I love my local Target. First of all the drive up ordering is great. I have 6 kids and it's not always practical to go into a store with them. Additionally, this Target has a Starbucks inside. You can even add drinks to your order, and they'll bring them right to your car. A real lifesaver when you're out of energy and you need a pick me up. The store stocks just enough groceries to cover any last minute ingredients that I need. When I do go inside it's usually when I'm by myself and this is when I choose to treat myself to an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I can sip leisurely as I wander the aisles imagining what it's like to have a house that isn't covered in sticky fingerprints. Might be nice but I can't imagine there is as much love and laughter. I leave feeling energized and rejuvenated ready to dive back into the chaos of home. read more

I really enjoy shopping at our local target. I'm always browsing and I feel comfortable to do so. They have a great variety of options and many products to choose from that you can find at other higher end chains. I very rarely get bad service and lately it's been no complaints. The starbucks male worker in the store with the messy hair and glasses. Let me tell you, I placed an order for the mango dragonfruit refresher that I get all the time--he brought out the mango strawberry new drink or whatever and when I addressed that it was the wrong drink he was like "I guess thats a free drink for me"--dude the hell...so weird to say. And then he was telling me and my sisters (3 of us) that I had said the wrong drink and that I must've been talking about a "dragon fruit dream". First off. What the hell even is that. Two--why was he trying to gas light me and my sisters that we ordered the wrong drink and said strawberry instead. Mind he was talking to another employee the whole time about personal affairs. The female starbucks worker there was so ass. She was just cleaning and didn't even acknowledge the people in line--me and my sisters included. No "hi give me a minute" she literally ignored us and i waited in line for 10-15 minutes watching her clean. 2 other people in line behind me decided to leave because after the male worker took my order, they failed to acknowledge the other customers behind me. I have never seen such bad workers...the drinks weren't even made right. I got two blended drinks and it was too milky and he didn't put the caramel drizzle on top for the caramel frap. I don't know a Starbucks that doesn't do it, i guess this one takes the cake. 10/10 would never go here again. These starbucks workers were ass. First of all. I like how Target In-Store has modernized itself. The lighting is better, and the Starbucks has shifted by entrance of the store and not by the exit blocking foot traffic when patrons are exiting the facility. The whole vibe is nice and updated, and the people who shop there doesn't look too "Wal-Martish" that gives a weird vibe when shopping with other shoppers. And what I meant by that, you don't see weird patrons in weird outfits or looking like a hobo/druggy looking while shopping that doesn't look like a good image to look at. LMFAO! Pros: -The arrangement of the store is easier to find things. -Plenty of "Scan Me for price check" within the store. -somewhat descent amount of target employees -Has a CVS pharmacy within Target -Has a Starbucks. Lol. -The pick-up curbside is a blessing -Buy a certain amount of item, get $5 gift card is cool. When and if they have promo on it, on said given item. -Price Match on big retailers (ship and sold by the company & is available) only, no third party vendors Cons: -No military discount offered for eternity, except some random days when Target feels like giving. This is why I deducted 2 stars for it. So disrespectful when "we" military service members defend our nation's freedom foreign and domestically for the best interest for our nation. At times this location is super busy with long lines, and not enough cashiers etc., but I have had multiple positive experiences here with employees. Natasha was working in clothing tonight and offered to help me find the right size in the back, and after getting that checked to see if I needed anything else. Horrible....Rotten children's juice with mold and gnats. I cannot believe it was just sitting on the shelf, right there. Target employees were not aware of this, it's in plain sight. This particular branch was not a bad one but it really was not a good one either. I don't know what it is with target stores and having so many people in front either selling things, or trying to get signatures for people, and also having lots of loitering. I'm not against anyone wanting to make a living but the target of today is so far from the target when it first began. Walking into the store, most of the employees are not happy or at least do not look very happy. We bumped into a few smiling, helpful employees, but most of the time it seemed like nobody really wanted to be there. While we appreciate the convenience of having it so close, it would not be my first choice of a store to go to for my needs. We ended up spending way more than we needed to for way less. It seems as though the target stores everywhere get significantly more expensive. The parking lots are very dark and filled with trash from wherever it came from. The cashing out process however was very good. Our cashier was friendly, and gave us credit for bringing our own bags. We appreciate her friendliness, her professionalism, and Simply being a nicer presence than the other employees that were literally dragging their feet around the stores. There are also lots of opened products that were around the store on shelves. It seems as though customers took them to other departments of the store, took out what they needed, and left empty boxes and packages. It is very sad and it looks real bad.I am sure we will make our way back here again and I look forward to seeing how things can be improved. read more

