I've been getting glasses for more than 40 years and this was the absolute worst exam. After the exam they refused to give me a copy of the updated prescription. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription? No call or anything, I drove all the way there for them to tell me they can't do it and acted rude again like it was somehow my fault. I swear at this point they're doing it on purpose. I've been going there for years and it's definitely changed. It used to be 'sunnier' newer looking and they were more professional and efficient. Now it's worn looking and feeling and the doctor on my sons first appointment was very rude, snapped at me and rushed basically. She couldn't answer a single question I had.
