This is definitely not the best target I've ever been in especially when it comes to the home supplies and products. They have a very limited selection. It seems. Realistically, I want to give it a one star because the pharmacy is so horrible, but I recognize that CVS is technically separate from target. The staff outside of the pharmacy is nice and it's a great place to shop for clothes as they have a great sales section. I go to this target frequently and have had nothing but great experiences until today.. i just needed to exchange this rug for a different one the same price. The customer service Girl, Felicity was extremely rude to me was giving me dirty looks throughout the transaction that made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted at this store. I was extremely dissatisfied with her service as even when I was asking questions she was very rude answering and she did not help me at all. This particular Target store in StGeorge is going viral on tik tok as being a huge huuuge mess in the shoes and kids clothes. Wow what a mess it was. Piles of clothes and hangers everywhere. Items just left in the wrong dept. Floors were sticky with grime and food. Overrun with groups of pre-teens just hanging out, taking things off the hangers and displays and not putting them back. Would not expect this in St. George. I don't think they could get the store clean if they worked on it 24 hrs. Looks like they know it and just gave up. I don't think I'll be back. It's too much work to find what you're looking for. read more

It's probably not fair to review the store the day after Christmas, but that's when I visited Target and formed my opinion of this location. I won't dock points for the store being crowded-but it was very crowded. The reason I'm giving it two stars is that the store was a disaster. I had to step over shoes and clothing in multiple departments, navigate around numerous misplaced items in aisles and things strewn here and there. It was bad. Like a few hours after Black Friday ended bad. Being that it's Target, I'll be back. I'll update my review as appropriate-hopefully being able to report back that the store was organized and orderly. Almost impossible to park in the parking lot, trash can out front always overflowing, sidewalk in front of store is filthy, walk through the doors carpet area trashed, store never fully stocked, looks like a mess, stocking carts always left in the isles left unattended. Even though I am not fond of the prices, I really enjoy their modern dishware, season items. Draws me in everytime.

There is a cashier that works the self checkout. She is consistently rude and purposely slow, so annoying. Her name is Morgan.

Target is the best and only reliable place in town. Curbside is amazing. And I can return anything, and it's fine. Rock on!

This Target was recently remodeled, and it is very nice. Great prices on everything, and the overall experience was exceptional.

Came in for something they had in stock. First time here at this location. Pretty standard Target. Clean and well stocked. Noticed all employees are wearing mask. Must be policy here. Think that's good and responsible. As I went on further I noticed several 4-5 employees wearing mask, but pulled down exposing their nose. When checking out at self checkout I noticed that many of the employees near the front were doing the same mask practice. While waiting to check out a manager/supervisor was instructing several employees about procedure. So when I went by I asked here why wear mask if your allowing employees to have them on wrong. She immediately went into apology mode and said they instruct them but can't keep them all covered. This was the ironic part was an employee she was talking to had his mask pulled down. I asked what about him as he quickly pulled his up. And said it had just slipped down. Since I entered the store???? Now all 3 employees had that look. Was asked if I wanted to see a manager? Really think it would make a difference? Just another oh we're sorry! I just said if your not going to wear the mask properly why even have it on? Take it seriously or move on. Hope someone from corporate might see this. All employees I saw ducking the mask mandate were millennials and would bet haven't been vaccinated. This is why Covid is still a real threat. read more

I've loved Targe' forever but their curbside delivery has given me that much more to love. The runners are fast and friendly and will take back plastic bags for recycling, for which I am grateful and I tip. Using the app improves the curbside experience and is super safe. read more

