Great for anyone with chronic pain or those who want to work on mobility...or just need to reconnect and get grounded. I still enjoy my flow classes and also loved the yoga wall class! I also appreciate the teachings Dani is leading us through each week with the 8 Limbs of Yoga--they focus on how to live purposefully and fully. So happy to be in this community.

The flow was challenging without feeling overwhelming, and I walked out feeling better than when I walked in. One thing that really stood out was the music. It was so good I actually asked Amanda for the playlist after class. It completely elevated the experience. I am extremely disappointed with how my membership cancellation has been handled…read more Last month, I called the studio to cancel my membership and was specifically instructed to call back three days before the end of the month. I relied on those instructions. When I called on Saturday, August 1, I was never informed that cancellations could not actually be processed over the phone or that they had to be submitted through a separate website. Instead, I was told that only the owner/manager had access to cancel memberships and that she would contact me on Monday. Monday came and went without a phone call or any follow-up. On Tuesday, August 4, I had to call the studio myself again because no one had reached out as promised. During that conversation, the owner/manager told me she would text me the website link so I could process the cancellation. As of 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, I still have not received that text message. Despite the repeated lack of communication and follow-through from the studio, I was told that the charge would not be waived because several days had passed. It is unreasonable to hold me responsible for delays that were caused by incorrect information from your staff and the failure of management to follow through on what was promised. If your employees are instructing members to cancel by phone, they should know the correct cancellation procedure. If cancellations must be completed through a separate website, that information should be clearly communicated the first time a member calls--not after the billing cycle has already renewed. Making members depend on a manager who is unavailable, while failing to provide the required cancellation link, creates an unnecessarily difficult cancellation process. I have also been recovering from surgery since December, which is why I am no longer able to fully participate in the classes and no longer need this membership. I made multiple good-faith attempts to cancel and followed the instructions your staff gave me. Unfortunately, the studio's lack of communication and inconsistent information has now resulted in an additional charge that could have been completely avoided. I respectfully request that the most recent membership charge be waived and that my membership be canceled immediately. I also encourage the studio to improve staff training and communication so future members are not put through the same frustrating experience. Members should not have to repeatedly call, wait for promised callbacks that never happen, or chase down a cancellation link just to end a membership.

I've tried reformer pilates classes. I've tried Power Plate classes. I like them individually, but…read morethis is the first studio I've tried that has both, and I think it's now one of my favorite workout experiences. You get a well-rounded workout from balancing on the Power Plate, which vibrates to help activate your muscles and supposedly also helps with your bone density. I also find the challenge of staying on the plate while it's vibrating also improves your balance. It feels weird and tricky and a little odd at first, but once you get the hang of it, it feels as if you've done a much more intense workout in a much shorter amount of time because of the added challenge. After the Power Plate, you move to the reformer, where you tone the muscles you use everyday but might not realize you are! The reformer is also a challenge for your balance, yet low-impact and gentle on your joints. The studio is immaculate and I love the stylish space. The instructors are welcoming and will help with form corrections and give tips if you need to modify the exercises. Parking on this street is sometimes hard to find, but I've always been able to find a space in the studio parking lot (it's down the street behind a gated area and there are signs indicating which spots are the Grit + Gratitude studio parking spaces).

I flopped around on the silks like a pigeon caught in barbed wire. The next day my whole body was sore but the class was fun so I decided to go again. Week 2: Learning new moves. I think I started this 30 years too late to make it Cirque De Soleil but I like it so I'll keep going. It feels like my posture is getting better. Week 3: My clothes are fitting better. I've lost at least an inch off my stomach. Week 4: Very little cramping at that time of the month compared to normal. Week 5: This is addictive, I feel like I need more of this new drug. Every tree I see becomes potentially climbable. Week 6: Come to think of it that pain in my neck and shoulders that was there for years hasn't been there since I started this. Week 7: This might be some kind of Benjamin Button thing because I feel younger. Week 8: Monthly cramping is gone. I feel mentally sharper. I've discovered the fountain of youth. Granted all of these are the effects of exercise, but I find just going to the gym and doing the same thing over and over to be boring. With acrobatics there is always something new to learn.

They have all levels of difficulty here so there's fun for everyone. It's a safe and fun way to exercise. The location is super clean, staff are all very friendly, and there's no judgement on your experience level. I'll definitely be back and suggest you try them out for yourselves.
