Honestly I cannot say enough about this store. This is now the THIRD time I've come to them, from our living room set, dining room set and now my kiddos (4 years and 5 year old) need mattresses and I know right where to go. The prices are absolutely great and hands down best Ashley's and Rooms to Go- but what really gets me is there consistency in the way you feel when you go there. They are friendly, sincere and not that fake sharky typical sales team that is that "fake" nice to you and pushes you to the point where you feel hassled into buying. Decent selection of furniture. Not much room for a large variety but they more than make up for it in service. Kathryn and Avery both did a great job helping me and answering my questions. I didn't get the young man's name who also helped out with the deal but he did a good job too. Overall, a good experience. However, I found a better deal elsewhere. read more

If I could give them ten stars I would or more!!!! I recently purchased a five piece queen bedroom suite and a bed and mattress for my daughter's room and the experience was passed great! I just received my money back from a scammer so called furniture store, the experience had me literally in tears from the poor customer service. As soon as I received my refund I decided to try Venta Furnishings and I'm so glad and thankful that I did! They had every single piece in warehouse that I wanted to purchase. This transaction took place on a Friday and I had my furniture delivered on that following Monday, the quoted time window block was for 2pm til 430pm, they actually got there right at or around two, which made me want to praise them even more. I received every piece with no issues and I also live on the third floor! Those delivery guys made it seem effortless, even asking me if I needed help moving anything inside my home that wasn't affiliated with the order. I thanked God every minute for the great customer service and business. If anyone really knew what I went through with that previous furniture store only then you could really understand why I'm so grateful right now. Venta Furnishings respected my money and time and decisions and they worked with me every step of the way! With everything that is going on with the COVID-19 I really didn't expect much but they did an incredible job! I appreciate their efforts so much more because they were still willing to open their store by appointment of course and still took the chance to work and provide excellent customer service!
