As far as Targets go this one is okay. Sometimes I walk in here and it's a mess, other times everything is perfect and in place. The flip of the coin is what stops me from giving it anything other than an "okay". The one thing I like about this Target is that it does have Starbucks inside it. It's nice to go for a Target shopping trip and be able to get a nice beverage on the way out. I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but it seems to always happen to me and it ticks me off all the time. I'll be standing in a checkout line and a Target employee will tell me to go to the customer service counter to check out. As I'm walking over there someone zips in from the front door and has a lengthy exchange process to be taken care of and I have to huff and puff myself back to the regular checkout aisles pissed off. This use to be the Target store locals would steer clear of and tourists went because it said "Target" and they just didnt know any better. Finally they came up with the times, got rid of the nasty old shelves and signs, and upgraded with a remodel to the new "Target red" added a Starbucks, adjusted the lanes, expanded the sales floor over where the old Garden Center use to be, and wal-ah! You have a brand new Target again! Close to The Strip if you are a visitor, just a short drive down Flamingo, and great for UNLV students, as it borders the campus. I've definitely been to this Target more than any other location. It's not because I prefer it; it's because of its proximity to UNLV, where I am usually to be found. There's nothing really wrong with this Target, but it isn't exceptional. It's usually clean, but the bathrooms can be gross at times. It also lacks a produce area like the newer Targets in Henderson and Boca Park. It was renovated a few years ago which made the aisles easier to navigate, which is admittedly nice. I hated the previously narrow aisles that force you to backtrack when you encounter another shopper. The cashiers can be a mixed bag. Some are friendly and competent. Others hassle me for using a single coupon printed out from the official Target website. Overall I appreciate the location and decent prices. read more

Raved and a mess can be a few words to describe this Target. The clearance section looks like it was hit by a tornado and I felt bad for the employee working this section. The layout is similar to other Targets, but the maintenance is lacking. With that being said, it is not the employees fault. They were helpful and quick to jump in when I had a question. I love Target stores. All of them. There's not one trip to Target that I can walk out empty handed. Whether you're coming in for food, furniture, or fuzzy friends for the kids, you'll find what you're looking for. The decor in Target is always classy and also part of the reason I own twelve too many pillows and my entire bedroom is Target bought. A lot of people say that it's more expensive to shop here but it real depends on what you're buying. Clothes, home goods, furniture are a bit pricey but when you catch them on clearance, you get great deals! My only issue with this target is their bathroom and customer service staff. Bathroom always smells like poop and there have been several times where staff weren't willing to help me. Buuuut those aren't flaws that are going to keep me away. read more

Target is for those bogie folks who don't want to be seen in Walmart. Even tho wally world is cheaper and offers more, like the money center for example. Every store needs Money Gram or Western Union if you ask me. Cashing checks at 1% is another win for Walmart. Everything Target caries is overpriced. I understand that for the good brands they but sheesh. Anywho aside from that their customer service is on point, you can always find someone wearing a red shirt nearby. They are quick to help and provide assistance. This location is no different from others, always busy, yet never too long of a wait in line. Just wish they had self checkouts like the one by my house. This location is at a very busy intersection and obviously has alot of foot traffic. 3 stars is my "so-so" yepl rating. read more

A less hectic and crowded shopping experience shopping here than at a a Wal-Mart. They actually had a decent number of check out lanes open. When the lines started to get backed up, they opened up another lane and waved me over. No fee or charge when I wanted cash back. I wish the two Targets near me didn't close, or I would do more shopping with them. read more

I love Target. I could spend so much money in Target if I was rich. Yes, I would shop at Target if I was rich. :) I like this Target because it is close to me and their food prices are pretty good for me. College students have a limited budget, so as a student I like to get some snacks for those late nights when I can't leave to go anywhere because then my work will never get done and procrastination will set in. So, when I take my, maybe once a month unless items are needed, trip I can get a good amount of stuff, including toiletries, etc, for a good price. I also just got the 5% Target Debit Card which I love. The one funny thing I always notice when I go, is that the security guards I see, are always checking out some blonde walking in or out. These two guys, they do it all the time and they do not ever hide it. Anyone could tell where their attention is located. Silly boys. read more