I can't even get service in the "guest service" because they do not allow price adjustments after a week of purchasing an item in their store. You are basically at another Walmart at this point. I have loved coming here, until tonight. An employee at a checkout station asked me,"Would you like a bag?" And when I responded yes, 2, she stated,"You're killing sea turtles." Excuse me?? I'm extremely offended to be offered something and then ridiculed for accepting. That is extremely rude and unprofessional, how dare an employee judge and accuse me of anything. To place that type of guilt upon a customer is extremely unwelcoming. I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism, this is not the first time either. Many employees have spoken to me and many others in a very unprofessional and nonchalant manor. It seems the store is run by young disrespectful individuals during the night time. A worker named Jamie there was absolutely terrible to me while I was at the changing rooms. First she was cussing very loud with children around and then she proceeded to talk crap about her other coworkers so casually it was disgusting. She created a very toxic work environment for me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Then when I had clothes I didn't want and asked where I should put these with no response I put them on her folding table and she rolled her eyes said thanks very sarcastically as I was waking away she couldn't see me but I could hear her. This Target being the only one in town actually is pretty decent. I have never had any issues with customer service or anything of that nature. I would dare even say it is better than the Roseville, or Lincoln locations over all in my personal experience of selection, employees, and over all shopping experience. I have for some reason had issues at the Starbucks located inside, the employees there always seem so overwhelmed and in need of more backup. But that isn't really their fault when it seems super busy and it is one person doing the register and making drinks. Anyways, I love shopping at target because they have everything I need for the week in one spot. Also, they have stepped up their fashion game by far. This Target in particular has a huge women's clothing section, and also a decent maternity, and athletic selections. If you are a savvy/money saving shopper the Target app lets you use coupons and discounts in store just by adding them to their app. Super easy, you can literally just scan products as you add the to your cart and see if their is a discount. Scan the app at the register and voila you just saved 10% on your Target run! Ill sum up by saying this location does a great job at keeping up with seasonal product changes, and also just general merchandise selection. I rarely am looking for something that they don't at least have one option for . Room for improvement in restroom, and cart maintenance I always have to pick like the second or third cart because the first few have wonky wheels. read more

I finally ventured out to my new local Target about a month ago and I am glad to report that I was not disappointed. This Target was easy to locate and had ample parking available. The store was super clean but the layout of everything seemed backwards to me (I miss my old store from home). The staff were very friendly and I found tons of great deals and interesting new foods items to try at home. I will definitely return at some point in the future! read more

