After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription? Lori is currently training, so she sat next to the store manager Laura during the checkout. I was awkwardly sitting there the whole time, as I witnessed her be down right rude as ever with any questions the trainee had. As a store manager, and someone taking on the role to guide someone how to do a job, it was so heart breaking to see. I could see the confidence go down every time Lori got to the next part of checking out glasses, because Laura was extremely rude. I'm only writing this, so maybe a higher up can assess how the store manager is actually treating their employee.