Target Is definitely smaller and pricier than Walmart but the stores are much cleaner and the products such as clothes, shoes, and electronics do seem to be of a better quality, they also have a DOLLAR section and a Starbucks!!! This location is a little over 2 miles down the street from the main strip making it closer than Walmart. read more

This location definitely isn't one of the cleanest or the safest. The cashiers at check out always look pretty angry and give the look of "I hate my job" The major downside to this Target is that even though they have a frozen food/dairy section, there is no fresh produce! :( Be careful on leaving if you are leaving to go on South Maryland, it is always super busy!! read more

We visited this Target location on our first night in Vegas, since we forgot a couple of items at home and needed drinks for our hotel. Although they have ample parking, there were some questionable people hanging around in the parking lot. Other than that, this is just another average Target location. read more

Always go to this target for household items, snacks and beauty products. They are always pretty well stocked and the cashiers are always really nice. They have a decent amount of produce (for a target) including broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, lettuce, etc. and now carry alcohol as well. There is also a Starbucks inside :) read more

Target today had a single line that had 40 to 50 people in it and then several liens that had 4 to 6 people in it. I was offended to see this because we are supposed to be social distancing and a little "crowd control" would have made it so I didn't have to pass through the store going through multiple lines. I left the lane I was in and informed "manager" RYAN of this, there were a half dozen people standing around doing nothing in customer service. HI Finally, full of himself "hotshot" JOEY did attempt to shorten lines for all of 2 minutes and then gave up. Then was overheard saying, "we can only do every other lane right now," even though there were at least two more lanes that could've been open under that requirement. He was also overheard saying "yeah I've been taking the liquor caps off for years," while puffing his chest out all "macho." Son, there is a fine line between essential and replaceable, and he is the latter I told him. He's doing nothing but adding to several dozen customers feel disgruntled AND add to the employees getting more hours, because it lead to us all leaving well after 9. He made excuses and I had to remind him that he's supposed to be part of a team with communication and problem solving. Completely eschewing his actual responsibilities as a manager. Not to mention, my cashier, AARON, was slower than molasses in the wintertime. There must be more sense of urgency when you have lines that long. It's pretty obvious by the expression on his face and his lack of speed that he's smoking pot on his breaks. Also, at this location, whoever was in charge of decisions and the installation of the plexiglass protective barriers, may as well have foregone it entirely! Ha! Seriously though, there is a giant cutout right in the face of each one, exactly where the barrier is needed most. As if to say, "we'd rather not have any cashiers at all, so we put a hole there to un-protect our 'essential' workers." Please, this shopping experience was a huge reminder how arrogant Target is as a brand, and why I try to do as little shopping here as possible. I don't usually do these surveys but please, let's NOT FORGET: WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, THERE IS NO BUSINESS. These particular employees however are definitely replaceable. I came here last week to grab a coffee and a sandwich at the Starbucks. Before I went it, I stopped by the restroom. Let me tell you, these were quite possibly the WORST maintained restrooms I've ever seen in a commercial chain like Walmart, Target, Vons, Smith's, ect. Muddy footprints all over the floor, paper towels everywhere, and standing water just everywhere. The cherry on top was that I found OPEN HYPODERMIC NEEDLES in the rails of the stalls in this bathroom!! Seriously, I didn't take any pictures because I just had to get out of this bathroom!! I alerted the customer service representative, who did seem genuinely concerned, and left the store. I will never be returning to this Target. read more

Check to see whether your inventory is functional before you stock your shelves with it!!! I came from Hawaii on vacation and needed a microwave. After being hassled by the hotel I was staying at for requesting one for my room, We figured we would just Uber over to Target, usually a reliable source. We bought the least expensive one we could find and our Uber round-trip was as much as the microwave we bought - $40. Needless to say it did not work. It looked like it had been dropped, hard and the door would not close nor would the microwave function heat or timer work properly. An item I purchased was rung up at the wrong price and when I asked the customer service employee to adjust it, I was treated horribly and told to call the 800 number. Typical Target, but this one is located in a less than idea area. There were panhandlers in the parking lot. Customers were arguing with Target management inside the store. Security was no where to be seen. We picked up water, Diet Coke, and snacks for the duration of our vacation and got the hell out of there. read more
