I actually enjoyed it and didn't find it difficult. She began our appointment by explaining a few things to me, such as how to handle a wondering mind. She also told me what I can expect from a session and how to deal with somethings, such as seeing images and that I ought to simply observe them as art. Finally. She closed the meditation with a thorough grounding exercise that I appreciated being walked through and learned from. During my meditation, I did have some special experiences that I am grateful for, and Heather was able to give me some insights into the meanings of these experiences.
