And helpful iv always been able to find what I need and the environment is always clean one of my neighbors even work here and they love it. Costco in Highland still has that slightly new feel to it, which somehow makes the whole experience more pleasant. It's noticeably less busy than the locations closer to my house, so I actually enjoy browsing here without feeling like I'm navigating a maze of carts. The aisles are wide, easy to move through, and not completely overrun with people, which is not something I say lightly about Costco. This new location is similar in layout to the Fontana location. The bakery and produce are off in a different corner, and eggs aren't in the far corner, but most of it is very familiar. Parking is convenient, spread out on both sides of the entrance and far away from the gas pumps. I shopped on a Saturday around noon. It wasn't particularly busy. read more

This Costco opened March 8 but we finally got here today. We arrived right before they opened and there were plenty of parking spots available. We just parked near the gas station after we got gas for our car. The store was so clean and there were employees ready to help you at almost every area. At first there wasn't that many people but within an hour the whole place was packed. We picked up our usual items, roasted chicken. No one else can beat this process for a whole chicken for your family. Then eggs, again, a dozen eggs were only $4.50 a dozen. Great prices!!! For regular customers, you know it's easy to spend $100 or more. For new customers, you buy in bulk and save money in the long run. What I loved the most is how fast the checkout was this morning! No long lines... yet. LOL Looks like this location will be my go to place now. read more

On a Sunday morning in early March, my family and I left our house at 8am and drove to the new Costco. The first sight was the gas station is huge with more than 10 lanes and Costco parking lot is huge too. My sister waited in line at 9am being 6th person in line. They opened at 9:48am and inside is spacious in size. We found the gold bars, hoka men shoes, designer perfumes was present. Plenty of large eggs at 8.99. Not much cosmetics or chocolate candy. Plenty of samples available. It wasn't crazy inside since everyone went on the 1st day. Plenty of cashiers and the food court is inside with coke. read more

I have a love-hate relationship with Costco. If I can shop here all alone, it probably would be my favorite place in the whole world. However, the world doesn't work the way I want it to so I am one of thousands that come through the doors every couple of months.This is a new Costco in my neighborhood and I cannot tell you how much I love this place despite the hordes of humans. On one particular Sunday, I had a cart full of items, most of what I didn't need, but that's another story. I was in the checkout line and a very nice Costco employee started doing the thing where they scan your stuff in line and so when you get to the checkout, all you have to do is pay. Easy peasy. As this employee was finishing scanning, this bitch who was in front of me was holding a spot in line!!! Right before my eyes, 3 members , w THREE CARTS, CUT IN FRONT OF ME. The employee immediately noticed by bitch face and said "come with me. I'm going to finish your transaction over there". And I was escorted to a special line. I will forever go to bat for this Costco. read more

First off, I prefer shopping at Sam's Club because of Scan and Go. After leaving the gym, I was close to the new Greenspot road location. I checked my map and it said opens at 9am (see screen shot) Stephanie at the door refused to let me enter because I am a standard member. I told her the online info incorrectly stated they OPEN at 9. She said if I wanted to pay to upgrade to Executive for 65 bucks I could enter. Let's see, 65 bucks or go sit in my car for 50 minutes and write this review. You see what my decision was. Their store info should be updated stating us lower class members are not allowed in till 10am. The big job is to convince my wife to drop Costco and just keep Sam's Club which has the same merchandise, a tire center and my favorite Scan and Go. This has to be one of my favorite Costco locations. I seem to always experience friendly staff, ease with finding parking, and it never really feels like it's super crowded or overwhelming the times that I have been there. I love that they are soon to reveal new high speed EV chargers. I can't wait to use them soon. The food, entertainment, home, clothing options are always in stock and of great value. Poorly trained staff, unpleasant attitude, and disorganized service We went there to purchase a gift card. We asked a staff member who was assisting customers at the self-checkout machines where we could pay for the card and were told we could use "any checkout, including the self-checkout machines." When we tried to use one of the self-checkout machines, it didn't work. The staff member checked with her supervisor, then returned and told us we needed to go to a desk past the checkout area. She took us there and asked us to wait for a supervisor. A supervisor, who was also assisting at the self-checkout area, eventually came. She told us, "You need to go to a cashier-assisted checkout. We will help you this time, but we don't do that." She repeated this several times, with an unpleasant and arrogant attitude, as if we were asking her for a special favor against store policy. First of all, it was their staff who misinformed us that we could use the self-checkout. Then, it was their staff again who directed us to the wrong place again. Instead of taking responsibility, they made it seem like we were at fault. The experience left us feeling that the staff are poorly trained, disorganized, and quick to blame customers for their own mistakes. I was initially very happy when this Costco opened, but I am becoming increasingly disappointed with their overall service. read more

