I reached out to the company multiple times to have the issue corrected, but they missed two scheduled appointments. They claim to have sent confirmation emails, yet none were ever received. During our conversation, the technician even stated that he never wanted this job but had to do it because it was his family's business. He has since sent combative text messages regarding his own performance and is now demanding an additional $299 to come back and service the piano.