I am young and had friends with me and had to buy a ball for a project and I bounced it once and I was locked out. this lady didn't seem to speak English because she wasn't explains why I was getting kicked out. I came in with my family today just to do some quick shopping and had the worst customer service experience I've had in my entire life. As I was paying and employee by the name of Angie was very obviously circling my family and waiting for the opportunity to try to catch us "stealing". I tried to ignore her and purchase my items in the self check out but realized something I was about to purchase was a lot more than expected so I asked if she could remove the item. She then proceeded to grab my bag next to the register and ask me whether I had scanned those items in the bag with a very obvious smart ass attitude. I then told her I wouldn't have put them in the bag if I didn't scan them. Then got upset when I told her why are u only watching us and not asking other people the same question bc they are putting their items in the bag as they scan. She then said I'm doing my job in a very snarky way. I replied to her is your job is to profile people and assume they are stealing if you have a problem call loss prevention. I told her I was not someone to mess with bc Im not going to just keep my mouth shut and she was quick to say "ditto" under her breath and I told her if she had something to say say it loud enough for everyone to hear. This went on for minutes of her going back and forth with me being very unprofessional. I was shocked with how I was being treated by an employee at this location. I live in sf and have never personally had this experience. Whether she was racially profiling or profiling me based off my age, she was very incredibly rude and honestly should be fired with her lack of customer service skill. She is not loss prevention to go and grab my bag in front of everyone and asked if I paid while I'm in the middle of the transaction. I even have a Target red card so would have no reason to steal my items and if she really wanted to do things properly she could've had loss prevention check my receipt. I hope something is done with this location about being taught how to provide proper customer service especially to that specific employee since Target wants to be selling items supporting people of color. What upset me more was the way I was approached and treated by this employee bc I thought about what if this was another person of color that didn't speak English well enough to respond to her or not understand her intentions. They've got the store blocked so that you can't go straight to grocery. I feel this is not just a technique to open the register area up but more as a hope that people will splurge buy by having to go around and through aisles which would normally be skipped. The staff are wearing masks, but most of them are under noses and chins, which is protecting absolutely nothing. The dressing rooms are completely closed, which is it's own kind of stupid. I went to this store this morning at about 8:30 AM and there were approximately five people standing in the self checkout lanes were only two open and one was occupied by the same lady having problems scanning items for 10 minutes we stood there no registers were open only one self check out was actually in use the other one as I said was occupied. This entire time they did not open another register until I went to customer service desk and gave them the items that I was going to purchase told them that it was a really ridiculous thing that these registers were not open and we were standing in line like this. read more

Beware where you park!! 2 times in the last 6 months I have seen people back into another car & drive off. However today, I went inside & came back to my brand new car having a hit mark on the left back bumper. I went inside to have security look at footage; which he was able to see a lady walking around the back end looking at it, "it was not clear through when it the as hit; and by who." So unfortunately absolutely nothing could be done I fix/deal with it. So park away from any other cars! Part of the issue are the spaces in the Parking lot are fairly small, which I have a small SUV & they are tight spaces & of course the lack of people paying attention. Much as I like Target, I can't say it's fantastic either. This one in particular has soooooo many pricing errors, like every time there's something that didn't ring up correctly, the cartwheel app didn't work on, etc. And sure, you can go get the difference at customer service (because that's what we all want to do, stand in line for 20minutes with frozen stuff for a $2 difference), but other times, like tonight, I didn't catch something until getting all the way home, and I'm not driving all the way back just to get the difference as it's just eat up gas and vehicle wear and tear for a few bucks. The produce is pretty pathetic, I think that's universal to Target though. Most of the lettuce is old and nasty, fruits and vegetables are way overpriced and imported, etc. Walmart does have them beat but I'd deal with inferior products to avoid that store, but there are lots of better stores to get groceries at nearby. The store itself isn't in great shape, but it's ok, and the customer service isn't always great, it's ok, so I'd be fair in giving them an "ok" rating but just getting so sick of the pricing errors, it happens every time I go there. So make sure you audit your receipts afterwards or during checkout if you're able to, because every time I find an error, and that's just a few extra bucks making them cost even more and it adds up if you're coming here often. read more

Lately I've been pretty disappointed with our local Target. Nothing is ever stocked...like ever. I get there may be supply issues but the other day I went in for bandaids and there were literally no bandaids...none. Zip. Zilch. Is there a bandaid shortage? I mean, I was even willing to get Paw Patrol bandaids, but there weren't any of those either. My daughter had to use the bathroom and those were filthy and unstocked. Some stalls didn't have toilet paper or seat covers and there was paper all over the floor. I wish more people cared. read more
