The experience was just ok, and I couldn't walk away with the trial pair because they didn't have my prescription. I was told that in a week to ten days, they will have my contacts, and I would have to wear them for a week before they could finalize my prescription. A week later, I called, and they hadn't arrived. I have a high prescription and need my contacts. Ten days later, nothing yet, but it should be a day or two. Two weeks later, nothing yet. Now it's three weeks later and I called them an hour ago. I was told to hold while they checked whether they arrived. 20 minutes on hold later my call is routed to a machine that says they are now closed. It is Noon! Then it forwarded me to a voicemail, and then it said I couldn't leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full. Who is in charge and running this place? I've called back and am still on hold for over 30 minutes. I should have taken note of the bad service; all I needed was my contact prescription. As someone who's been wearing contacts for 30 years, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will update this to note how long it took to resolve.

So I said to them what other options do I have because I really like those glasses and would like to have it repaired or replaced. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that they could find a pair similar to the one I already had. They did. They remove the lens from my previous pair and put it in a new solid black color frame. The design of the glasses are very chic and magnetic meaning that I could get a different color clip on frames to make my glasses stylish. They were gonna be about $100 but since I have discount program, it ended up being $80. I think I was there for no more than 15 to 20 minutes. This will always be my go to Location

Well, this is embarrassing…read more Should I tell? Of course. So, after the Color Run, I had trouble taking out my contact lens. I have worn contacts for at least 7 years with only one minor mishap. This is the second, more ridiculous and expensive mishap. I had a big glob in my eye, and I'm sure the color powder had something to do with it. I wanted someone good to look at it. I found this place on my insurance website. Having no clue as to whom to choose, I decided to pick a doctor that appeared to have an East Indian name. Dr. Saira Choudhri. Perfect. The office was kind of hard to find, but I did after some driving around. It's across from the Loop behind the Vitamin Shoppe in a professional office park. I just felt like everyone in the waiting room was old. I was the only young person. The feel was clinical, and rather impersonal. It needs warmth. Not a discount, just an observation. Dr. Saira Choudhri is more qualified than necessary. More beautiful than necessary. So, here I am, with blue still coming out of my nose from color run, and now yellow coming out of eyes, with a gorgeous, overqualified eye doctor taking out my daily contact lens with no effort at all that I had been trying to get out for the past 3 days. And she tells me I have allergies in that eye, gives me my drops, and I am on my way. And I am suppose to see her again in 6 months. I felt as if I was dealing with competent people here who really know their stuff. It's a professional and clean environment, and would definitely recommend. I just don't think you'll go there to make BFF. See, told you it was ridiculous.

They were the first to approve contact lenses when all other doctor's were saying I was too young. Going into middle school and having to wear my prescription full-time, contact lenses was the option I was most comfortable with. And I'm so glad they took the time to make that happen! What I love about Eyedeal is that they're a family owned practice, and they really do make everyone who walks through those doors feel like family. I love that I walk in and always see the same faces. Any business with a high turnover rate is cause for concern. You don't see that at Eyedeal! And lastly, Dr. Bryan is as good as they come. Celebration Eye Care Center is genuinely trying to rip people off for their own financial gain. Here I am thinking I am supporting a small business instead of going to a corporate optometrist and this was such a mistake! 1. They do not value your time. You can show up early and you will still wait 30-45 minutes. Dr. Grand (the older doctor, this place is ran by the grandmother and her granddaughter who is also an optometrist) seemed like a nice enough woman until she took over an hour to do a simple exam/contact lens fitting and then didn't tell me that I'd have to come back again in two week to see her to get my prescription. They won't give it to me until I come back. Okay fine, I guess I will take another day off of work to come in and have my eyes looked at for 2 seconds not like my time is valued to them anyway... 2. They use scare tactics and purposely do not tell people their rights. I looked up my rights, but have never had to do this before with any other eye place because I never have felt like someone took advantage of me. BY LAW IN FLORIDA your contact lens prescription is valid AT LEAST two years. And for glasses FIVE YEARS. They purposely attempt to write it for shorter so you have to come back more often. 3. Mind you, I've been wearing 2-week contacts for over 15 years, they switched me to a one a day contact (same brand) and refuse to give me my prescription until I come back and have them "checked." I went back to get them "checked" and she asked me how they were and then handed me the prescription. Didn't even bother to look at my eyes. At the end when I went to checkout, they were angry I wouldn't buy my contacts there. I had to ask for all my prescriptions and since then have been trying to order contacts myself from 1800 contacts, but they won't approve the order saying my prescription is valid. So I'm currently dealing with going back and forth with 1800-contacts proving to them I have a valid prescription on paper, but can't get their office to respond. They simply want to waste your time and charge you more money, all while selling you "oh we are a small family run business!!" Family ran businesses should take care of their patients and not nickel & dime you. They should not be shady and do things that are unethical. I will be reporting this business to the FTC. Super disappointing- I do NOT recommend going to see anyone in the "Grand Family" unless you want your time wasted and to be overcharged.

They were VERY busy, and I was quite pleased with the service at the optician. I priced eyewear there, and with insurance, they wanted nearly $500. So, I decided to go elsewhere. Next stop Costco, where I've heard you can get really good prices on glasses. Not impressed with their selection of frames! So, next stop, Eyeglass World. I've seen advertisements for them on TV. They carried Ray Ban, which is originally what I thought I would wind up getting. I decided against them and got a pair of Armani Exchange glasses (which were actually even more expensive), but with the more expensive frame, and a BETTER quality lens than I was quoted at Lenscrafters - with transitions, and all the other bells an whistles, the glasses were $120 less (using my insurance as well). The location was very quiet, but it was a pleasure not having to fight tons of people. The service was personal, and I'll definitely be back!
