I just left this Target, I needed to make a return that I haven't been able to do during the quarantine. Management in this store is doing a terrible job promoting social distancing. I shop here frequently and never have a problem given it's location until tonight. Supposedly, store manager Michelle changes store polices when a team member doesn't follow. I had a return with a receipt for a debit card purchase. The cashier didn't give me any option before processing the return in besides credited back to my account, Michelle is rude and doesn't care about customer service. When I spoke with her over phone she told me refund policies have changed and that all credit/debit transaction will be credited back to account. I searched for these changes and have not found them. Policy I've found on Target's website says, if you pay debit you can have cash or credit back to your account. Watch out for team members and Michelle, the store manager here. This target is so convenient. I've never experience this target being out of stock on anything I wanted, and they always have quick lines at the registers so customer flow is at ease. Definitely much better than going to a large supercenter Walmart where it's too crowded and lines take forever. Plus target is in the same plaza as Raising Canes and if you know me, I love Canes! Okay i gave them 2 stars bec of the nice cashiers, workers and security at the parking. 2 stars only because of the rude lady, i'm not sure if she's a manager or something. So i lost my id in vegas and the last i used it was at this target. So i called them to ask if they found it. They looked for it while i'm on the phone and they didnt find it. We still drove back to target to look around the parking and at the store just to make sure. And we didnt find it. We went back to the cashier register where i used it but there's a different cashier and she was helpful trying to look for it but we didnt find it. And this lady approached her and tell her "i already told them we don't have her id, they called us already and we checked already" and the cashier told us "theres a security at the parking maybe you dropped it at the parking, you can ask him if he found it" and the lady butted in again "that's not his job, we don't have it" and the cashier whispered "i would still ask him" so we went and ask. My cousin and sister stayed inside to keep looking and they asked the cleaning lady. Then the rude lady screamed at them from far saying "we don't have the id. I told them four times already" Ok so yeah we left target disappointed and annoyed with that lady because she's so rude. We're in vegas and ID is very important. I lost it 30 mins before that scene so maybe they havent found it. It wouldn't hurt to look for it ourselves. Other than her everybody else were nice and i appreciate them. read more

Disappointed. As a regular Target customer never have I been at a Target with one cashier/ one lane open. The cashier informed me her lane was closed and I would need to use self check out. By the time I self checked out with 5 items her lane was reopened and she was checking another customer out. read more

I was in the area twice and stopped in to pick up lamp I found online. Both times I took a break in their food area. It was disgusting. The tables were filthy and although there were workers there coming in and out of the kitchen, they couldn't bother to clean up the mess. I had to wipe down the table with some napkins myself. Then, the Starbuck worker went to the back and was cursing up a storm about a customer. I mean I didn't need to hear that. Customers were right outside that kitchen door. I actually complained to the manager about this, but when I went back a second time, it was still with filthy tables without the cursing girl. Compared to the Target in Henderson, it's like night and day. Henderson's Target is at least nice and clean and the service is good. read more

Staff isn't always so nice, when you have a question they can't answer they say they'll call someone to help you but 2 out of 3 times they never come. Toy section is always messy & prices aren't always What they say on shelf. read more

I never thought I would review a target store, but my last trip there was awesome. They had a special for 4 instant kraft mac and cheese lunches that usually are 4.68 marked down to 83 cents. I haven't been to this Target in years. The cashier was friendly and kind. My companion bought $20 worth of the deli, seafood, or meat for the five dollar gift card. For some odd reason the computer did not acknowledge that he should have the gift card. The cashier professionally directed him to the guest services where a very professional sales associate corrected the mistake. This Target is pretty ridiculous for people coming up to you asking for money. Not just "can you spare some change" but I'm basically going to follow you into your car, or all the way in the store, or ask you to spend more than a dollar on stuff I just bought from Dollar Tree. What can I say? It's a Target. It is waaay cleaner and easier to deal with than Walmart. It's a stones throw away from both UNLV and the Strip so there is a wide spectrum of patrons at any given time. The lines can get a little full, but move quickly most of the time. This Target is where I get 75% off my shopping done during the week. If you are a Target shopper then you pretty much know what to expect from the store. The store does have some drawbacks such as not having a full grocery section so you may have to visit another store if your cooking a full dinner or frozen items. The area around Target is not the best so you may be be approached by people in the parking lot. That being said I have never felt unsafe at this target whatsoever. If you are coming near closing hours expect to wait in line. The store is great with coupons and be sure to download the cartwheel app! read more

This is my go to Target, but always disappoints. The shelves are never stocked, cannot get simple things, and this is not a one off, it is all the time, you walk down the aisles and so many spots are bare. Plus every little thing is locked up, I understand the area can attract some interesting clientele but when small things are locked up and you can not get any staff to help, it becomes an impossible shopping experience. Also never enough check out lanes open. Usually only two lanes open on Saturday and Sunday during the day and this is a very busy location. It gets frustrating shopping here when I love shopping at Target but can't find my basics at this location usually and then have to wait an extra hr for check out. It seems like they desperately need more staff here and need to keep better care of the store, just seems like management doesn't care about this location. read more

Worst experience ever. Customer service decent. Dirty ground, building to tight. Not so good area.

So I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping for my baby daughter and I pulled into the Target on Maryland Parkway. This Target is usually filled with tourist and college students from UNLV. Tonight it was filled with busy parents and last minute shoppers. I hurried in and headed towards the baby clothes and toys and I had a ton of questions. Luckily there was a young man working the toy department he helped me with every question I had regarding pricing and availability. I went back and forth between clothing and toys and in each department there was a representative there to assist me. Not only did they assist me they went above and beyond. These days in customer service I accept less not more but I was blown away with the customer service I received. Not only did they look for items and track me down when I wondered away they were polite and very helpful. When I went to the register a young man at the register (Khyri) helped me scan all of my items and search for items that were not on sale. I was totally blown away with this level of customer service at such a busy time of the year. Kudos to Target for allowing the employees to help customers and really impact their shopping experience in such a positive way. I'm very proud to be a target customer and really wanted to tell you what an amazing job you did today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I shopped at 3 different places today but by far you were the most outstanding in customer service and it meant a lot to a busy mother making last minute gift purchases. read more

This is the only disappointing target store I've been too. They are always under construction and its hard to get in & out of the parking lot and nothing interesting or good to eat in the shopping center. I was shopping there with my family when my toddler son wanted to use the restroom. Tried to use the "family" restroom cuz the men's room was fully occupied, but "family" one was available and locked. A work named MARIA saw us trying to use the "family" one, but won't bother unlocking it for us. I know it was available cuz I was standing few steps from the door and noticed she gave the keys to another employee that wanted to use the restroom. So I guess they're saving that "family" restroom for their employees and not for their customers. And also I guess that's how it is when I'm an Asian minorities shopping in their store. read more

I love coming to this store because it has many things I like and it's convenient. But, the other day I went into the bathroom and it was extremely dirty and it smelled so bad, it smelled as if something died in there it was not bearable at all! I am a big fan or target. Their weekly ads, coupons and credit card make shopping their cheaper than Costco many times and you don't need to buy the supersize of everything!!! This location was helpful since it is close to the strip and part of a mall with the best all you can eat sushi around the corner and a great waffle and coffee shop. Whenever we stay on the strip, there is always a visit here because we forgot something, ran out of water, sick of paying tourist prices for the most mundane items. Go HERE!! read more
