This took place at the Redlands, CA Target. Last night, I witnessed a group of about five lads attack a man standing in front of the store playing guitar. One of the lads lifted the guitar player and body slammed him to the ground. I was halfway out of the doors and screamed. The security guard (a woman) was great. But I do not feel safe going there at night anymore. I saw the guitar player end up leaving a short time later, he seemed to be doing okay. But the group of lads ran off into the night. read more

Terrible. My drive up order was delivered to someone else, how's that possible if you need to show a code to the target employee delivering the items. Let alone there was wine in there which requires an ID to be verified. Called target guest services several times and no one answered, it was 9pm I was not going to go in person. read more

I've never had a bad experience at this target until this time around. I had placed an order for the new Stanley cups that recently came out. I had bought 2 of different colors. Mind you.. the day of placing the order there were 8 in stock of that color choice.. I had paid for the items and same day both cups were ready for pickup. Considering it was already late I figured to wait till the next day to pickup the order. Fast forward the next day I was excited to get my items. As I pulled up, the guy handed me one Stanley! I had asked the guy like hey I had 2 where's the other one? He said it was cancelled due to a "technical issue." As I was driving home I had looked into my emails from target pickup that BOTH Stanley's were ready for pickup that same day. My thought is maybe one of the workers wanted my cup or gave it to another customer and cancelled it making it a "technical issue" even after I PAID for both Stanley's to begin with! I was pissed that I called customer service but luckily I was able to have it shipped. But how dare these people do something like that?! Never trusting target again. I'm better off picking up my things same day instead of waiting for the next day! read more

I don't recommend doing drive up pick up at this location. Gets very hectic and can take up to 30-45 minutes...

If we have to self check out we should get a discount because i didn't come to target to work as a cashier! Service is terrible. They encourage you to self check out and got rid of most of their cashiers. Then they have a bunch of stuff with security tags and locks. And if you don't know which items have a tag and where then you have to make another trip back to target to get it resolved. read more

Very dissatisfied with how the workers treat you. I was in there with my friend who works at that target and one of their coworkers was very inappropriate by asking if my friend was single. I do not know this person and he has made my friend very uncomfortable. He should be fired. His name is Josh and immediately told me not to tell my friend, but continues to harass them at work. He's had inappropriate conversations to other coworkers about my friend and they say to stop but he hasn't for the past year. Target come get your people. You haven't done it in the past year after multiple complaints so come do it now. read more

Overall I think this is a good target and will continue to shop there. Here are my thoughts... - Ample parking, clean and well lit parking lot - There are two check out areas on both sides of the store - The store layout seems to be a bit different from other targets but they have everything you expect. - I've had this same experience twice in a matter of a week - Some of the beauty products are behind locked glass. I slid my hand under the "bell" to call an employee and both times I've had to wait 10+ minutes with a group of other customers. I happened to be the one to walk the store to find an attendee after the 10 minute wait and both times I found a group of 3-5 target employees gathered in the women's clothing section hanging out and talking. When I told them a group of people needed assistance their body language showed annoyance even though they said they'd call someone to do it. The fact that none of them could do it was additionally frustrating. I'm certain they've lost money due to this. read more

Currently waiting in line since they just changed their "self checkout" to an express lane. Must have 10 items or less. They also lock up their deodorant, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, razors, etc. this is embarrassing and hard to shop when you need to wait for assistance to grab items. Target is making Walmart look like Gucci. To add, as I left the exit door, 5 feet into the concrete, hadn't even hit the street with my cart. The wheels locked up! You cannot take a cart into the parking lot. There were about 10 ditched carts by the exit when I left. This is just embarrassing target. Last time I'm shopping here. read more

These workers are the worst. I arrived with a curbside pickup and was waiting forever since it was my first time using the feature. The workers were rude to me, didn't help me and even told another worker to stop helping me and then they just walked away. Target didn't refund my first order and made em buy my whole order over again. They told me it would be 2 hours and said I was informed but I wasn't. I read everything. Everyone at the exchange and customer service was the opposite of helpful. I used to come to this location all the time and never felt with anything like this but everyone here was so rude I was actually at a loss for words. read more

I've been waiting for about an hour for pick up. I understand it's busy, but I would like to have an idea of how long I will be waiting. Maybe I'd wait another hour, but I don't want to wait 5 hours. So I called the pick up line, and no answer then call disconnected. I call back and now it just disconnects. Like instead of having someone hang up on me, just tell me it's a 3 hour wait. That's all I want to know. But instead I have to guess his long I'm going to wait by watching other people wait. Terrible customer service and experience. Why not just say your order isn't available for pick up? Why let me spend $200 and not let me be able to pick up my order? This is crazy. Love this Target. They always have everything I need and I never feel like it's ridiculously crowded despite being in a hectic shopping plaza. However, the restrooms here are filthy. I don't know what it says about the customers here who think it's ok to throw dirty feminine hygiene products on the ground and throw toilet paper everywhere so trust when I say I'm not fully blaming the staff. But, it shouldn't be left like that either. Other than that, the staff is always really cool and I've never had a negative interaction with any employees - I only have nice things to say about them. read more