Last week I came to this location to buy stuff for my dorm and the workers were so rude. I asked for a big bag to carry my paper towels in and they did not want to give it to me when typically they do. They kept asking me multiple questions when I was just trying to purchase my items. Mid purchase one of the workers came up to me and started wiping down my self checkout register ! Only mine !!! I looked back and they were all looking at me. Is it because I'm brown and Asian ? Biggest competition Walmart. Nicer bunch of customers and although I suspect Walmart has more employees on the floor...Target employees do try hard to help. Yesterday they hit pay dirt. Had to shop for family member undergoing emergency surgery at DRM. Needed transport clothes and a few days start at rehab. That means head to toe. Inside 1 hour I had everything needed. I was able to snag a customer (willingly) to help with sizing. A medium isn't always a medium with all manufacturers. I even was able to find a pair of shoes (rubber soles) for physical therapy. Cashier assured me I could return if sizing off (left labels and tags until sure). A big thank you to the shopper who helped. She got the various sizes right and family member was delighted. Bert gets all five stars for being a wonderful employee-she was funny, efficient, warm and helpful. I wish everyone could meet her. We found almost everything we needed for a new home (Bert thought we were having a big party). We got a $600 weber grill for $200 because it was discounted for the end of the season and was supposedly damaged (just dust and fingerprints) since it was a display model. It was actually better because it was already assembled. read more

The management in this store is asleep at the wheel. Being passive- aggressive as a managementt technique is not conducive to a healthy atmosphere. Mr. Store Manager, ask yourself if you've noticed passive-aggresiveness as a valid management technique among your Dept. managers. This is for all Targets in general..... I had a gift card and decided to use it towards groceries because I had never gone to a target for food before & I was pleasantly surprised! Good prices, good brands, nice snack selection, and overall, a lot to choose from. I'll definitely be going back for groceries in the future! Thank you! However, originally I wanted to give like a 2 star review because I'm super annoyed at your "over the phone customer service." I literally listened to what seemed like a 20 minute recording of covid- related mandates & new in-store polices before I even had the option to listen to a menu to get connected to a certain department. Although most employees were wearing masks, they we're definitely not enforcing the mask mandate. I felt really uncomfortable as about half of the crowded store we're removing their masks altogether! I was with my mom and two young daughters. We felt unsafe and couldn't get out of there fast enough! I will never go back to this location. We talked to an employee on the way out and they informed us that Target will not let them approach customers that decide not to wear a mask or wear one incorrectly. I walked into this Target today and then walked right back out. I spent less than 10 minutes here and saw no less than 3 employees with their masks around their chins. Despite Target "requiring face coverings," about half the customers weren't wearing them. This store is super crowded and hectic and people are undoubtedly contracting COVID-19 there every day. read more

I have to drive 48 miles one way to shop at Target. The St. George Target is stressful to shop at due to the store always being a huge mess. People leave everything on the floor or draped on the racks. Either employees are not cleaning up during their shift or you are not employing enough people to make sure the store always looks nice. After driving that distance I want a pleasant shopping experience. read more

Me and my friend called the store to see if they had what we were looking for and the lady on the phone said they had it so we got really excited and drove down to the store and when we got there we searched the whole store and asked for help. The person we asked for help did try her hardest to look but she couldn't find what we were looking for because they don't even sell it!!! The lady we talked to on the phone with put us on hold to see if they had them and she said they had them! So I'm very disappointed in Target for not giving good service. read more

Great store, good selection, and far better customer service than Wal-Mart. Not quite as diverse, but I rarely can't find what I'm looking for and if what I want is out of stock, they give me a rain check. That sometimes comes with money off, which is really cool. On October 24 2019 I was at this location of Target shopping for a acne cleanser it was around 8:45 p.m that their employees were either organizing those columns or restocking . A African American employee had a really bad stench on her feet. Meanwhile I was taking the time to select the correct acne cleanser. I could not believe her stench of feet were passed on to mine. To continue with my day I had to deal with that stench for the rest of the night. I don't appreciate that I have to stop throughout my daily routine to double scrub my well taken care of self due to an employee passing on a stench . We travel a LOT and Target is always a mainstay. This is by and large the dirtiest Target I have ever been in. The bathrooms were GROSS and there was trash throughout the store. It seriously looked like the store was ransacked befkew we got there. Needless to say we were disappointed. read more