This review is in regards to an experience at the food court section today, haven't left the house in days because I've been a bit under the weather. Got myself ready and wanted to come here for a few items and get my usual food court things on the way out, I went to the monitor to order a half and half pizza and one hot dog. Usually I'll get a whole pizza plus 2-3 other items but since it was just the pizza and hot dog I got in the whole pizza pickup line and figured I could also get my hot dog there. Last time I ordered a whole pizza the associate told me I could just go to that line instead so I did. Right when I got up to the window after waiting in line for a few minutes I was told to wait off to the left hand side for my pizza. This happened last time I came as well with the same associate helping me Tony. Since I didn't call the pizza in I wasn't tripping that I had to wait for it although I did wait a while for my whole pizzas last time and had a party to attend they should have more ready to go especially the half and half. As I was waiting there were several other people getting their whole cheese or pepperoni pizza immediately. And along came two other women waiting for their half and half in the area I was in, Tony told me I could wait in another line for my hot dog I said absolutely not. He could mention to someone next to him to get a hot dog for me I already waited in line just to have to wait off to the side as well that was ridiculous. So one half and half was ready and one of the women waiting was standing closer to the window than me even though she came after me and got hers first so I had to keep waiting longer for mine when I should have gotten it first Tony wasn't seeming to care about the order there. So after she got hers before me I moved in front of where the chicken bakes and ready food was which wasn't a line it was in between the whole pickup line and the side where I was waiting by the soda machines and Tony asked me to move back to the other side where I couldn't make sure I was seen and would be next so I did but he was very rude and assertive with how he was talking and he seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. I have worked at the food court at Sam's club so I know how it can be but you cannot be in customer service being rude like that otherwise he should be in the back doing rotisserie chickens or food prep not engaging with customers. This is a new store so most people are probably new to the company but his attitude was unbelievable. Last time he took way too long this time I waited a total of 10-20 mins for one pizza. Anyway I asked about my hot dog again because he told me to wait a min when I told him I wouldn't be waiting in another line for that and he finally gave it to me and slammed and bent it on the counter very rudely I didn't even feel comfortable asking for onions when I wanted them and he also gave me the pizza shortly after I asked for peppers and plates and he didn't give me an answer he just did it without saying anything and didn't give me many packets like I normally get at any Costco. Also his gloves were soiled in shiny grease as he was checking off receipts and touching food and there was spats of grease on all the unused pizza boxes he either needs another associate helping take out the pizzas and boxing them up while he checks order receipts or some better system and he needs to calm down because his thoughts are very obvious and unprofessional. I didn't have time to ask him for his manager so I left a review here I was there at 1:00 and a woman next to me also made sure to note his name down due to his behavior. I just moved to highland and live 5 mins from this Costco but I would rather go to the San Bernardino location 100% what a shame. read more

My boyfriend and his family all got hot dogs from Costco and my boyfriend and I were the only ones who got onions for ours and we both ended up with horrible food poisoning and really bad stomach cramping and nonstop visits to the bathroom. My stomach hurt so bad, I tried to sleep it off and woke up in a hot fever and at one point it hurt so bad I almost went to the hospital, but didn't because I have things to do, lol. My boyfriend has the same symptoms. We got our food on Tuesday and it's now Thursday and our stomachs are still in pain. It was for sure the onions because this was the only food we shared and unfortunately we didn't get a good look at them as we ate them in the dark since we were having movie night. Waited in the return line for over 20 minutes on a Sunday with about 10 other people -- only one employee helping the entire time. It was almost closing and I'm a healthcare worker, so I was just trying to do a quick grocery run during my short break. After finally deciding to shop first since returns clearly weren't moving, an employee named PK told me I couldn't bring the return item inside even though I had the receipt and explained I only had 20 mins to shop. His exact words were: "If you have a problem with that, my name is PK. Go ahead and talk to my manager." Super rude and unnecessary. I get that there are rules, but the attitude and lack of flexibility were really disappointing. I love Costco, but this location needs to work on basic customer service -- especially when people are waiting that long. read more

This was my first time here at the brand-new Highland, CA, Costco. I was impressed that they carry a lot of Sun Tropics and other brand-new inventory other Costcos don't carry. I was very disappointed with one of their receipt attendants named PK. Either he needs glasses or a Red Bull. I'm not sure if he is colorblind or something else because I had 8 items in my cart. If you can't see or count the 8 items, you don't deserve to be working at Costco. I thought Costco hired the best of the best, but I know why now. Do better, Highland Costco managers. read more

This new location opened March 8 2025 with a HUGE line wrapped around the whole building. Even with this huge line, we were inside fairly fast and it didn't feel more crowded than usual for a Saturday morning once inside. My family and I encountered friendly customer service typical of any Costco, which was especially nice considering the circumstances of a grand opening. Over a 3 hour wait...WITH AN APPOINTMENT, for tire installation!!! Of course they don't tell you this when you're making that appointment. So come prepared to spend $$$ walking around waiting, or finding a place to sit in the food area while waiting (no lobby!). So ridiculous! read more
