The wrong pair was ordered (though i said i wanted the sample they provided which i was told was in my chart) and shipped to me and then i had to call over 8 times to get in touch with someone. Two weeks later I provided my credit card and was told the new contacts would be in. I called 1.5 weeks later and was told they will need my credit card to order. There is a clear disconnect between front and back office and it is difficult to manage when each conversation is repetitive and continues to cause a wrong next step. It is now over 5 weeks since i first ordered my contacts :( this is frustrating. Great clinical care, but be wary when ordering contacts/glasses. I'll likely be looking elsewhere to avoid this experience again.

This location is tucked inside a Trader Joes shopping center and is quite a small place, a bit cramped, with one optometrist and loaded with all sorts of displays and two front employees. The doctors office was a bit tight, again, loaded with equipment, but she was very nice and knew her stuff and I was in and out in a jiffy. The two ladies in the front were quick to help me with frames and lenses ordering and knew what they were doing. They added in my insurance and saved me some bucks and I was in and out in 40 minutes. The moment that I walked in, I was greeted with smiling face. Which, gave me a sense that I absolutely came to the right place. I cannot say enough how they answered the phones-so politely, so professional, just a very positive atmosphere and a very positive experience. It will be two weeks until I receive my glasses. Not once did she offer anything to compensate me or to fix the issue. Nothing. Not one fucking apology. This woman needs training in customer service. Never again will I buy from this business. Over the years, I have purchased several pairs of glasses. Now they have morons running the show. I hope that this licensed optician is treated the same way that she had treated me.
