I've shopped here before when I was on Staten Island. This is a nice target. It's clean, and the people are friendly, it's a medium sized store, but it has everything. Your typical target would have. Clothes, housewares, health, and beauty, supplies, groceries, and it has a Starbucks. I ordered some items on the target app to pick up in the store, and they said it would take up to two hours. In about an hour, I got the notification that my items were already at the customer service desk. So I drive down to the store, I check-in, and they hand me my items. It couldn't have been any easier. I appreciate the fact that they got my order done so quick. I will continue to shop at this store when I'm in the area. Thank you. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Not once, not twice but several times I placed an online order and was not reimbursed for out of stock items. When calling the store customer service never answers the phone. I called the 1-800 line and get non English nasty rude customer service representatives who hang up. I am done with this company and I hope they go bankrupt because they suck. I have been a customer for years but have now closed out my Target card, deleted my app and will gladly travel over the bridge to shop in Walmart instead. Out of 22 registers available, they only have 4 that had staff working at such a glacial rate...the self-checkout line was triple the length and its unfathomable how such a big company can't afford to open more registers on a WEEKEND when more customers go shop. The staff are in no rush to speed up the checkout process, with the exception of Emily who was at least trying to assist in delegating customers to various registers. every single time I come into this specific target and need something from the closets, it takes at LEAST 15 minutes for somebody to actually come and open the door. last time I went i waited 30 minutes and kept asking the workers for the keys and they kept saying the same thing "ill call someone to open it." and then no one comes. read more

I don't know what happened to this store. It used to be a nice place to shop. Shoes and clothes all over the floor constantly, shelves empty, good luck when you need something from the case or ask the nasty Spanish girl at customer service anything. She was rude to all her guests and just tossed the returns around. I can imagine what goes on with our items that we schedule for pickup! Hopefully new management comes in soon and fixes this store . This is normally my go to Target, however I'm disgusted. I came in for a few things, which is never the case at Target. I went to pick up pretzel bread which I know they normally have and when I found it I was awfully shocked. I'm pretty sure pretzel bread isn't supposed to look like this. (See attached pics). Definitely the worst target ever. Lines for self check out or regular is always the worst at peak hours. Nobody on registers, so many employees all over the store. Nobody wants to help you. I've left my cart and walked out twice already. It's beyond ridiculous to have sooo many people in line for one or two open registers at the busy part of the day. I'd rather drive to jersey, those targets have more inventory options anyway. read more

Are you a fan of walking? If so, then this isn't your store. Want to browse seasonal? BLOCKED BY A MOUNTAIN OF BOXES. Want to cruise through the toy aisles? NOPE; BLOCKED BY PRODUCT BOXES. Need to shop the baby section? YOU'RE NOT GETTING THROUGH BECAUSE BOXES EVERYWHERE. It's been like this for years. ( I shop here, on average, once a week. ) I'm not really sure why stock is left all over the aisles at any given time of the day. As an example: I shopped the Halloween seasonal section on 9/12. There were boxes upon boxes upon BOXES piled to the sky. All brand new Halloween product; most of which was rummaged through by customers because the shelves in that section were still mostly bare. I returned 9/17...FIVE DAYS LATER... hoping it'd be more coherent, and those same exact boxes were STILL there but just rummaged through further. It was a disaster. The up-side is the employees here are cool and have ALWAYS been helpful when I needed something. I just don't understand what's up with the stocking situation / merchandise blocking the walkways. read more

Their express checkout policy (10 items or fewer) wouldn't be so ridiculous if they ever had more than 4 registers open. The staff at the registers also move so slowly. I had to wait 10 minutes behind 2 people with 12 items, when I could have been through self-checkout within 3. It is not worth going to this location if you're planning on buying more than a couple of things, which is a shame because it's the biggest one in this area read more