Was in the self checkout ( at about 10:50am 4/26/23) . An item wouldn't scan . So I tried another item , and it wouldn't scan so I hit the help button. So I waited and after about a minute or so the next one opened up so I moved stations ( I know the girl saw me and I kinda felt like I was being ignored) . Well I started scanning my items and they scanned . Well the girl came over and with a sarcastic tone said " you need help " I said " I'm ok they just weren't scanning on that one , so when this opened up I moved " she replied with an irritated tone " it's not gonna scan on that one either " so I scanned it and said " it sure does " and walked out . I have shopped at this target for many years. They have recently ruined this store by locking everything up, making the self-checkout 10 items or less, and not having enough cashiers working the very few open registers. I'll try to make this as short as possible. For starters, I went to this target twice, and two other targets in the same day. I called in the morning at the Redlands Target to ensure the store had two items that I needed, (I had to call multiple times for about 15 mins before anyone answered the phone) finally a man kindly helped me over the phone and saved the items up front for me. Upon coming to the store I was harassed by the "sign this petition" men that were outside, I told them no, they ran up behind me, continued to ask me, made catcalling comments at me, etc. (I shopped alone mind you) I got inside and got the items saved for me and I shopped around and bought quite a bit of items, however the store only had one lamp shade so I went to the SB Target to get the other lamp shade. While leaving the Redlands Target the same men continued to ask me to sign the petitions, asking if I'm old enough to vote (I'm assuming this is to ask my age because I look very young) and again make catcalling comments. Upon returning home thinking I was done with my day I was furious. 1, my lamp has no plastic bit to turn it on 2, my comforter had spots all over it after I took it out of the packaging 3, my quilt had pen marks all across the bottom of it after taking it out of its packaging 4, two of my items never made it into the bag. I attempted to call the target store for AN HOUR, before anyone answered the phone, a total of 21 calls because it kept hanging up on me after 3-6 mins each time. I was so angry. I finally went back to target which I was trying to avoid because of the people outside, again the same thing happened with the guys from outside however this time all they kept saying was "damn" as I walked into and out of the building. The store then told me they didn't know where my items went so I had to shop the store for the missing items, Jacob was kind and patient and refunded me for the things they didn't have another one of and gave me my missing items that they did have. I then had to go all the way to Fontana North because they wouldn't answer their phone either and find those items that they did have for me. I'd call target to tell them about the men outside but they don't answer the phone. After the incident of previous petition people mugging an older woman I'd think they wouldn't let them outside anymore. read more

Kids working at the store try to be nice while they attempt to keep up with store policies. Only reason why I gave 3 stars. This store is an example of what happens when a company doesn't respect their employees, doesn't hire enough, and then goes and puts the burden of loss prevention on the customers. I had not stepped into a Target in years and it was literally like getting in a time machine to a dystopian future. This is why Amazon is taking over . The only thing Target and other stores had going for themselves was the convenience and the customer service. If this keeps going, RIP in the next few years. read more

We went in to exchange my son in laws Father's Day gift and specifically told the girl I just need to exchange for bigger size she proceeded to put return on a store gift card I again stated I just want to do a even exchange to honor the Father's Day sales price I got items for she said it wouldn't affect the sales price I got my items went to front and sure shit they charged me regular price which is bullshit u let them know ur just doing a even exchange I would go get my items and all she had to do is the exchange but NO she proceeds with gift card and doesn't listen! I told the manager I informed her several time EVEN EXCHANGE AND MANAGER SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO GO GET MY ITEMS NOT PUT ON GIFT CARD! they don't inform or train their people and the shoppers get screwed because they don't know how to do their job properly or listen to the customers! read more

As soon as I exit my vehicle I notice a crowd of around 40 high school kids in a circle fighting... very unsettling. I go into the store & it's over run by cliques of these kids being very obnoxious and rude. It was really anxiety inducing and not my usual relaxing target trip. The whole reason I came to this store in the first place was to look for a pair of pants I saw online & wanted to try on in person. It said in stock on the website but upon arrival, they are nowhere to be found. Despite it being very crowded in the store & hard to navigate around people in the clothing section, I still decided to try on a few items. The clothing was organized for the most part & the dressing rooms were not terrible. I will not be coming back to this target. Y'all need more security to prevent kids from taking over the place. read more

Took 40 minutes for a drive up order to be brought to my car. FORTY! The order was ready for over an hour before my husband arrived to pick it up. He sat there waiting for 40 freaking minutes.
