is reasonably priced and has bonus items as well. I was there a few days ago and purchased Airpod pros for my daughter and Ray in the Electronics dept. went above and beyond to help us decide the best ones and just really gave us his full attention. Kevin at the front self-checkout area is always there when we shop. He is always willing to help with item, check on pricing and just very pleasant and caring person. Kevin is so polite and genuinely cares about people and spent the time to tell us about the remodel. He was so excited about it himself he made us excited about it! Formal Complaint against Employee: Capri On 1/19/22 at 3:45pm we arrived at your guys store to buy some items. Keep in mind, prior to this experience we have always had a profesional, kind, and fun experience at target. We were helped promptly when needed. Unfortunately, yesterday we were helped by a manager named Capri who made all of good experiences with you guys not matter. Capri was unprofessional, unfriendly, hostile, and made it clear to us she didn't appreciate our repeated business. Due to our experience and how Capri felt about us as customers we are going to be forced to take our business elsewhere. I asked to speak to her manager directly Haily or the store manager to file a formal complaint against her and Capri advised she could leave a message but can't guarantee Haily would call me back. I recently made a stop at my local Target, technically the location on N. Tenaya is closer to my house. However, I prefer this location because of its selection and spacious layout. They just finish up the recent remodel and the store look really nice and modern. For those who frequent this popular and busy location in the heart of suburbia Las Vegas, the Entertainment/Media section is located in the back. House goods and furnishings is toward the front if your entering the East entrance near Famous Footwear, which reminded me of IKEA. Off to the right is a new section dedicated to a fancy and modern Wine & Spirits section that resembled Total Wine. The restroom were clean and modern with an environmental friendly layout. Another cool aspect is that either entrance have self service kiosk to purchase your items, which previously was only located near the West entrance closer to Bath & Body Works. Although I don't shop at Targets often this location is one of my favorites. Nearest to my home, large, well organized and clean, and customer service is there when I need it. There is a CVS pharmacy in this store which is convenient for me as that is my pharmacy of choice for my insurance. There is also a Starbucks inside as well. I generally shop here with a friend (she frequents here much more than I do) and typically purchase food, household cleaning, and health items. I rarely if ever find clothing I like for myself, but can find nice things for gift giving. read more

Let me start off by saying, when I was young I loved Target so much that I wanted my middle name to be TARGET. Toys R Us was crap if you went to Target. These days my middle name has now shifted to Walmart since you can't buy anything at Target without $20. Every single item. Shoes. $20. Shirts $20. Qtips. Slightly less but still high. I did find a beauty blender the other day that had a case around it and I've never seen that before.