Last night in the toy aisles it looked like Kmart during liquidation. If I didn't know better I would have guessed Target was in financial trouble. The layout of the store is clear however the store itself is messy. The employees here are target employees so there's no need to say anymore. It's good for what it is I guess. This is possibly the worst store I've ever been in, or among them. Customers being let in without masks, even EMPLOYEES working without masks, despite the NYS law. As far as I saw, no carts were being cleaned and there were no cleaning products near the entrance like the Veterans Road Target (go there!). I was offered protection only by an employee warning me that a cart off to side had gum on it and not to use it. The food section is half a mile from the entrance of the store (that's where most customers were shopping even though entering the store you may believe this to just be a women's clothing store), and it's difficult to get there because the entire first aisle is closed off because half of it is used as a line (the line had one or two people at all times). Self checkout had no bags, but thankfully someone was able to refill them when I asked. Empty and/or full pallets block aisles, many sitting in wrong aisles anyway, so customers had to leave their carts elsewhere, blocking others from getting through. An aisle spill of syrup went unattended as I didn't see any employees in the store outside of the very front and registers (except for 3 talking in a group). If stock was low I would understand that as an issue considering the line was literally down the block and we're in the time of covid-19, but shelves were mostly stocked and all the actual issues were very easily preventable and a sign of bad managing and bad workers and regarding the mask and cart thing, dangerous. I'm not gonna bore you with the details of this particular Target; if you've seen one, you've generally seen them all. It's Target. A red, slightly classier Walmart. What's notable is what it lacks: any key flaws. It's pretty clean. The staff are pretty nice (there's one woman who's very excitable but very pleasant and helpful). The bathrooms are still cleaner than your average. Their stock is fairly diverse and full (groceries and all). The parking lot is spacious, even though they can't help that people don't know how to drive. I've never had a problem in this Target. And that's not something I can say about some other places (I'm looking at you, Shop Rite *evil eye*). read more

It's been about a month. I don't know if Target had a management overhaul, but the past few times I've been there, aisle were more organized and stocked. The bins of random items that were constantly near the baby stuff were less and employees were actually restocking shelves. I feel a little less overwhelmed when walking into this Target. They need more cashiers, You would think it was Christmas with as long as the line was. The other people on line were extremely rude, not targets fault, but what is their fault is it's impossible to know where the line begins, where to stand, nothing is marked. I wish I could give you 0 stars. I wait for 20 minutes for an employee to help me in electronics. I tell them I want a 55 inch tv. They put it on a flat bed roller and ring me up. I wait up front for another 20 minutes no one comes with my tv. So I decide to go back to see what happened. The guy that helped me is sitting on register doing nothing and my tv is still on the flat bed waiting though. So I decided to take the flat bed myself since no one wanted to do their job. Passed 6 workers on the way out no one stopped no one offered me help. What an embarrassment of a business. So I had to load it up alone. On busy days it can be a bit tough with parking despite the big lot, since there are so many other stores nearby. Fairly standard target, good selection and good prices to be expected. read more

Ahhhh my first time ever at a Target ... And what a cool experience! This store is huge... Maybe even bigger then a Walmart...prices are reasonable...this store sells everything... Place is clean...and I mean extremely clean... check out the bathrooms that how clean it is... There is multiple people working there... The line are slow... The less then ten item check out line is slower then the rugler check out line...doesn't make any sense at all...the area so big it takes me at least two three hours to finish walking around and view everything... Everything is well organized and well placed.... I enjoy walking around here since I can easily spot what I want without even asking customer service or the work staff... There's a mini food court located in target... They have Pizza Hut and Starbucks right after you check out of the store... Parking area is extremely big... No need to worry about parking...but during the weekends this place can be really crowded...so I suggest you come here during the week day... read more

This newly-opened Target is located where the old KMart store used to be. It seems larger than the one in Charleston but is essentially the same store in a more convenient location. Their handbag selection is quite nice & the men's clothing looks good & is reasonably priced. There's plenty of parking but there are also several other stores that share the parking lot. Get there early on the weekends & you won't have a problem finding a spot. While I was shopping there on Sunday I was asked twice by Target staff members if I needed assistance - both said "if you need help, I'm right here." This is the worse Target I been to and I'm at target regular, the fridge and lanes are always empty and messy , the cartwheel sales are rarely available. Costumer service are no where to be found, cashiers won't even greet you and the whole place is just a mess, can't never find my usual products. This store is just okay so far. The cashier was rude, pharmacy is closes super early and is not open on a Sunday doesn't follow through on phone calls, does not give patients correct info and the manager is a dumb dumb. Their system is not connected properly with the other target store on the island so dont bother switching prescriptions from store to store. it's hell!!
